"Decent Place"
For the price, the room was nice and well equipped with a decent breakfast in the morning. I would have rated my stay much higher were it not for one bad customer service experience in which my electronic keys didn't let me in the building, causing my wife and I to have to walk clear to the other side of the building, in the rain, with a 2-year-old […] and a one-month old. When I explained the problem to the attendant, he took care of it immediately, but showed no remorse and offered no apology for our inconvenience. This rubbed me the wrong way and maybe I'm holding too much of a grudge. But it was a frustrating end to a frustrating situation. Les mer

"Ramada Inn -- A great value in Columbia, Missouri"
My husband and I stay here a lot when we visit Columbia. Except during special events, the price is one of the most reasonable in town for a clean, comfortable room.
We were very pleased with the honesty of the ratings and the positive reviews of others helped us make a choice for this hotel. We appreciate the decent price for a place to stay briefly on our road trip. Thanks!

"Comfortable night's sleep"
The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Bathroom was clean. Sink area/doorway was cramped but functional. Breakfast was decent. Waffles were good but coffee left something to be desired. Overall, a good value for the money.

"Ramada - Great for the price"
The hotel was easy to get to and was clean. Breakfast was standard continental with a few hot items. I was pleased with the quality of our room for the low price per night.

This was our 2nd time to stay at the Ramada Inn, and we chose it because of the value and the friendliness of the staff. Both of our visits found the courtesy of the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I rated the cleanliness a 4 star only because our bathroom faucet spun so you had no control over the water temperature, and the battery […] in the remote was nearly dead. Also the hallway smelled of stale smoke, and our room did slightly, but not enough to keep me from taking advantage of the value of staying here. I would stay here again if I wasn't looking for a luxury hotel, but simply wanted a decent place to stay. It's also conveniently located to several shopping and eating establishments. I had a great experience. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only flaw is that I got to the hotel at 3:30pm, and my room was not ready. I believe check in was at 2:30pm. Wound up being ok in the long run, though.

The directions given to the hotel were a bit confusing, but for the price I would stay there again. It was very clean and quiet. The only real disappointment was the non-existant continental breakfast. My daughter and I were in Columbia for a college visit and went to the lobby for a muffin or something before we left at 10 a.m and there was nothing […] but coffee and dry cereal. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable which in my opinion is the most important thing in the motel industry. Will definitely come back. Thanks for a good night's sleep.
"Bedbugs?"
After my stay at this hotel (room 216) I mysteriously ended up with what looked like chigger bites on one thigh within 48 hours. It occurred to me that it could be bedbugs as it was February and I hadn't been anywhere that chiggers might be. I emailed the franchise and they both emailed and called to assure me that they checked and found nothing, but […] that I could submit a claim for their insurance. I'm healing just fine but just wanted to be sure that nobody else was bitten. Anyway, just check for bedbugs at the next hotel you stay in! Les mer
"Surprised"
I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff was friendly. After 12 hours of driving, it was nice to crawl into a very comfortable bed. What surprised me the most was the breakfast. Much to choose from and quality was good. Need a place to stop over but dont want to spend a lot, this is it!

"very clean hotel with nice employees"
This is a very clean hotel and they had everything we needed. We were in Columbia to get a house ready to sell and were very exhausted at the end of each day...the beds were very comfortable and the air adjusted just right. Breakfast was okay too.

We have stayed at several hotels in columbia that were more expensive but the Ramada was as nice or nicer than any of them. It was very clean and the staff very nice. It far surpassed my expectations

"Nice and comfortable"
We really enjoyed our stay here. They have the most absolute comfortable beds. It's the first hotel I have ever stayed in that has had a comfortable bed!!! The breakfast was not good. Didn't seem to be any waffles, the sausage gravy was horrible. With just a few small improvements to their breakfast, it could be great! Very late evening you could hear […] some doors closing but we had our heat running so that noise drowned it out and made it very comfortable. Les mer

This hotel was a very good value for the cost. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the coffee was pretty good too (which is unusual)! My daughter is considering going to Mizzou and I would definitely consider staying here again and recommending to others.

The Ramada Inn in Columbia, MO was clean and comfortable. It is easy to get to and close to the interstate. We had some problems with our room key only lasting a day so each day we had to have our key re-programed. Overall, the staff was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed one night but it was VERY close to where my pal works...which was perfect. I really liked the feel of the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good (the waffles were great but avoid the biscuits in "sausage"). A lovely place for a brief stay. Thanks!

Just fine for an overnight, but not a family vacation type of stay.
