They need to remodel that disgusting hotel elevator reaped of urine, rooms so nasty i was scared to lay my luggage down would never in this lifetime stay there it has to be a major surgery on that hotel i dont know why there still open they should be condemned

This hotel blew me away!! It was like a small apartment. Spacious multi TV and sofa and full kitchen with pots pans etc. would def come back!!

Very quiet, friendly responsive staff. Just wish they had a full size refrigerator rather than a half size one.

Hotel is nestled in a quiet area next to a mall. The rooms (living and master) were very clean. Wood furniture was scratched/need new rugs. But I was very surprised on how clean it was. Kitchen had everything you need: range, microwave, small fridge, etc. Bathroom was nice size. I loved staying here - it was great value because of the low price......I had a separate kitchenette and separate working/sitting area. Aside from the other tenants being loud (or perhaps thin walls) the stay was quite enjoyable. I will be staying here again.

Very surprised with this hotel, it was like a small apartment, my wife and daughter were comfortable, the only thing that I can complain about was the lack of towels that were in the hotel when we arrives, however the front desk was very nice in giving us more than enough towels and sheets for the pull out bed. In fact the rate is very competitive, unbelievable to pay such money and to have a real suit: queen bed, living room, table, and kitchen! the hotel was so close to my workplace and was surrounding by nice shops. However, still the think that annoyed me most which is the smell of smoke at my room and there was no homeservice.

The parking lot is under major repair, and that's maybe why the rate is low. Best deal in the Raleigh area.

This hotel was totally under construction and not really in good condition for it to be occupied. They deserve no more than an 1 star at best!

nice if you dont want to sit on the couch or eat anything from the kitchen. The roaches told you where to sit and eat. they were everywhere!!!!!!!

You can't beat the price, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic for business travel to RTP, shopping, restaurants, and access to I-40. This is an older property but the grounds are beautiful. They're working on the entrance road so it's a little bumpy at the end. Three rooms with a kitchen gives enough room for entended stay at a fraction of the price.

This hotel is large and comvenient. Hotels.com makes it cheaper than anywhere else right here.

This was the best bargain in Raleigh. Good restaurants closeby, and easy on and off I-40.

I got what I paid for, but the stairwell that I walked through was dirty. I don't think they had swept it in weeks. The hotel staff does not clean your room during your stay unless you request it. Dogs are allowed at the hotel, but I didn't know that included pit bulls. Quiet, clean, but old.

The hotel is alright, but the wireless internet is too slow.

Everything looked great but there is an awful smell in the lobby, hallway, and room.

Had TWO separate rooms, bedroom and living area, even a dishwasher and oven in the kitchenette. Wish it had a full size refrigerator. However not much in the way of cooking utensils but since I travel a bit I always carry a pot and a skillet and flatware. I think if I had asked they would have accommodated. We arrived at the hotel and waited patiently while a man in front of us got a refund (should have guessed then that this wouldn't go well!). I checked in without any directions on how to get to the room. My husband parked the car after unloading bags. The desk help then informed me it would have been best to park in the back and use the back entrance. […] He also used this time to inform me that the elevator did not work and that the power may be out in our room. We began our trek to the top floor. Along the way we encountered smelly, smoky halls, multiple bags of trash sitting in hallways, beer cans and beer bottles in multiple locations in the side stairs, and people's personal belongings littering the halls. We began to wonder where our mystery room was. We did two laps of the third floor, crossing paths twice with a family that was also searching for their room. It was around this point that we elected to leave and find a better location to end the day. It was a horrible hotel. Luckily, Hotels.com was understanding and helpful! Les mer

well the guy who checked us in had friends hanging out in the hotel lobby and the bed was broke along with the couch no remotes to tv's no pots and pans to cook with had to wait intil the next day to get things handled by a manger and the other nights was great i just hope they no longer have a young kid running the hotel at night with all his hanging […] out in the lobby area the young man seemed to be more concerned with his friends then us....... No room service at all, missing light bulbs, dirty hallways, unlocked side entrance doors.

