Det er minibar og kaffetrakter/tekoker på rommet. Andre fasiliteter er strykejern/-brett og gratis toalettartikler. Kort vei til/fra O'Hare int. flyplass. Utenfor Chicago sentrum, så enkelt å komme seg videre uten å havne i tung trafikk. Koselige og høflige ansatte og Legends sportsbar inkorporert i lobby området for å innta middag og drinker til normal pris. Store og fine rom; litt slitte, men rene. Frokosten var langt over middels med utvidet continental frokost. Fitnessrommet var veldig enkelt, men fikk trent basis. Nabolaget er noe slitent forstads- men virket greit.

Hotell valt i utg.pkt pga nær O'Hare-flyplassen. Svært praktisk, to stoppestader frå flyplassen med t-banen (Cumberland). I tillegg lett, rimeleg og kjapt å koma seg med 'blue line' til sentrum av Chicago på same banen. Middels pluss service i skranken på hotellet. Frukost visstnok berre svært lettvint, med 'småkaker' eller liknande. Nytta ikkje dette tilbodet sjølv. Ok reinhald på romma. Var på to forskjellige under opphaldet mitt. Restaurant næraste nabo på eine sida av hotellet, også parkeringsplass knytt til denne, utan at eg fann dette sjenerande. 7 minutts spasertur tek deg til diger supermarknad, der du finn alt du måtte trenga. Også andre småsjapper og ein frisør. 5 minutt til fots til t-banestasjonen. Motorvegen like ved og tidvis flytrafikk over, men gjorde ingenting av betydning. Godt støyisolert.

Rent og pent motell til en rimelig pris når man må bo på en flyplass et døgn. Hyggelig betjening, Spesielt hyggelig sjåfør som gratis beringer deg til og fra O'Hare. Fikk ingen beskjed på forhånd om at frokost var inkludert i prisen før etter at jeg hadde vært ute og spist på Subway i nabohuset:) PS! Er det nødvendig å ha pornokanalen gratis blant alle de andre kanalene? Nødvendig å ha porno på tv-en i det hele tatt?

Checked in on Saturday, March 17-St. Pat's day, probably one of the busiest, craziest days in Chicago. We arrived early (before check-in) to see the river get dyed green and Jordy at front desk offered to hold our luggage until our 2 rooms were ready. He also offered to call us whenever a room was ready if done before check-in time. Both rooms were […] ready before the parade was over at 3pm. After eating delicious corned beef and cabbage at DaddyO's pub our group split up; my elderly father-in-law went to his room for a quick nap at 4:30 only to find he could not get in- the key did not work. It turns out the battery had died on the new lock mechanism. At 6pm, when the rest of returned from our walk along Michigan Ave. he was sitting on the floor outside of his room waiting to get in the room and watching as Engineering staff was completely replacing the lock. When we were checking out the next morning Jordy at the front desk "comped" our valet parking for the overnight stay and all of our buffet breakfasts the next day for the inconvenience. We understand that you cannot control something mechanical (even if it is brand new) and appreciated the way the Hyatt staff showed concern and took care of us. Les mer

I absolutely loved the hotel. The room was nice and all the staff treated us nice. Ohh and the big bar has the biggest and best drinks!!

We stayed St. Pattys weekend and it was swarm of people at all times. Even with the crowd and everything going on, the staff and service was great. We arrived early and preregistered at 9am. Rooms are not usually ready until the afternoon. Within 20 min I got a call our room was ready. They were wonderful!!! Great location right near prime shopping […] and resturants also. Les mer

"Great experience"
I booked this hotel for St. Patrick's day, when I got there the hotel was buzzing with activity, and was sold out. Check in time was at 3p.m., I arrived at 11 a.m. And got my room right away even with the hotel being sold out. The celebration they had within the hotel it's self was a great atomsphere, was able to have a couple drinks overlooking the […] Chicago river as it was being dyed green. The staff was attentive and went out of there way, even with how crowded it was. The hotel was immaculately clean as well as the room. I definite recommend this hotel. Les mer

"HYATT is close to everything !"
Our room was nice. However after a full day out doing some sight-seeing we returned to our room as we had left it in the morning (beds not made, no vacuuming and bathroom was not refreshed). There was no "privacy" message on our door. We called the front desk to have them clean up as we went out again that same night. The cleaning of the bathroom during […] our stay was sub-par. There were hairs in the corner of the room and bathtub that were there from the previous guest. We stayed there for 5 days and it was never cleaned up. There were crumbs and food left outside our door which was there all week (they never vacuumed the hall way while we were there either.) On our last day the maid came knocking at our door at 08:30 to ask when we were leaving ?! Check out is 12:00 ! Little nuisances but the location was awesome and the price was hard to beat. I would stay there again but I would make more of an issue if cleanliness remained a problem. Les mer

