Crowne Plaza Boston-Natick - Natick

There were certainly less expensive hotels to be had, but the Crowne delivered a big bang for a reaonable buck, The hotel is adventureously styled and felt like a high ticket venue without the sucker pricing. The staff us very welcoming and resourceful. I will be back.

We were overall satisfied. Our room was clean, the rate was satisfactory, and I was very happy with the free AI-fi. My only complaint is the high volume of music in the lobby. It was very difficult to hear the woman behind the front desk, and it would be impossible to visit with anyone in the lovely seating area just outside dining. Pleasantly surprised given the rate. Nice hotel with all kinds of shopping and restaurants around it. Room was very spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom. Convenient access to Route 9, Route 30 and Mass Pike.

The hotel was nice enough for the price except for the hallways littered with room service and laundry from the time I checked in, approx. 4pm on a Friday, to about 10 pm that night. Also, the front desk attendant did not know which floors containted vending machines.

Love, Love this hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great; beds were very comfortable. :)

We had a wonderful stay under very sad circumstances. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was very good. The room was very neat, organized, and comfortable. Definitely will stay there again when we come back into town.

The best relaxing place the rooms r so clean and quiet

The hotel had a very cool vibe when you walk into the lobby there is rock music playing throughout the open areas.

Over all the stay was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. One issue was the theromstat. Hard time keeping the room at constant temperture.

Except for the cheesy 70s-themed lobby, the remodel of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Natick was done very well. It's comparable to an A-Loft type hotel now, in terms of room comfort and amenities.

Lobby is a bit like a trip to the Jetsons. I arrived around 10pm and it was raining. There wasn't anybody to leave my luggage with while I parked the car. When I went inside to ask Reception, I got that blank stare. Thankfully, a manager appeared and made the problem go away. Other than that, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and uneventful.

great interiors and comfort...but the hotel is too noisy...the reception has blaring music, and for whatever reason there was a lot of commotion in the corridors , maybe it was the construction.

The music in all of the public areas was loud and constant. We would have preferred a lower volume and a less throbbing beat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was fantastic to be able to have our dog Fenway with us!

The hotel and its services were really good. The personnel in the hotel really nice and services good. The area perfect for business travellers, easy access to the highways. Unless you are really fond of malls, I wouldn't necessarily go here for a nice family holiday. The environment is not really stimulating. We were very happy with the staff service, the hotel was recently renovated and the room was clean. Very nice bathroom. Free internet, conditioning center is open 24 hours. Very quiet environment. We love the fact that the hotel is in front of the Natick Collection mall. There's also a Starbuck in and next to the hotel. Some great restaurants are near […] too. We will definitively return there for our next shopping trip. It's only 40 min from Wrentham outlet. Very satisfied for the price! Les mer

Overall good and would stay there again. in my room the sink did not drain properly but that could be easily fixed. many eating places nearby if you do not want the hotel.

Loved It! We will be back! Your staff is so helpful...both day & night.

On arrival,we were told there was breakfast served temporarily on the seventh floor. The wake up call said to join us for breakfast on the seventh floor. Going to the seventh floor, there was no one to great you at a room set up with a continental breakfast typical of complimentary breakfasts at many hotels. When the server came she simply asked what […] we wanted to drink. Al the end of the meal she presented us with an outrageously expensive bill for the quality and quantity of food available. We feel that you should have made it more obvious that this was a "Pay For it"meal. We would not have eaten there. We will stay again, just not eat at the hotel Les mer

The hotel seems to be under renovation. When we pulled up we thought we were at the back entrance because of the large wall in the front entryway. New room, comfortable bed. Bathroom needs some work. No exhaust fan and no bath mat