The hotel had a funny order when you first walk in. I think the smell came from the old carpet that was on the floor. The bathroom in the lobby was a bit scary. The ceiling had brown water rings and one of the two toilets was out of order with the door hanging off the hinge. There were not any hand towels to wash your hands. The staff was very nice […] and allowed me to check in early. I had a one bedroom suite and it looked exactly like the picture that was displayed on the website and was very clean. The furniture was old like from the 80’s but everything was clean. The living room was big and spacious and so were the closet and the bedroom. The refrigerator was the smaller version like for college dorms and the ice build up was very thick so I turned it off to defrost. Luckily, since I was moving my daughter there to college I was able to use her refrigerator until I left. I only saw one cart for luggage in the whole building and it was old and shaky. The carpet throughout the entire building was old and smelly. Housekeeping never cleaned my room so I had to take the garbage down the hall to this big trash can that was overflowing with trash and beer bottles. I just went to the office for some clean towels. I had a non-smoking room but I think people smoked in it anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to a person with small kids wanting to go to the pool because majority of the guess were some type of construction workers so when they got in it seemed like they took showers and started socializing by drinking. For the price I would stay here again. Les mer

This hotel was with out air-condition and the hall ways were so hot that it made the rooms hot. terrible

How can you beat having a fully functional kitchen, large living room with sofa, table, TV, desk etc, a large bedroom with TV and spacious bathroom all for the price of one room hotels??

I have stayed at Crestwood several times per year for business in the Triangle area. It is very convenient and I appreciate the suite amenities as I prefer not to eat in restaurants. On this, and my last trip, I found cleanliness and general maintainance of my rooms to be less than previously experienced. The kitchen had waste splattered on the wall […] and floor near where the garbage stood, which I was able to clean. On my last trip, the shower curtain was black with mold which I cleaned after purchasing a bleach spray cleaner. I also found quite a bit of debris in the hallways. Overall, the condition seems to be going downhill but price was even a bit higher than in past. Les mer

the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke or marijuana. the noise in the halls were extremely loud with a lot of banging on the walls. there was too many teenage children or young adults that was hanging out in the halls.

Certainly NOT a 5-star hotel, but a pretty good value for the money. Our family gathered there for a THANKSGIVING dinner, and found the space to be ideal. We were somewhat disappointed with the size of the ' micro-fridge', but all in all it worked out well. Two major complaints were the thick 'smoke' smell permeating through the walls of the suite (especially […] in the bathroom), (we were in a NO SMOKING suite)! and,the loud music continually coming from the room across the hall. Inexpensive- but room was very unsightly. Carpet was very dirty - some spots seemed to have burns. Overall room felt very unclean and old.

Extended stay hotel. The suite was moderately clean, and there was noise and the slamming of doors and people talking very loudly in the halls until well after midnight. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Would not recommend a stay in this hotel for weary travelers.

The rooms had the comforts of home...except, the refrigerator was a little small, when the light in the kitchen was turned on the first night roaches scattered, fotunately the loud party going on, on our floor was down the other wing and the only time we had to endure the smell of smoke and the sound of loud music/people was getting on and off the  […] elevator. My boyfriend and I stayed here a year and a half ago and had a pleasant stay. We liked the full kitchen and living room area -- extended stay convenience for a low price. BUT this time around, the desk cleark could not find my reservation information and the area by the hotel rooms had a stale funky odor. In addition, the room appeared to be barely […] cleaned -- as in they did the bare minimum. The shower curtain had mold on it and the bathroom could have used some disenfecting. Overall, the management needs to look into improving the cleanliness and sevice of the hotel. It has a lot of potental, but more effort needs to be made. Les mer

This hotel is in a great location and the staff I came into contact with were great. The room was large, but there were stains on the furniture, carpet and the room had an awful odor. The bathroom had feces flung on the floor and the sink. Neither the shower or the tub worked in one bathroom and there was mold growing in both toilets. This hotel was hosting a "Ruff Ryders" party the night we stayed there. Music could be heard throughout the hotel. Definitely not kid friendly, I will NOT be staying there again! Awsome big pool open late, off road trail behind hotel, it used to be the road. Good room seperate bedroom pull out. little old but full kitchen price rocks book it...................................you can't lose . Great wifi no problems connecting like other hotels. It just worked no password crap.

The hotel was short stay so there was no daily change of towels or cleaning. The suite was incredibly reasonably proiced and very clean. Any requests were accomodated for any additional supplies. It allowed meals out to be limited and was like a mini apartment.
