Sentralt beliggende i forhold til The Magnificant Mile, alle restauranter og barer i gåavstand fra hotellet. Dyrt med parkering, 45 $ natten. Herlig rom som føltes som en leilighet. Kjempe fint å bo over lengre tid.

Beliggenhet.
Hyatt Regency Chicago ligger nær stranden, i hjertet av Chicago, bare noen få skritt unna Michigan Avenue Bridge og Wrigley-bygningen. Ikke langt unna finner du også Millennium Park og Chicago kunstinstitutt.
Hotellfasiliteter.
Hyatt Regency Chicago har helsestudio og treningsstudio. Trådløs og kabelbasert høyhastighets Internett-tilgang er tilgjengelig på fellesområdene (tilleggsavgifter tilkommer). Forretningsfasiliteter ved dette 4-stjerners hotellet inkluderer forretningssenter, små møterom og luksustransport-/limousintjeneste. Hyatt are typically good : but this is a hotel that doesn't sweat the small stuff... The soaps and shampoo are missing and when you call takes 30 mins to arrive, the concierge promises to call you back but doesnt, and the receptionist just sucked on a lemon : overall the hotell is nice and the services are good..but when the people are lazy and badly […] managed you just won't have fun...sad. Hotel was nice but bathroom was not very clean - not good. Overall, a nice place though.

The Hyatt is in a great location close to Michigan Ave and all the shopping and museums. The room was very comfortable. The only negative is that they do not have a pool. The staff was very helpful and had information on special events. I would highly recommend the hotel if you need a place to stay in downtown Chicago.

Hotel is walking distance to Michigan Avenue, which was nice. Room was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful...although I wouldn't listen to vallet guys late night recommendation on where to eat...food was nasty(forgot where we ordered from).

It was an over all good experience. We stayed for 10 nights. But we had to move from the room we had to another one, after 8 nights. The hotel informed us giving us a 3 -4 hour notice, early in the morning. We could not finish packing by the time ( we also had a toddler with us) and the power was turned off. We were informed that it would be, but we […] had to leave in total darkness. the hotel did give us $100 credit to make up for it. but it was still not a pleasant moving from one room to another. But i have to say both rooms were good, clean and the service was good too. Les mer

This was a fantastic hotel for myself, two daughters and their friend. The hotel took very good care of my BMW X-5, as I explained my concern with the valet parking horror stories I've read online (no stories regarding this particular hotel). The reception staff was professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone […] who prefers to walk to the Navy Pier, Willis Tower and Millennium Park. Excellent stay at this hotel with quick access to the Pedway in the cold, Navy Pier, the elevated trains and great restaurants just north of the loop and along the Chicago River. Short walk past the Marilyn Monroe statue to the Magnificent mile. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Very nice and clean hotel. Walking distance to Michigan Ave. shopping and resturants. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. One complaint was that we had reservations for 2 rooms with a king size bed in each one and ended up with 1 queen size bed in each room. I also thought that the parking was overpriced. The hotel was very nice, there were some unexpected things that were left out...internet would cost $15 a night which was ridiculous...the pop in the refrigerator was $4 each...candy bars $3.75...and it did not have a microwave or a refrigerator for personal use...for the cost of the hotel it should have been in the room...also no swimming pool. Hotel is perfect location, clean, easy access to taxi, few blocks for local trains, they have storage space at free of cost for extra luggage. They have a community ice machine and microwave. Everything was good except for parking :( very expensive

The costumer service at this place was phenomenal! From the moment you arrive someone is there to serve you. The friendliness and enthusiasm made me feel like I was at Disney World instead of Chicago. The location was perfect for a short little weekend because you can walk to all the main attractions and end up saving money because you can avoid having […] to use public transportation. We were there b/c my friend got engaged and with the mention of that they upgraded their room to one with a view, sent up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries without blinking an eye. Have stayed here the past 4 years and are never disappointed. Perfect location, excellent service with a smile. Only complaint this year was the noise level. We were next to the elevator and it seemed to be running all night long. Very loud. Also, apparently we were on the party floor because some very loud, very drunk people came back late at night, […] yelling through the halls. "Very nice hotel, except..."
...neither bar is open until 11:00 AM on Sunday. The wife and I always get a hotel room for the night of my company's holiday party. I was looking forward to putting my hangover off for a while with a delicious bloody mary. It's not like we're in the bible-belt here. Booze should be available from at least 9AM to 4AM.

The hotel was huge with signs inside to direct you to where you needed to go. With the hotel being that large, more - faster elevators were definitely needed! While leaving on Sunday, the elevators were so packed that it took 3 full elevators passing by until I could finally get on one to get out of the hotel. Front desk greeted us with a smile up until the time they found out we booked through hotel.com. This has happened to us at other hotels but not nearly as obvious as at the Hyatt. For this reason we will never stay here again.

Nice hotel and convenient location. The guests next to us had 2 kids who SCREAMED at night and morning. The hotel service was very good and took care of it when called. They also offered an upgrade for next visit.

"take a walk..."
if you are going for a beverage before bed, take a walk to a number of really nice pubs in the area; unless you are used to paying a little extra for a mixed drink, I was a little shocked. But, then I don't travel much overnight in "big" cities. Very nice area to walk about after a day of work.

This was 3rd stay at the Chicago Hyatt on Wacker and once again great. Price is reasonable, customer service is phenomonal, and location is great. Great access to Magnificent Mile/Michigan Ave., love the Big Bar, and easy access for transportation/taxi (we went to Blue Man Group approx. 15 min away). Parking was flat rate for 24 hrs, but valet parked […] and brought back up to us, so it was very reasonable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. "Change the name -> Dirty and dry pee hotel"
i have never ever see that much dirt in one hotel. We requested crib for our baby, and they brought a convertible crib. when we setup it, we saw alotof vomit everywhere of the crib. then they changed to metal one. Second and worst thing hapen when we leave. last day our baby's socks when into comforter. then i pull the comforter to find sock then […] i saw big yellow area with dry pee. how dare you give 4 star to this hotel???????
