Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation - Myrtle Beach

Amazing location and beautiful view of the beach from the room. The hotel is located on an enclosed resort area, so it's secure and protected. You can park inside the resort, but they charge you for it by the day - there's no valet and cars are parked outside. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was amazing.

My wife and i spent the night at"The Embassy Suites,Myrtle Beach S.C." a 4 star hotel, for our anniversary. Found out that unlike most other hotels, we are charged for internet use in the room,i think about $10 per night. We were also charged about $13 for using their parking lot. When my wife went to open the sliding door to go out on the balcony the […] door handle came off in her hand. Also the knob to adjust the temperature in the shower did not work and also could slip off into your hand.With that being said,the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great "and included". Checked in after spending week in condo on the premises. Check in was easy, staff very friendly. Room on 19th floor, great view, very clean, nice TV's and best bed I have slept in at a hotel. Beach right outside the hotel. Shuttle to take you around the area, although I had rented a car for the week. Tons of places to golf around hotel. I took a drive […] to Tupelo Bay and played their executive course....BEAUTIFUL. Only disappointment was that majority of places at Barefoot Landing were closed for renovations. Way too much money for the constuction that was going on the entire time we were there. Especially since we were told by the concierge and doorman construction would be completed by the time of our stay.

Very friendly staff and great location on the beach! We just found the pools a little small for the size of the building. Also, line ups were a little annoying at breakfast, for elevators and water park. Other than that, it was a very kid friendly place with clean rooms and good overall service.

Although the hotel was comfortable and had tons of amenities, I would not stay here again. First the "free parking" costs more than $8.00 a day. But the worst part was the elevator situation. There are only three elevators for 20 floors. It takes at least 15 minutes to get an elevator to get down to breakfast. (The stairs are locked on the first and […] second floor so you can't use the stairs.) It took us more than an hour to get our stuff down to the car when we checked out because every elevator that arrived was already full. Too bad because otherwise our trip was great. Les mer

We stumbled on the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach online and it was the perfect place for our family of 5. With muliple pools, a water park and a seaside location, there was plenty to do. Wonderful experience! True Southern Hospitality, best staff that I've ever encountered. Truly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the Kingston Plantation, which is a fabulous place to stay in Myrtle Beach. You never even have to leave the Plantation if you don't want to. The Embassy has a great manager's reception with free drinks and snacks, which is very nice. Breakfast is good and restaurant is ok for lunch/dinner. Omaha steak is pricey but entrees are pretty […] good (minus under cooked green beans). Hotel was renovated a few years back, but is starting to show some wear and tear. There was some mold in the bathroom shower and ceiling. Beds are very comfortable and it is tempting to lay under the down comforters (fully wrapped in a sheet so you don’t have to worry about cleanliness) all day long. Only negative was that a youth conference was going on and there were teenagers everywhere—pretty well behaved all in all but still loud. Les mer

The only thing that we were disappointed with was the actual size of the rooms. With the price being charged, it was almost like sleeping in two closets.

Everything about this hotel was more than satisfactory. Had a king suite w/sofa bed and oceanview. Breakfast, shuttle service to nearby resturants/shops, daily managers reception at the bar, towels available by the pools. Only draw back we encountered was the wait for elevators at peak times. Would return to this hotel again.

The hotel room was great. We got the king deluxe suite with private balcony and great ocean view. The area around was beautiful and was located to areas of interest. We went in Oct so the weather was a little chilly, but the pools were great and our 7 year old had a blast. Not to happy they charged for parking, but would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation. We had been there before and were never disappointed. It is the reason that we booked there again.

For a great price we got everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation and more. Rooms were clean, with a pull-out bed, kitchenette, two TVs. Easy access to the beach, great breakfast buffet.

I love the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation. I have stayed there twice and have not been disappointed. Our room was so large and comfortable and was decorated so nice. We were in an oceanfront suite and the decor was absolutely gorgeous. The bedding was outstanding and the views were beautiful, thanks to a wrap-around balcony. Everything about the room was better than what we expected from any 5-star hotel. However, there weren't enough elevators to accomodate the 'busy' weekend traffic. We used the staircase most […] of the time. Valet parking was curteous and prompt, despite the fact that the hotel was full. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend if you expect 5 star accomodations and service at a 3 star price. Les mer

I'll start with the negative side. The glasses in the bar and cups in the room could have been a little cleaner. Too many water spots. Other then that the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and the amenities were superb.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und direkt am Strand. Für Kinder ist ein toller Wasserpark vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas alter aber trotz alle dem sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen neuen Besuch.
