Other than the room key not working half the time, the neighbors smoking in their unit (not exactly the hotels fault) & the room not being thoroughly cleaned, it was a nice place. The room had dust on prints and trash under the bed and the tub wasn't as clean as it could've been. Much improved over 3 years ago. Hotel is not new but everything works and its clean and convenient. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Will visit again.

This hotel was sort of a bummer. As i walked in two guests of the hotel asked the front desk manager for extra towels and he replied "we are out of towels, i've ordered some more."I o hadn't even checked into the hotel yet! Needless to say it wasn't the greatest first impression.

Really about a $40 room at best. Also need to explain that the thermostat on the wall DOES NOT operate the A/C. I thought it didn't work until they explained next morning on how to turn A/C on.

I left my pillow in my room, and when I called the next to let them know, they never called back. Shame, shame, shame.

Made a reservation for two nights and checked out after one to move to another hotel. This place is a run down dump, in my opinion. The first room they gave us was hot and no way to turn it down. It had no hot water. We had requested non-smoking, so when I asked to be moved they only had smoking rooms available. The first one I checked stunk like a […] dirty ashtray. The second wasn't quite as bad, but I still went to Wal-Mart and bought over $20 worth of room deoderizers just to make it liveable for one night. Only one of the three room keycards would even open the door. Instead of two, full size beds it had what appeared to be two, 3/4 size beds. Calling their rooms "suites" is an absolute joke. they're dinky little rooms with a bathroom you can hardly turn around in. We moved to the Holiday Inn in Jonesboro, AR the next day and it was infinitely better, and had a lower room rate to boot. Les mer

This hotel was in a good location, was clean, had good food, and the staff was friendly. However, the air conditioning was not working well so the stay was VERY uncomfortable on a HOT July night in Arkansas.

Air conditioning was full on and could not be turned down or off. They gave us a portable heater and extra blankets. No lamp would turn on from the front door switch. We were told the room was last one available. Friends were told next day there were 15 rooms available. (their rooms were worse than ours and they did not stay). The personnel were nice […] and very helpful. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast bar was nice. Could not get a receipt from desk when I checked out and could not get one to print from the internet. An empty bottle sat in an outside window all the time we were there. It should have been a 35 dollar room. Again, the personnel were nice and helpful. Thank you Les mer

Paper sign "Out-of-Order" on ice machine was several days old; no repairs were attempted during our 2-day stay. If dogs are allowed in hotels, they should be kept out of eating areas. If Smoking rooms are available, EVERY customer should be asked for their preference. Sofa was torn.

No air conditioning at the end of July-REALLY!! Not a good time for the air to quit. Nice room,but with no air-VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It's hard to enjoy yourself when you are burning up.

Requested a smoking room which was not available at check-in. The bedside light was not functional as the outlet was dead. The overhead bathroom lights were burned out so no light in the bathroom. Only 2 large towels for 2 people. Desk clerk promised to print out a google map to Rector for directions and call us, but no follow-through with this. Not […] a good experience. Les mer