"Hyatt Regency-Never dissapoints"
This hotel is amazing. We left a lesser hotel because it was not up to our standards and never regretted it. The Hyatt Regency is very modern, clean, and beautiful. Definitely worth the price. Best workout room of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

We chose the hotel from the map as it was at the top of the Loop and the bottom of the Magnificent Mile. It is exactly between the two but slightly further East than would be ideal. The building is very dated but the rooms are large and well appointed. Parking at $52 a night is just beyond belief. "Nice stay"
The Hyatt is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Access to surrounding attractions and restaurants makes the Hyatt a hotel worth a return visit.

The Hyatt Regency Chicago has an excellent location just off Michigan Avenue facing the River. The major points of interest of downtown are all within walking distance or a short ride away. "Beautiful Hotel 3 times in a row!"
3rd time staying here and it didn't disapoint once again. The hotel is beautiful, the sights, sounds, lounges, everyone is so nice and quite helpful. My GF needed her nails fixed and we got shown to full underground mini mall under the west tower (Don't Go There for Nail Work!!!!!), never even knew it was there. The view was terrific and the staff nice, but there was no shower cap and the carpet had a design that looked spotty - it took me a while to realize it was probably clean (I am still not sure, though). The bar was dusty and the cups were covered with dust.

Found hair in the bathtub after entering the room. The Hotel immediately changed our room without any problems and credited parking for the night.

"Will stay again"
The hotel was great and i ordered room service and the staff was amazing and quick and very helpful. the over all staff was polite and very professional I would def reccommend this hotel as I love the Hyatt properties
"Hyatt Regency - Chicago"
This hotel is very nice and well taken care of. However, proved to be too busy to help out some of its guests. I purchased the "park and surf" package with my hotel stay which was supposed to save me almost 30 dollars in overnight parking. Not to mention that this valet service was able to get your car during the terribly cold weather and could be used […] at any time. HOWEVER, we arrived at the hotel by 6 pm to check in and they notified us that the VALET was completely full. I informed the hotel of this dilemma when checking in in which case they assured me that they would refund me for the parking overnight at a near by garage. (SOME PLACE THAT I COULD NOT EASILY FIND PARKING. & ONCE IT WAS PARKED COULD NOT MOVE AGAIN AT THE RISK OF BUYING A DOUBLE FEE). At check out, I waited in a obscenely long check out line before noon to retrieve a reciept for my stay. (the woman who checked me in notified me that when checking out, ask for a receipt to verify the refund of the parking.) Not wanting to be out almost 70 dollars for parking at this point & believing that everything was taken care of, the check out desk informed me that the receipt would be blank, showing no information in regards to the price. The manager was able to tell me that the hotel would refund any parking soon and should be available with 3 business days on my account. I waited almost 5 days before having to call and square this all up. They did hung up on my twice, leaving me on the phone for a total of 45 minutes. This money was never returned to me and I believe that this hotel should have never allowed a client to pay extra money for a park and surf package when there are no spaces available within their valet system. I was very disappointed that by the end of it, I was forced to pay for parking package and an overnight stay at a local garage for the entire price of another night at the hotel. Les mer

"Feb. stay"
Our overnight stay at the Hyatt was great! Beautiful city and river view was made all the more beautiful with snow coming down and watching daylight turn to evening lights. Room was nice sized and furnished in an updated style. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and helpful.

I have stayed here numerous times and am amazed with this Hyatt. Staff is friendly, location is convenient and they rooms are great.... On top of that there fitness facility is amazing...

Needed to use the business center and have assistance with some IT help converting some files and burning a CD from an e-mail. Staff was very helpful and professional. One of another reason to stay at Hyatt in the future.

Hyatt are typically good : but this is a hotel that doesn't sweat the small stuff... The soaps and shampoo are missing and when you call takes 30 mins to arrive, the concierge promises to call you back but doesnt, and the receptionist just sucked on a lemon : overall the hotell is nice and the services are good..but when the people are lazy and badly […] managed you just won't have fun...sad. Hotel was nice but bathroom was not very clean - not good. Overall, a nice place though.

The Hyatt is in a great location close to Michigan Ave and all the shopping and museums. The room was very comfortable. The only negative is that they do not have a pool. The staff was very helpful and had information on special events. I would highly recommend the hotel if you need a place to stay in downtown Chicago.
