"Great location"
Great location - literally a 3 minute shuttle drive to the airport. Plus convenient long term parking as part of the room rate. Will definately use this hotel again when flying out of CLE.

front desk to busy talking and farting and laughing about it and the smell. bathroom dirty, and they didn't stop kids and parents from yelling and running up hallways at 11:30pm for hour. then drunks come up and keep me awake for two hours in hallway. including one trying to get in my room. needless to say, i do not get any sleep for an over priced […] room! "Our bad stay will not be back"
We first got here and they said we had to pay extra 8.00. I know it's not much but un pland. We left to go out to dinner and the parking stand said we had to pay 6.00 so I had to call the front desk and say something. It should have been bult in to the price of the room. The was only a few parking spots left way in the back because its long term parking […] lot also. Very hard to get to if you don't know your way around. Spent 20 min lost trying to get to it. For breakfast I called down to find out the times for breakfast. The told me it would be another 12.00 per person. So I went down and had got a yogurt about 1/4 cup, 3 slices of strawberries a few blueberries granola. 6.98 and the yogurt was bad and the girl gave me a hard time and did not want to give me my money back. "Good start to the trip"
Great hotel and staff. The hotel was a great choice for our first night in Ohio. Right at the airport, friendly staff, late restaurant hours, great club level. In the morning we went back to the airport and picked up the car. It was the perfect choice to unwind from a travel day!
"Works for the early traveler"
We needed to be at the airport at 6:30 AM and decided to stay at the Sheraton to avoid the hassle of driving. With late theater plans, we arrived after 11PM but had no problems. "Convenient"
We love to fly out early in the morning. We have stayed here several times. With the free parking (be sure you purchase the right hotel pkg), it certainly makes life much easier the morning of departure. We also get to sleep about 2 hours longer. It starts our travels off right.
"Friendly Staff & Clean Hotel BUT...BEDBUGS!"
We stayed one night in this hotel on our way to my family's house in Chicago for Christmas. The Staff was very nice and helpful; however when we left the next morning my husband had bedbug bites all over his right arm/leg. He didn't think anything of it until we were all on road (and he started itching...and that is when we saw the bites...in clusters […] ALL OVER) otherwise we would have spoken to a manager right away. We have taken pictures and will send them to the manager at the hotel (so they are aware of the problem). I would like to recommend this hotel because the staff was very friendly and accommodating but can't in good conscience. Les mer
"Cleveland hopkins hotel"
My Granddaughter and I stayed here over night before are trip to china, Staff very helpful (Always nice when you have a toddler in toe) The pool area very nice. Room clean and room service very prompt .

This was a good place to stay the night before I flew out of Cleveland. Food in restaurant was excellent. Lots of hallway noise through the room door, but otherwise a comfortable stay and convenient shuttle to airport. Staff was very friendly.
The hotel has a great location. THe staff is very friendly. The restaurant and bar make the night an easy do.

The hotels is right on the airport campus. They have a by demand schuttle which takes about 3 minutes or less. The rooms are clean, and nicely appointed, they have computers in the lobby to print out your boarding pass, and info monitors in the lobby on your airlines gate and on time status. My only 2 complaints are not related to the staff or service. They are management decisions. I think it is silly to charge $8.00 a day for parking. Just charge more for the room. It isn't even covered parking, in fact and i am being serious when i say that the parking lot had the biggest pot holes I have ever seen at a hotel. The only other issue may […] seem minor but every time you get on elevator, you have to pull out your hotel card and put it in a slot to get to your floor. I got on the elevator more than oncevwith other passengers and they all seemed to not be happy with that. The sign in the elevator, wasnt really clear on how to do it. Les mer

This is a convenient place to rest before or after flying in our out of Cleveland Hopkins airport. The parking is a pain since you have to pay for it. Irritating!

I always find Sheraton Hotels to be clean and well maintained. I always sleep well in a Sheration. This one had an especially nice pool. Pool was overcrowded on my 2nd stay as a result of locals coming in for a birthday party. I had never heard of hotels doing this. Hotel pet friendly which was nice, as I dod not need to board dog. "At the Airport"
The Sheraton was perfect for a early morning flight. You are right there at the airport and they have a shuttle going day and night. The hotel has a nice resturant and bar, plus a pool. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Everything was great about our stay, except for the sheets on the bed. They aren't fitted and they don't tuck them in, so by the middle of the night you are laying on the mattress. Excellent staff!

Great hotel and a great value ! The staff was very helpful. T he hotel is located next to the airport. However, I never heard the sound of a plane. The hotel will provide a shuttle to the local car rental for free. Do yourself a favor, rent your car from Avis. The hotel has an agreement with Avis. They will return your car for you for free. My first […] night in town I stayed at the another hotel. I paid more, got a dirty room, cold showers and a lot of bad attitude thrown in for free. Never again will La bad Attitude get my money! I planned to stay the night when I was coming in at 10:30 pm. My plane was late and thank goodness I had reservations there. I stayed here for 3 days and it was very comfortable, you couldn't here the planes, it is right next to the airport and my bed and bedding was great.

"Cleveland Airport ugly outside-beautiful inside"
When we took one look at the outside of the hotel my daughter asked me what had I gotten us into and did we have to stay there. It's litteraly in the middle of long term parking. We went inside and it was lovely! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was fast and yummy. VERY quiet for being at an airport. We traveled with 2 dogs that […] were as welcomed as we were! The room was comfy and we felt very safe. The pool area was very well kept. The water was even warm! It could use better lighting. "hotel is fine"
i read a lot of reviews before choosing a place to stay in baton rouge and from what i gathered there are basically not many new, quality hotels at competitive pricing. this one is not great and it is not horrible, just average. if you have to choose somewhere i think you will be satisfied with the crowne.

We stayed at the hotel New Year's Eve. As expected our hotel neighbors were quite rowdy. However, we needed a 3 Am wake-up call. I only stayed one night but I must say that I had an excellent night sleep. The bed was very comfortable.
"Convenient if you have an early AM flight out"
Located right on the airport campus, with shuttle to your airline leaving the hotel every 10 min. Also has all the comfort offered by the Sheraton Hotels. There were a lot of young people on my floor screaming in the halls and slamming doors, but once in my room I heard nothing.

"excellent location but......"
I have used this hotel before when I have an early flight out of Cleveland. Very convenient location and its on the airport property. The bathroom on this particular visit was not clean. They replaced the towels and amenites but it was VERY obvious that cleaning was overlooked.

The hotel was in an excellent location, about 1 minute to the airport. I was staying there to pick up someone from the airport the next morning, and it was very convienent. The hotel was very clean with modern decor. Bed was very comfortable and staff professional and helpful. I was staying there with pets, and they were very accomidating (able to get […] room by elevator when I checked in). I really loved that there was no pet fee. There was some construction in the area, but it was mostly outside. I would have liked more grassy places to walk my dogs. Les mer

Toilet paper and tissues were very poor quality. Lighting was dim and unsuitable for reading. Bathroom lacked an exhaust fan so the mirror was fogged after showering. Room rate was high but, because of a convention, other places were booked. Personnel were courteous and helpful. Dining room menu was good.
