Hotel was clean and has easy access to the major roads. Internet access was acceptable, but could be faster. There were enough outlets around the room and next to the bed. Breakfast bar format offers more food selections, but you may have to wait.

Hotel is very nice in a very nice location. I just didn't like how someones food bill got charged to my room. Which they took care of. Overall excellent hotel

The hotel was located exactly where we needed to be. The accomodations were excellent and very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the convenience of high-end retail and restaurants in close proximity.

Location is great. The hotel has done some renovations but would benefit greatly from continuing those renovations. Walls are very thin and hotel was noisy at night between the AC, guests and other noises. Room was big however the bathroom area was very small. Breakfast was good and everyone working there was very friendly.

Whether answering questions, delivering toiletries to our room, checking in, or working the coffee bar in the morning, the Courtyard team provided exceptional customer service. Overall the stay was great. I did have a room with 2 double size beds and I feel that rooms should have Queen sized beds at a minimum. Also, for a hotel I found it odd that my room did Not have a microwave or a mini refridgerator, I thought those were standard features in all hotels.

Stayed here recently for business and was very satisfied. Great location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, a major movie theater, etc. and a just quick freeway ride from downtown. The staff was kind and informative, and very helpful with all my needs. I would definitely stay again!

I love the location (love the IMax nearby) and my stay was great. Breakfast was great and love the balcony to my room. The only thing I didn't like was in the morning, the consist slamming of doors. I wasn't sure if it was housekeeping or guests but it was hard to enjoy sleeping in with the consist doors slamming.

We could hear the toilet drain from the 4th floor rooms. It sounded like someone dumping buckets of water down a drain right behind the headboard of the bed... really hard to get sleep that way very distracting if u know what I mean ;-)

Very clean room and great service. Bath tub had gash under faucett that hadbeen some what covered over, but no black mold anywhere!

The room was clean and done well all 3 days. I would have appreciated clean glasses everyday. It was very convenient to have the small store in the hotel and a bar for drinks with light food. We never ate or drank there, so we cannot rate it. I guess it was only open at night. My husband would have liked a non-skid floor or mat (or an optional one) […] in the shower. I would have preferred a good and more shampoo and conditioner. The towels were very thin and pillows small. They gave you 5 or 6 pillows. I would have preferred two good ones.I guess for the price all was good. It would be really nice to, at least had an upgrade price to get a few of these niceties.) All and all, I would be happy to stay there again. The desk clerk was SUPER nice. She handled more than one customer at a time with grace. She made an awesome Starbucks coffee! Les mer

The hotels renovation was a good thing. NY boutique style. Liked a lot, food excellent reasonable. Friendly staff. Every single thing was excellent.

Good hotel, but only criticism is there was no safe in the room to keep valuables. Apart from that, wonderful hotel staff from the housekeeping to the management.

We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and the features of the hotel were top of the line. 100% satisfied and will definately be coming back. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.

We would rather stay where breakfast or continental breakfast is furnished not just available at a charge. It would be a calling card for the quality of the motel/hotel. A refrigerator /microwave would make the stay of more than one night much more enjoyable. Lighting in the dressing area is poor.

First impression was the room was small and the sleeper sofa that we didn't need sat hard. The king bed was great and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was much better than most hotels and also the heated indoor pool. We would stat here again.

The Hotel was being renovated, it was a construction zone with dust, dirt and debris everywhere. If I had been informed of this upon booking I would have chosen another hotel. I stayed in this hotel for the ACL music festival mid August. The price was great for booking just a couple weeks prior to the event and the location was very convenient for accessing Mopac and 183. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and competent. The hotel had a gym that was adequate and great rooms.

Good hotel for business travelers. Staff was attentive. The air conditioner made noise the first night, and when I asked them to look at it, it was taken care of by the evening, with a coupon for a free in-hotel store item to compensate for the inconvenience. The people who work at this hotel are very friendly and courteous. They really try to make the guest feel welcome and comfortable. The only reason I gave it an overall 4 was because, since we were on the second floor, we could hear the person above us stomping around. I guess that's common in hotels though. The Courtyard Austin Northwest Arboretum's staff, starting at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early with my mother-in-law, who is handicapped, and we were allowed to check-in 2 hours early. I don't know if it was a slow weekend but we did not run into the hassel of folks still trying to clean roomsand freshen up the hotel. Bathroom area needs better lighting - very difficult to apply makeup with the dim lighting - otherwise everything was great.
