Very nice hotel. Rooms are recently remodeled. Service was excellent. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Salida and the Comfort Inn is much better (and also cheaper).

We were very impressed with the service of the Salida Comfort Inn. The staff was very attentive. We also very much appreciated the fact that the pool and hot tub were saline treated versus chlorinated. It makes all the difference in how your skin feels. Great hotel, good location, friendly staff. The only thing is my wife found the bed to be uncomfortable and I did notice it is rather firm. :)

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for Christmas on the Mountain and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accomodations were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely look to stay there next time I am in town and would reccomend this establishment to any one else looking to stay in Salida.

I travel the world~ and this particular Comfort Inn has, by far, the friendliest staff ever! They were genuinely nice people without trying to be nice. The food was fresh and fairly delicious. The blankets and beds looked pretty new~ if not new, they were at least well taken care of.

The hotel even had a clean smell when you walked in the front door. The breakfast buffet was the best we have seen.

Friendly staff, nice room and Quincys down the road selling filet mignon 15oz for $10.99. Couldnt have asked for a better end after a long days driving.

The hotel was easy to find, centrally located and there was an EXCELLENT family run Restaurant 4 blocks up the street. Breakfast at the hotel was good and the only glitch was that the staff didn't know how to handle my Choice inns frequent guest number because I'm from Canada and not the US.

It is a very unwelcoming experience to have the keys stop functioning in the middle of a pre-paid stay. If I have paid for three days, the keys better work all three days. Many hotels fail in this effort, and they present various excuses to the guests like getting the cards wet will make them not work in the locks. The best part about this hotel is its staff. They absolutely make the experience worth coming back. Very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I have to mention the woman that works in the afternoon and therefore is usually the one that checks you in is a sweetheart and very helpful. She will give you the best advice on where to go to enjoy Salida. […] The room was very clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome at this Comfort Inn. The check-in clerk, Anna, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She seemed genuinely concerned that we had a comfortable, pleasant experience at this hotel. She was very helpful in directing us to the "River Walk" and a great place to have dinner. The room was clean, spacious, […] and comfortable; it would be nice to have a thermostat on the air conditioner, so that it didn't just run cool air all night. The hot breakfast was superb; excellent choices for the whole family. The lady working the breakfast room was very hard-working and friendly; she seemed very concerned that all the guests had a good, hot breakfast in a clean, cozy environment. Had a hard time getting checked in. Couldn't find our reservations, had 3 rooms reserved. Had to go get my confirmation printout. Then they asked me to step aside while they checked in 3 other groups. After a while they finaly found the reservations. In addition, the microwave was locked up at night so my daughter was unable to warm up the baby for […] mula. Les mer

This Comfort Inn was nicely maintained, in a convenient location to skiing and eating, and had very friendly staff. The pool was a bit dirty, and the pump in the spa was broken (but was on order so should be fixed soon), but my kids still stayed in there for 3+ hours each day. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff here was some of the friendliest of all chain hotels around. They were over-nice about everything, and so helpful. Decent breakfast, not more then expected, comfortable, a good stay

The staff was very very friendly and helped us in all way they could. Breakfast was more than we expected. And again the staff was superb. The stay was a full success. If you like mini golf you have to play at the Rochy Mountain Mini Golf on Rainbow Blvd. It was the best course I have ever played throughout Europe and the US!!!

The staff was extremally courteous and helpful-offered to carry in our luggage, got us ice and very attentive. Only negatives- our room faced the highway, so needed to turn on the fan for "white noise" and the hot tub was too hot (we are use to hot tubs and this was over the normal temp). This was my third stay at this hotel and I absolutely love it. Came with my wife and two young daughters. Staff/owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Pool/hot tub area was immaculate and the breakfast included in the room rate was much better than most. Afternoons they present coffee and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. The room was extrememly clean, nice mattresses, great fluffy pillows (4 per queen bed). Great location, a few minutes from the 'F' street bridge which is the center of the downtown action. I would recommend this to anyone of my friends and family. I certainly will be back often. I love this hotel! The staff was so accomendating. There were several families that stayed here after a basketball game so our teenagers could go skiing the next day. All of the kids were in the breakfast room playing cards and socializing. the hotel is located in a convenient spot right on the main road. plenty of restaurants close by and just a short drive to the histori part of town. the room was a little larger than usual and clean. the bed was comfortable and I slept well. breakfast was the usual affair, waffles, cereal and juice.

Heel goed gelegen, kalm en grote comfortabele kamers. Wij verbleven 3 nachten, een dag was de kamer niet schoongemaakt! Dat is voor mij persoonlijk HEEL erg. Klacht werd beleefd aangenomen en nieuwe badhanddoeken werden bezorgd.
