They did not bring extra towels when requested. The next morning when the room was cleaned they did not leave any bath towels. When we called the front desk, they did not seem surprised, almost like this happens all of the time.

My stay was comfortable and without problems. This is an older property that has a few miles on it and great for my trip purpose which was close by. A few minor problems did occur like my TV remote being broke and and it as never replaced and the electrical timer for the bathroom heat lamp was hanging out of the electical box in the wall and should […] have been fasten back in place. It looked like someone was repairing it and forgot to finish the job and although reported to the night desk the first day nothing changed. I was in Tucson for a trade show, and picked this hotel because it was less than half a mile from the Expo center. I am not a picky person, all I care about is a place to sleep, so any of the negatives really didn't bother me. It's an older motel that has not kept up on it maintenance. In my room, the alarm clock and the phone didn't work. The bathroom […] floor was a little sticky, but I fixed that after I took a shower. There's a grill outside that guests can use, but when I went to use it, I found it was inoperable. Again, I was satisfied with my stay, but keeping the average traveler in mind, these are some things that i felt needed to be known. Les mer

Bad hotel condition. Very old musty rooms with equally old airconditioners. Breakfast although hot is mediocre.

we loved our stay here. Even although the wifi reception wasn't good in our room, the reception area was good. Very helpful friendly staff. Would recommend.

Booked the room online for price and convenience to interstate. The lobby and pool area were beautiful but that's about the only nice things about the hotel. The grounds were unkept, driveway rough, cigarette butts on the patios and landings, etc. The room was older and the surrounding neighborhood had 2 fast food restaurants and the rest was industry. […] I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a destination, maybe just for an overnight. Nice room clean and comfortable

Toilet did'nt work in the first room so we were moved to a room with broken door latches. Noisiest place I have ever stayed. Best rates we could find on the internet so we live and learn.

As far as cheap hotels go, I was pretty impressed with this one. The staff was friendly and offered to upgrade me to a suite in the renovated part of the hotel but I wanted a smoking room so I stayed in the non renovated part. Go to the store down the street and get some good toilet paper and you're golden.

We requested a non-smoking room, and received a room that had obviously been smoked in. Management immediately corrected the problem. Two thumbs up!!! Only one small problem. The WiFi did not work in the part of the hotel that we stayed in. We had to go back to the lobby when we needed to check our flight.

Had to keep pooing/peeing into the same bowl of stank. To be fair though, I didn't bother telling the front desk, but I would just expect toilets to work. Continental breakfast is milk and cereal. And bread. Not delicious.

I booked this hotel because of the price, and because it was convenient to where I would be visiting in Tucson. I'm really quite easy to please, but this hotel did not meet even my fairly low expectations. Among the problems: The toilet handle was completely broken. I actually had to remove the lid to the toilet tank and reach in with a hanger to flush […] the toilet. (Also, you might not want to use the hangers, Just sayin'.) There was no reception at all on the TV, just white noise. The towels in my room had rust-colored stains on them. I didn't complain about any of these things because I was alone and just staying one night. Had I booked a multi-night stay, I would have made a bigger stink about these things. On the plus side: It was fairly quiet, the room was fairly clean, and the bed was ok. Also, it was cheap. I liked the location but this hotel needs some serious renovating.

If there is maintenance staff employed at this property, you can't tell by the condition of the rooms. Hair all over the bathroom, in the tub, on the floor, stuck to the bathroom wall, on the toilet and in the sink. Housekeeping must of used an already dirty rag to clean with. When complained of the smell of marijuana flowing into the room, staff did […] not care or even attempt to do anything about it. Not even apologize. The only real problem I had was getting a call one night (I was sound asleep) from a neighbor at 2AM about noise coming from my room. A call to the Front Desk cleared that up. Otherwise, considering the overall run-down condition of most of the hotels along I-10, from the downtown Tucson area to Davis-Monthan AFB, this waqsn't too bad of a stay. If […] you can look past curtain rods and towel racks hanging by half a screw, the overall comfort of the room itself wasn't too bad. The refrigerator in the room didn't have a freezer, but it did its job along with the microwave. I didn't go to the breakfast, starts at 7, because I had to be at work by 6. Oh, yes, there is hot water, but let the faucet run for about ten minutes until the hot water actually reaches your room. Safety-wise, I felt OK. Les mer

The room was okay but location is not the most ideal. They give towels only based on occupancy so there were none when we first arrived - had to call and ask for towels. Was quiet though and reasonably comfortable.

I loved this hotel. It felt like an apartment. I loved the arcadia door access to the parking lot, it saved me (and my small children) a lot of time not having to go back and forth around the building. I will definately stay here again and again

This has definetly seen its better days. The restaurant is closed as is much of the surrounding area. The rooms (had to change once) and facilities are unkept with minimal maintenance performed. Would be surprised if it continues operation

I am giving you my word people. This place is the worst place that you can ever experience. We did experience it but you should not. Dirty, lots of broken in the room, no hot water, no service, OMG terrible.

There was no hot water, only lukewarm; some important equipment in ther cafeteria (toaster, coffemaker) was broken. When we arrived there were no clean towels.

NO HOT WATER for 3 day stay...need I say more?

The place filthy everything was broke tv looked like snow no remotes. one ice machine about a block away the place should be torn down. Iturned on the shower and the head would fly off, the towlit ran all the time ect. ect.

