Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Vi er meget fornøyde, men synes at hotellrommet var for lite. Vanskelig å få varme på rommet når det var vind og litt kaldt ute. Vi kunne også tenkt oss en liten minibar på rommet. Ellers er alt til å anbefale. Har vært på dette hotellet før, og kommer garantert til å reise tilbake dit. I hvertfall hvis det går an å få til noen av mine ønsker.

Hotellet ligger i HIgh Street Kensington. Kort avstand til metro, buss, taxi var tilgjengelig utenfor døren. Ett flott hotell med god plass til 3 på rommet. Rom med utsikt over parken. Personalet var behjelpelig med hva det måtte være. Frokosten var ekstremt dyr, men god. vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Top score, but expensive. However, that is not uncommon in London (Thr expencive part).

Supert hotell ved med behaglig og servic innstilt betjening. Fin frokostbuffe mine sønner var veldig fornøyde med servicen og valg mulighetene. Betjening skaffet buss -og museumsbilletter samt bord reservasjoner mm. Få rom mot baksiden mot Hyde Park anbefales flott utsikt.

Superservice romslig, nyoppusset, skinnenede rent rom *Fantastisk god seng og de mykeste putene jeg noen gang har opplevd Iphone docking stasjon var fint. Lite, men luksuriøst og herlig bad Hotellet er under reonvering (februar 2011). Dette blir gjort svært skånsomt for gjestene. Var støy (pga borring etc) kun midt på dagen fra ca kl 11.00 og utover […] noen timer. Men hvem er på rommet da? Det var overhodet ikke plagsomt. Dyr frokost på hotellet, men det er herlig å kunne få denne servert på rommet. Rett utenfor serveres det mat over alt. Marks and Spencer serverer god og rimelig frokost. (på vei til undergrundstasjonen). Herlig å bo i luksus. I forhold til hva jeg betalte fikk jeg svært mye for pengene. ANBEFALES Les mer
"Fint opphold"
Jeg tilbrakte 3 dager på hotellet sammen med konen. Hotellet var flott. Beliggenheten god med mange fine restauranter i nærheten. Det er også gode muligheter for shopping i nærheten av hotellet. Rommene var store, noe som ikke er så vanlig på London-hotell. Jeg fikk et rom i 10. etasje og hadde en flott utsikt over byen. Anbefales.

"Enedelig et rom med plass"
London er kjent for knøttsmå rom. På Royal Garden Hotel er det annerledes. Store, velutstyrte rom med både sofa og lenestol. Førsteklasses bad. Inngangsparti, ganger, barområde og heiser av beste merke. Gode kommunikasjoner til alle bydeler i London. Med andre ord et hotell å anbefale til alle som liker dobbeltrom på over åtte kvadratmeter.
Flott hotell, fint rom med god seng. Litt dyrt,ikke gratis internett, måtte spørre om strømadapter. Måtte legge igjen kortinformasjon i resepsjonen viss en ville bruke f.eks internett på rommet.

I stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel over the Easter weekend for three nights. Having stayed at a number of other nice hotels in many different places, I can easily say that this hotels was the best so far. The atmosphere in the hotel was so calm and relaxed. The staff had the perfect balance between being professional and friendly. Every member of staff […] excelled in their posts. The Reception staff were outstanding. Very friendly and not the usual 5 star snobs that are so frequently hired to fill these posts. The food in the hotel was first class and very reasonably priced considering the surroundings. The staff in the hotel bars and restaurants were great, in particular Antonio from Southern Italy. Try the cocktails from thr drinks menu. The location of the hotel is ideal with a car park below the building. The Kensington High Street subway/tube station is about three minutes walk from the front door of the hotel. There are also lots of shops and restaurants located near the hotel. The hotel has an ideal location for sightseeing. We could walk to Harrods and Buckingham Palace from the hotel. The hotel room, Room 330, was excellent and very very clean. Great decor with a very comfortable large kingsize bed. The room had a great large screen HD free television set into the wall. Sofa and seating area in the room that looked out two very large windows.The windows could also open. The heating and cooling air conditioning was very good and very quiet. We had no noise at all from inside or outside the hotel. The Bathroom was very clean. It had a large double walk in overhead soaker shower and a seperate large deep bath. All toiletries were provided within the bathroom including bathrobes. It was a very comfortable room indeed. The bed was so comfortable with excellent pillows and crisp white linen. The hotel also has a well equiped gym which was very clean and provided towels and mineral water. We drove from Glasgow to London and the hotel was easy to find a short distance Les mer

I stayed here for 2 nights a few months ago and loved it so booked another night as a treat for my last night in London. I love the staff here, no one is phased by my lack of designer wear, in fact I am usually a bit scruffy and this time was no exception. Other hotels of lesser quality give me the once over whereas both times I have been here, not […] one eye was raised by my appearance. The view from my room this time round was not as good as the last, but I know to ask for the view now! I feel comfortable and safe in this lovely central location and highly recommend this hotel for a top notch place to stay. Les mer

The Royal Garden hotel is in a wonderful position next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington High St. It's my second stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it. Very pleasant and courtious staff and high standard of accommodation. Will return.

