"Helt OK, sett under ett"
Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den aug 5, 2012Helt greit hotell. Fin beliggenhet både for handling og videre reise innenfor Dallas-Ft. Worth område. En stor fordel å ha det lille kjøkkenet på rommet, særlig for barnefamilier, fordi gratis frokosten var ikke mer enn middelmådig på europeiske standarder. Hotellets personell greide ikke å forstå at vi var fire i rommet og trengte dermed fire badehånkler, ikke de tre som de pleide å ligge igjen på rommet. Ellers var alt helt OK, og jeg ville antageligvis bruke hotellet igjen.

Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den jul 22, 2012Maten på hotellet var god,men veldig dyr(til å være hotell mat). Frokost var ikke inkludert. Men hotellets personale var alltid gjestevennelige og hyggelige. Med unntak fra middags verten, der opplevde vi til tider overfladiske og noen ganger mindre hyggelige personale . Det var f.eks to restauranter og enkelte ganger fikk vi ikke valge mellom hvem restaurant vi ville spise på. Dette syntes vi var dårlig på grunnlag sv at det var forskjellig menyer og priser på de forskjellige stedene. Det var kort vei til downtown,noe som var et pluss og god service på gjesteinformasjonen. En klasie hotell som alltid var rent. Men ikke noe kjøleskap på rommet,stort minus.. Det var et lite svømmebasseng der,men ok for avkjøring:) det fantes ikke noe gratis transport til/fra hotellet og transporten hotellet ga var dyrere enn de lokale taxien i område..:) men i alt et fint opphold:)))

It was fine, as we were visiting friends in the Brookhaven Country Club area. The construction of 635 was a mess, but not a problem that the hotel could remedy. The room was just fine, clean, but extremely old and in need of a remodel. The air conditioner worked, but was extremely loud when it "kicked on or off". "No sleep"
We were there for my daughters pageant and other festivities. Decent hotel, rooms need updating. Was in a nonsmoking room that smelled like old cigarettes. Didn't sleep at all because there was a raging bachelor party right above us. They knew I had a two year old, so why would they put us there??They said they wouldn't shut down the party because they […] were paying guests also. "Nice lobby, outdated room."
The lobby and front desk staff was top notch. However, the air conditioning took about an hour per degree to cool. The smoke detector started chirping from a low battery and the wall in the bathroom had been poorly repaired. The t.v. and bed were very nice. "The ultimate nightmare"
The WiFi in the hotel was spotty and unreliable. Asked to change rooms for better signal and was denied only to be connected with company that provides WiFi for hotel. No help. Had to go down to desk several times until a very nice employee took the time to get his tablet and try the signal, which was spotty as well. Was never fixed. In room 811, when […] air conditioning was turned on it made a constant grating sound, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. At 5 a.m., the staff obviously started cooking bacon, because my room was permeated with the smell of grease. At first I thought the electrical cords under one of the beds was shorting, because the light's flickered, but realized that it was bacon. Was almost unable to breath in the room. Absolutely no water pressure in the room, and the toilet was clogged. At 7 a.m., the jackhammers started on the construction site right outside, but by then I was getting ready to check out. "Perfect location, miserable comfort at night"
The manager Gregory was great! The bellman was precious as well! But I complained 3x regarding how hot it was in our room. No one ever called back but said he'd speak a with a manager. The stay during those 3 days was miserable at night. Another bummer about the stay was in room 316 we had a passing door right next to ours dividing the smoking rooms […] from our nonsmoking room. This hotel is centrally located, the room is comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for clothes, lots of good-quality hangers (I find that I usually have to ask for more), nice bedding. The lobby is quite beautiful, with waterfall and beautiful plants. There is a nice baby grand there as well, which made me very happy as I play piano and miss it while […] away from home. "Disappointed since Hilton took over"
I have stayed in many Double Tree Hotels over the past 20 years. This was one of the lowest rated ones ever. They had no newspapers for sale. The front desk staff at check-in was very unfriendly and unprofessional, but the staff at check-out more than made up for it. She was extremely busy, but organized, friendly and attentive to everyone she help. She went above and beyond in service. "Don't Do IT!!!!"
First, the lobby was beautiful but the room was smelly. The decor was outdated. The carpet looked like it was from the 1930's, the room was small and gloomy. It was so hot as the AC rattled so badly that we choose to stay hot rather than hear the rattle. Then worst of all, I lost my cell phone and thought it may be in the room. We were almost out of […] Dallas & called the hotel to see if it was turned in. No one would look in the lost and found. I asked to speak to a manage and was told there was not one there. "Would stay here again..."
Room was the last near the emergency exit..all the way at the end of a hallway and was SO noisy!! Expected no noise due to location, but could hear the "neighbors" from all directions!! Other than that-no complaints-awesome beds!!Verifisert Expedia-gjesteanmeldelse

I have stayed at many hotels in the Dallas area. Let me say the rate I received on Expedia was amazing, the room was nice, the hotel was great and the staff was on top of things.