Hotel is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE" and offered little to their guests. No lobby, no bar/lounge area, no front door, limited access, and LOTS OF EXCUSES as to their "improvement phase". 1. The room had spiders. 2. The toilet was not secured to floor and therefore, difficult to use with out falling off the seat. 3. The carpet had horrible brown stains that […] appeared to be ignored by cleaning staff (several large stains). 4. Was disrupted by staff who were changing the hangers out in the rooms, by repeated knocks at the door, irregardless to the "do not disturb" sign hanging. Hangers were then horribly placed in closet after 2-seperate men tried to coordinate the task. They made so much noise in the hall with the banging of hangers and loud voices!!! In my opinion, they need to consider shutting the hotel down until the renovation is complete! Alternatively, they may need to adjust the rate of there rooms to 1-2-STAR RATES and/or disclose to their guests, not to expect much from them during the remodeling phase!!! I did check-out of the Crowne Plaza and checked-in to a downtown hotel for the same price. An incredible difference in quality, convenience, comfort and service! CLOSE DOWN...until ALL the renovations are complete and MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS in quality, comfort, and customer service is, seriously considered and representative of the RATES CHARGED! I wish we knew ahead of time the hotel was under construction. We were exhausted and the hotel Restaurant only offered a limited menu. That being said, the food was excellent. Staff could not have been nicer. Rooms are updated. Without the construction nonsense, I would have given the hotel a much higher rating overall.

Besides no towels at all in room, it wasn't so bad fir the price. Service to bring towels when wife was in shower wad like 20 minutes though!!

I am on deck for 3 trips to Natick this summer while my daughter is participating in a summer youth dance program at a school located there. My first trip I went for cheapest on hotels.com which was okay but not great. During that trip, I took the opportunity to check out some of the other hotels nearby. Crowne Plaza was right next door and looked really […] nice for only about $25 more, so I went with it. Even though there was a lobby remodel going on, the staff was successful in making us feel very welcome and comfortable. It is located in a great shopping area with the Natick Mall directly across the street and stores like Walmart, Marshalls, TJ Max, Old Navy also close at hand for those last minute dorm room necessities. We stayed at this hotel ona trip to Boston to avoid paying a steeper in city rate on our trip to Boston. The hotel was very clean (property, lobby room) and teh beds were very comfortable. My complaint is that there were 4 people staying in the room (2 adults and 2 teen age boys) and there weren't enough bath towels in the room for four showers. Prior […] to going out to dinner I informed the front desk staff of this and she replied she would contact housekeeping immediately. Upon retuning from dinner severl hours later there were no additional towels in the room. Housekeeping also failed to deliver or inquire in the morning. As a result we ended up sharing bath towels. Not exactly the worst case scenario, but also not what is to be expected from a hotel that is advertised by hotels.com as 4.5 star rated. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy regular ammeneties. Les mer

location & service were good, but the drain for the shower didn't work properly so had afoot &ankle bath. the air conditioner was very noisy and didn' work that well.

Needs to be updated to be a 4-star hotel.

We chose this hotel because my niece's Bat Mitzvah celebration was hosted here. The hotel is nice looking, but lacking service people. There was only one clerk at the check-in desk. When I took a shower, the bathtub did not drain. I called maintenance and the man came to the room quickly enough, but without a plunger. He did unclog the tub using needlenose […] pliers, but it was a wait and my husband still had to get ready. The magnifying mirror light was out and he couldn't repair that. The hotel is on the high end expense wise and if I had to stay in the area again, there are other, less expensive hotels nearby. Les mer

When you first walk into the room you notice a little present on the bed ... it contains ear plugs and that should have been a give-a-way. The sound insulation between rooms is very thin, we could hear every word of the conversation of the couple in the next room. Also the heater is very loud. I loved the hotel rooms, bathrooms were gorgeous and their was a big table right beside the bed with a plug (as I work a lot in my room), and it was spacious and comfortable. Had lots of conveniences such as tea/coffee maker, iron and any toiletries you would need. Staying at Plaza was wonderful, very convienent to Natick Collection and the outlet stores. The employees were wonderful, this will be the only place we stay each time we travel Natick.

This hotel is beautiful! We had such a lovely time there. It was a little more more than I am used to paying, but for the type of room we had, it was well worth it.