We decided to stay at this hotel last Saturday since the rates in Tucson were sky high due to the gem and mineral show. Based on the pictures and the statement that it had been remodeled in 2008, I didn't think it could be too bad. Boy was I wrong. The place was super ghetto and with tons of trash laying about and it looked like the people across the […] way from us had been living in their room for quite some time. The room looked like it may have been upgraded sometime in the early 80's and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We ended up packing up our stuff and driving back to Phoenix instead of staying the night there. So basically I paid money NOT to sleep there. Les mer

In the 3 weeks I had to stay I was in 4 total rooms before I felt safe enough and equiped to live there for 3 weeks. The first night I was placed in a room with a shaddered slidding glass door and a missing couch, immediately I was moved to an above room where I had no fridge or microwave and the inconvience of having my 2 dogs on the second floor. […] The next morning I went to ask for a room that accommidated for those 3 issues. I was sent to check the standards of a couple rooms and once I found one they informed me they would have someone clean it quickly as I had to get to work and needed to move into it before I left. after 25 minutes I went to check the status all to find out they cleaned the wrong room. Luckily it was a ground floor with a fridge and microwave both of which were probably 100 years old but they worked and that's all i needed. The said internet service was a joke. I even had to use the guest computer and the connection was so bad i had to keep switching servers to get a good signal. While sitting in the lobby using the computer I overheard many other people with the same problems. Cold showers, being compared to shacks in 3rd world countries, listening to employees talk to guests about their stay in federal prison. My safety and comfort was a little jeprodized and all I kept doing was count down the days till I could leave. Now don't get me wrong, the staff was amazing as they helped me with faxes and copies and documents being dropped off to help the process of buying a house in Tucson a little easier. However I am glad I NEVER have to go stay there again. Les mer

dead bolt didn't work I believe the room next door was probally selling something. Their door was knocked on every once in a while. Which being so close to ours ,sounded like it was our doorl This kept up till 2 am and to top it off the shower was cold, try as i may to get it right.

Shower was lukewarm, broken glass outside where dogs walked & broken outside light fixtures. Stains on the bed skirts & the t.v. stations were fuzzy!

You get what you paid for. The rooms are nicely decorated, but once I got there it smelled like moth balls, the bathroom floor was still dirty, the shower did not work, the tv remote did not work properly (may have been the batteries). The biggest disappointment was that I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean the room. I had to wait until […] 8 am before getting clean towels, which ruined my plans for an early start. we paid for a smoking room got a non smoking room had to smoke outdoors on the patio it was freezing.Also no shampoo& the t.p. was rough so was the soap.The stuff was made in china. I didn't expect a lot, given the relatively good price, but was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. While the area itself is a bit out-of-the-way/industrial and the property appeared practically abandoned upon arrival, the owners/mngmt have done some really nice improvements to the rooms, with nice furniture, granite countertops, […] tasteful colors, etc. WiFi cnxn is not available in rooms far away from lobby, and room still had lingering smoke smell despite obvious efforts to rid it. This large hotel probably saw better days (and revenue) when major league baseball's Spring Training clubs played nearby. The teams have all since moved to Phoenix. The grounds need some upkeep (algae and rocks in hot tub, winter pool green) and the adjoining restaurant is shut down. Still, the beds were comfy, heater and water worked fine, and the […] basic breakfast is offered in an actual eating room with TV, not in a lobby. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is easily found off the interstate and not far from the airport. Fast food is across the street, other choices a few miles away. Occasional train noise but a generally quiet area. No safety concerns out of the ordinary. Compared to other Tucson budget hotels I've stayed at, this was a decent place. Les mer

I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. CHECKED IN, TOOK SOME TIME. ONLY ONE PERSON ON THE DESK. GUEST IN FRONT HAD APROBLEM WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD. GET TO ROOM, DOOR WAS OPEN. NO ONE INSIDE. MAINTENANCE WAS CLEANING THE DRAIN ON THE TOLIET. AFTER THAT WAS DONE FIANALLY ABLE TO GET INTO ROOM. ONCE WE RETURNED TO OUR ROOM THAT EVENING GOT INTO BED. WOW I THOUGHT […] CIRCUIS CURCUIS IN VEGAS WAS BAD. BUT THIS WAS WORSE. I FOR ONE HAVE A BAD BACK. BUT TRYING TO SLEEP ON COIL SPRINGS POKING IN THE BACK WAS TO MUCH. ANOTHER WAS I PAID IN ADVANCE. BUT WHEN WE CHECK IN THE CLERK MADE COPIES OF MY CREDIT CARD AND DRIVERS LICENSE. NOW I AM WONDERING WHAT THEY MAY DO WITH THIS INFO. I WILL BE WATCHING MY BANK STATEMENT. Les mer

My employee stayed here on a recent business trip and said that he had issues with the water in the shower getting hot and the water draining out of the tub took a long time. There were stains on the couch, a cigarette butt found under the table, the picture on the wall was broken and there was discolorization on the wall by the sink.

The main things I disliked about the room was that one of the queen beds had an uneven lean to the right which made it a little difficult to change my infant and the water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE. I get better pressure at a truck stop. I stay in cheap hotels to sleep and shower but it was difficult doing that.

Low cost with poor service and low quality. Check in was slow there was only two parties waiting for service and it took more than five minutes to check. Should have left right then. We were tired and it was late we just wanted a bed and clean room. They gave us keys to a room only to open the door and discover all the lights off with the TV on and […] someone in bed! Closed the door and got out of there lugged our stuff down to the front desk and with their lame apologies gave us another room further away than the last one. Only to arrive and the electronic keys would not work. Returned again to front desk and complained and got an upgrade to the so called executive suite. We were ready to crash and just go to bed. The heater air conditioner combo unit was turned on to warm the room as it was cold. The unit smelled like a hair dryer burning up. Stunk so bad we opened the windows to air it out disconnected it from the wall and took blankets off the second bed and went to sleep, finally. Awful experience. Stay away from this dive! Les mer
