Good price and great location with very helpful and friendly staff.

Better than I expected at the price, room was clean and comfortable, though Bathroom is a bit jaded. Pool is nothing to get excited about, but is functional. Location is great for those wanting to be near bars, bars and more bars, as well as the night market. Closest BTS stop is Sala Daeng, about a 5 minute walk.

Had been staying in this hotel since the last 4 visits to Bangkok. Overall, clean and quite good.

We stayed here on our last night in Bangkok before flying home. It was in a perfect location and was more luxury compared with the backpacking places I had previously been staying. It is well worth the price which I paid though it did not include breakfasts. Free wifi everywhere including room. Good locality for night life and night market. No room amenities unless requested. For two persons only provided one set.

Not amazing, not bad, it was a decent choice that won't disappoint you.

Very nice service. Clean room. Only one thing I didn't like was the bath room. It was clean however old and bit smelly. Overall very good!!! I definitely come back to this hotel!

Friendly staffs and big spacious clean room.

Pretty decent hotel that is close to the Silom area as well as Patpong. It is within walking distance to both MRT and BTS. Buffet is ok but not as good as some of those in the Rachadapisek area.

1st time staying in this hotel, traditional decoration with big room size, free wifi, good service from reception as they borrow me free 2 adaptor for charging my PC & camera. It is convenience with walking distance to the night life of bangkok. Also near to the BTS & MRT.

A clean and well-appointed hotel in the middle of night-time action. Not recommended for families with kids, though.

I have just spent a month travelling and stayed in this hotel for the last 4 nights. It was hands down the best hotel I had stayed in. Right from check in everyone of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and large but did have a musty odour. I had the hotel directions card in my wallet and didnt need it at all. On the down side the mini bar and laundry service were very expensive, i made the mistake of sending some laundry, my fault for not reading the costs carefully of course but the bill was a bit of a shock. The Tawana was great; clean with all of the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. And I paid a third of what my friends were paying at their hotel just a few doors down the street. A find as far as hotels go...

For "value for money" it can't be beaten. The area comes alive at night with the Pahtpong market 5 minutes walk away. Skytrain 5 minutes walk and taxis outside hotel so easy to get to other areas of Bangkok.

price was cheap for a nice hotel. room was clean and spacious and didn't have a smell like most cheap hotel rooms do. it didn't come with the free breakfast but there's tons of places around it and there's a 7-eleven right across the street. nice and friendly staff. Read the reviews and although one can forgive the decor, the tired look and the kitsch interior this is not a 4 star hotel trapped in a three star body, it is a three star hotel at best. Although the hotel is a little dated, the rooms are impeccably clean and the service is of a very high standard. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and given welcome drinks, check-in was a breeze and we were shown up to our room. The room, could do with a bit of an update, but it was very clean and spacious, had all the amenities that one could want […] (safe, mini-bar, cable TV, robes, phone etc) and we had large windows overlooking the road. My only minor complaint was that the bed was too hard. The hotel has a lovely pool, which came in handy after a hard day of shopping. It also has several bars and restaurants. Although breakfast wasn't included in our room rate, we received 50% off breakfast vouchers at check in. The buffet breakfast was of a good standard with a large variety of food. We also ate dinner at their Italian restaurant, which was lovely and reasonably priced. The location of the Tawana is fantastic. A short walk to the Skyline station and Silom Road, and a very short walk to Patpong Rd. In short, you have markets, bars, restaurants, malls and the train station all within a 5 min walk. What impressed me most about this hotel was how warm and friendly all the staff were, from the Concierge, to the door man, to the housekeepers - they all made you feel welcome. Although the Tawana is an older hotel (it used to be the Bangkok Sheraton and for a while a Ramada), it is still a very nice hotel with an excellent staff, nice amenities and a reasonable price. It is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. I have been staying here for many years.

This hotel is value for money , it was clean however the decor inside was a little outdated . Staff was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast buffet was very nice - however even with the 50% discount voucher it was expensive (cheaper to go elsewhere) . Location was great for the Pat Phong Market and entertainment areas . I found it a little odd that […] this hotel had a no visitor policy after 6pm considering the area it is located in - other hotels do not have this strictness with visitors so if your looking at that aspect for your trip advise dont stay here . The hotel was priced like a two star hotel, but can easily be considered a five star. The staff is pristine, the place is very clean, they are very helpful in putting together your plans for each day, and we love the rooms.

Godt hotel beliggende nogenlunde centralt. ca 15 min til nærmeste skytrain station. Dejlig svimmingpool / område, stille og roligt - gemt væk fra trafikstøj. God morgenbuffet. ca 5 min gang til "Nigtmarket" Dette hotel er et godt valg i forhold til prisen, kan anbefales.

酒店地理位置很好,周边也有很多小吃.但是客房确实比较陈旧,但是卫生保持得不错.其实周边有艾美,索菲特,皇冠之类的价格差不了多少,对住宿条件需求高的可以考虑.

1月3日STOPOVERで一泊した。値段の割りりに部屋がよかった。古いホテルだがリーフォームしているので、清潔さが維持できてる。

何をするにも立地条件がとてもよかったです。 ただ、朝食はイマイチだから、外で食べたほういいかなとおもいます。 部屋は広くて清潔感が感じられました。

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä jos ajattelee shoppausta,mm Patpong ihan vieressä. Pooli sen sijaan oli aika pieni ja sinne paistoi vain osan aikaa päivästä. Korkeat talot olivat auringon tiellä. Huone oli ihan tilava ja kylpyhuone ihan hyvä hintaan nähden. Sänky oli kova ja ilmastointi piti ääntä. Aamiainen suppea ja ei sisältynyt hintaan. Hotellin työntekijät […] todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita thaimaalaiseen tapaan. Hinta-laatu -suhde ihan hyvä, mutta jos haluaa ottaa aurinkoa suosittelen valitsemaan jonkun mun hotellin. Les mer

it is a good hotel located in a business are of Bangkok. The employes are very kind, the room was ok but a bit dark, the food was very good and the break fast was ok for the price.
