Bra hotell med god frokost i amerikansk målestokk. Hotellet ligger ikke langt fra forskjellige fasiliteter, men disse fasilitetene passer nok best for folk med småbarn. Dette gjenspeilte seg også i folkene som bodde der. Veldig hyggelig personale.

Just across bridge to south coast plaza very convenient.front desk amazing at offering extras like fridge and baby products to make our stay easier with toddlers.children loved the pool area,grandparents and parents also thought hotel was amazing too so suitable for any age group!

Very strange maid service. I put the "no need to change the sheets" card on the door, and not only did they not change the sheets - they never made the bed for 3 nights. Nor did I receive any additional towels! So they never serviced the room at all for 3 nights, very strange. Had I been there on vacation and not business, they would have heard about […] it. Les mer

"A truly beautiful and convenient experience"
We came for the Monoco takes Orange County ballet performance. The hotel was very, very close to the performance theatre. The food was superb, the service was superb, the location was superb, and the hotel was superb. It was a beautiful and elegant stay. They anticipated situations that other not-as-good hotels wouldn't have. They get a first class […] rating with me. I highly recommend anyone to stay here for a very comfortable experience. Les mer

I hate SLAMMING DOORS! between 11/12 PM and beginning at 6. Other than that, typical Westin style, service, comfort. Sleep was lacking because of this issue, otherwise fine.

This location is accessible to many restaurants and shopping within a close walking distance. Pool area was nice. Parking lot is a little odd. The doors closest to the parking lot are closed at night and you have to walk around the hotel to get in.

"Beautiful hotel near world-class dining & shopping"
My husband and I stayed here the night of his company Christmas party, which was held in the French restaurant in this hotel, Pinot Provence. It was our first "overnight date" away from our sweet 10-month-old baby boy. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time. The food at Pinot Provence was spectacular, and the food is absolutely divine. We enjoyed […] retiring to our room after the Christmas party. It was very clean and well appointed. The bed was absolutely HEAVENLY, and we had a wonderful night's sleep! This is a fine hotel, one I have stayed at several times at the holidays. My only disappointment this stay was that you formerly could order breakfast at the fine dining room from the menu, now that has been replaced by a buffet arrangement that I never find that enjoyable. I booked this hotel last minute, because it was close to the performing arts center we were going to be visiting that weekend. It was very affordable, and turned out to be better than expected. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are great. We had a great experience.

I stay here every time I come to orange county for business. The service is great, the rooms are always clean and big, and the pool/workout facilities are pretty good. I will continue to come here!

"The Westin Nearest to Disneyland"
We stayed for two nights. We checked in late, i.e., around midnight or so. We booked for a 1 King and I guess because they were busy, it took them awhile to find a room with 1 King. So instead they offered us a 1 King with "Accessible" features a.k.a. for handicap guests. Overall it was okay but the place doesn't feel warm or inviting. And also, we […] came back late one night from an outing and there was no attendant for the valet. We stayed in our car for a bit and saw a sign that says "See front desk for valet" something to that effect. In any case, I probably will look elsewhere to stay if I am ever in the area again. We only booked this place because we thought it would be a bit more high end. Les mer

Got a great deal for 2 rooms for the weekend! I would highly recommend this place if you want to do some serious shopping. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms need some updating, otherwise the hotel is beautiful. I was surprised to find out that there is no hot tubs! :( Near lots of great restaurants and the beaches. Beds were comfy, but the pillows […] are too flat! Didn't use the workout facilities or pool. Lobby is beautiful with a pretty waterfall outside. There is self parking in a garage nearby for $20/day...pricey but valet is $30/day. Enjoyed our stay overall. Les mer

It's better if the internet connection is free for customers. It's better if the hotel can provide suttle service to airport like San Diego and Los Angeles. It's better for a free car parking benefits to customers. It's better that the hotel can provide reciept to customers.

Service was very lacking for me during this stay. Normally they are very spot on in this hotel and that is why I choose it over and over again. This trip the hotel was very full and could not seemt o get ahead of the crowd. Velet guys were on their phones and did not approach the car any time that I pulled up. This is a very nice property, and very centrally located -- walking distance to South Coast Plaza and several great restaurants. Our room was very quiet, very clean, and had a nice view of the "park" across the way. The staff is very accomodating. The beds are heavenly!!! One MAJOR complaint -- we ordered 4 cocktails at the lobby bar and it was $48.00!!! […] Absolutely ridiculous! The pool is adequate...nothing special...but it was clean and refreshing. This hotel was very good only complaints would be that you have to pay per day for wifi and pay per day for parking so expect to add another 25 to your bill if you park your self and use your computer. Other than that its very nice

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - I havent spent much time in this part of Cali - but we seemed closed to every beach, bar, and mall. Parking is a little steep at $28/day - and watch the bill because we were charged for both self-park and valet - but this was taken care of without incident. The bathroonms are a little older - but everything is sparking clean […] - and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely would stay here again. Didn't use pool or dine - but the accomodations were otherwise topnotch for value. Les mer

They couldn't find the reservation and told me to call hotels.com to be sure the issue was resolved and I wasn't charged twice. They should have done it. Also, it's over priced over all.

"Perfect for a Theatre Getaway"
The Westin is conveniently located off the 405 fwy at Bristol St in Costa Mesa. A quick easy walk to the Orange County Performing Arts Center, South Coast Plaza, restaurants and more. It is a very nice well-maintained property. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. We'll be back.