I had one of the Garden Rooms. The room is huge for London standards, the view over Kensington Gardens absolutely lovely. Room was very clean, staff generally friendly and helpful. The bathroom was also very nice including a tub and a walk-in shower. Doors could have been a bit more soundproof, you can hear pretty well when somebody enters or leaves […] their rooms on the hallway. However, I didn't hear a noise from other rooms directly. Only disappointment was that they charge £20 for 24 hours of Internet access, which in my opinion should be included in a hotel in this price segment. Les mer
"Good place to be in London"
Hotel was in a great location and seemes to be recently redone. The gym in the basement is an added bonus. There was also a Whole Foods down the street which was great for groceries and it also had a fun wine bar. One strange thing - when they turned down the room, the water came out of the mini bar. The room was incredibly small, but extremely well-designed for the amount of space. I called down as soon as I arrived and asked for a larger room, but was told none was possible. I don't think there are many larger rooms in the hotel. It was an extremely tight squeeze, and doing my exercise routine was a major challenge. But in all other respects the […] hotel was great, the location, the lobby cafe, and especially the 10th floor Chinese restaurant where I had an outstanding meal, one of the best in London. I booked this hotel as a treat for myself and my partner as we have had a tough year!! and boy was it a treat!! Everything from the welcoming staff to the fab room!! I mentioned that it was my partners birthday and they very kindly left a little gift for him in the room. Very thoughtful. Location was great for all we wanted to do. If there was a negative […] it would have been the price of food and drink, but I guess you pay for it in a 5* hotel... Enjoy your stay if you go there... We will definitely be back!! Les mer

Ok, nothing really wrong with it, but as a 5 star just does not quite have it..... we had been at the BerkeleyHotel for 5 days before this stay with them (same length of time) and they are like chalk and cheese. Same price per night and just no comparison - the Berkeley really feels 5 star. Little gripes too - they charge GBP20 per day for the internet! […] Just not on in a 5 star place charging what they do. Told management on that alone I would not go back. One positive - room service is not a complete rip off. The Berkeley charge you GBP4 service charge for room service on top of the food cost!! Amazing... Les mer

We enjoyed our clean airconditioned large room and spacious bath with shower after our recent stay. It was and sunny and cool at the hotel -- superb! The wifi is not free and also the breakfast. Very costly indeed ! I think for the star they have they can make it free. the staff are lovely and helpful. thanks for the good time

"OUR FAVOURITE HOTEL IN LONDON"
THIS HOTEL HAS IT ALL, ITS IMACULATE WITH BEAUTIFUL DECOR AND A GREAT FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. IT IS VERY CLOSE TO A TUBE STATION AND HAS A NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS HAVING TO PAY FOR INTERNET USAGE. ANY OF THE HOTELS WE STATED IN IN FRANCE HAD IT FREE

Don't be put off by the dull exterior, this is a lovely hotel with great service. We had a garden room which had a glorious view. Very convenient for Royal Albert Hall , access to some of London's greatest parks, Kensington High Street and tube. The hotel was lovely and all personnel friendly. Everything was maintained beautifully. I selected a garden room although it was pricey, it showed exactly as the brochure. Our only concern was the conciege desk. We told them that we were off to get onto the Hop-On-Hop-Off double decker bus. They said they could provide the tickets and charge them to […] our room. Silly me for not asking about an upcharge for that. Our biggest concern was when we were leaving and asked to have them call a cab to take us to Southampton where we were going on a cruiseship. They said a cab wouldn't take us because we had too much luggage. But, they could hire a car for us that could take us. So, we said okay. Then, we were told it would cost 270 pounds but that we didn't really have another choice in order to get to the ship within the next three hours. And, of course, they charged it to our room. So, the car arrived and off we went. But, the driver stopped once for a beverage and another time for cigarettes. We did get there on time but what we were told was a 2-hour drive, was only 1.5 hours. Then, when we got our bill, we realized that the 270 pounds would equal to $500. At that, I almost fell off the chair. You see, we took a taxi from the airport to our hotel, which was an hour drive, and the cost was 40 pounds. I think we were totally ripped off. Les mer

We went to London to go to the Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood concert at Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We like Italian food and Foubert's across the street was excellent. We ate at another place a few doors down because it looked very trendy and it was but the food was not good. […] Foubert's food is home made and fresh. The last time we stayed in London we stayed at the Hilton in Trafalger Square and I have to say that the Royal Garden Hotel is much better. We booked on this website and everything went smooth with the hotel. I highly recommend this website and the Royal Garden Hotel. Les mer

Smoking rooms are connected to non-smoking rooms. Choked on the smoke leaking from the neighboring room all night. When I complained they just shrugged.

Overall positive experience and service superior. Smoking rooms smell in the floors. Only negatives were shower an TV Channels. Shower water temperature adjustment was limited to hot and too hot and TV channels are quite limited.

Another excellent stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The quality of the service at this hotel is what makes it so special. The rooms are a little dated but spacious and this time we had wonderful views over Kensington Gardens and the palace. Will certainly stay there again.
