Hadde en natt på reise til Boston og valgte et litt bedre hotel for oppholdet i området. Dette var et meget flott 4 stjerners hotell som føltes som 5. Fra det at vi kom til hotellet i taxi så fikk vi den flotte behandlingen. Luksusfølelse hele tiden med super proff og hyggelig personell på arbeid. Fikk god hjelp med bykart, tips og råd, veksling av penger og bagasjehjelp inn og ut. Stort flott rom med superflott bad og kjempegod seng. Vi burte ha vart her flere dager men kommer sikkert tilbake for litt mer "luksus" i hverdagen.

Hotellet ligger rolig til i den litt bedre bydelen. I nærheten er det mange merkeklær butikker av den dyre typen. Det er noen minutter å gå til barer og uteliv, men bl.a. Cheers ligger nærme. Hotellet kan oppleves som litt "stuck up" for dem som har noe mer penger enn folk flest, men hotellet er pent & rent og har en god service. Ekstrakostnad for wifi er minus, samt at undertegnede ikke liker å bli stående i en defekt heis... Bra "posh" hotell.

This is a older hotel, but is well kept. The check in was very fast and efficient .The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.Within walking distance are many stores,and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.
"Needs a Re-mold"
This Hotel needs and update, its stuck in the 70's Everywhere need a freah coat of paint and updated decore. Hotel staff was very good but it just couldn't make up for the building. Ypu can go right down the road and spend the same amount of money or less and have a much beter stay.

"Bad front desk service"
My son and I went to a new england playoff game on 1/14/20012 and it was 26 degrees out side and with the wind even worst. We asked the hotel if they had a shuttle service they said no, but reconmended a cad company and would be glad to call them and have them bring us to the game 11 miles away. So we pay $40.00 flat fee. The cab driver gave us a card […] to call him after the game was over, O' by the way. he dropped us a half mile from the station due to high traffic so we walked the half mile. Now after the game was over, we called the same cab company to meet usin the same place. he was a no show, we tried for 15 min after getting there and only got the cab companies message machine. so we called the hotel where we were staying to tell them our dilema. Now we just sat for 3 hours in 26 degree temp. at the game. we are very cold, ok we were "frozen" by now. We called the front deck guy and told him the cab company he recomended stood us up,Could he get us a ride, (he tells us the shuttle stopped runing at 11:00pm.) very confused about that. we asked about a shuttle when we signed in they told us they didn't offer one. So we told him we were stuck and did not know where we were. could he send us a cab at our current location. His replied we can't help you. We explained that we are staying in his hotel and were very cold and did not have a phone book etc. He said sorry can't help you. so we asked just for any other number of a cab company. Sorry he said its our policy not to arrange for rides. we told him we only need a phone number. still refused to help.by now we had been out side on a street corner for another hour "totally frozen". Then a limo car came by stopped to turn the corner an we jumped in front of him and asked for a ride. 11 miles to our hotel and for $120.00 he gave us a ride. pretty awsome service. Les mer

"holiday inn-dedham"
this was a nice hotel stay, the staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean, didn't notice noise from hallway/next rooms which is a plus. Only downside there was no fridge in the rooms. Nice location there is a shopping area, movie theatre/bowling across the street about 10 min walk if the weather is nice […] . Les mer

Easy to get to, although a bit far from Worcester, but at least they had power after the October snowstorm, so we could sleep and shower with warm water! Clean room, easy check-in, would go back if needed to - I don't usually stay at thischain so it was a nice surprise. "Decent stay"
It was a nice hotel and trip outside of the room description. The main factor for chosing this hotel was it was supposed to accommodate 3 people with two beds and a sleep sofa. The description said all rooms have sofas and could request rollaway beds. This was not the case. So I am not sure if this was a mistake by hotels.com or the hotel itself. The only thing and very minor was the back lower part of the bathroom door was looking very poor and suffering from being wet. Detracted from a nice room.

Big clean rooms. Very warm indoor pool. Across the road is a shopping complex with 100 stores and 20 restaurants.

"Poor service"
The hotel staff did not follow through on commitments and was not helpful with guests. At times, they seemed inconvenienced by guests. Two times, staff failed to make wake up calls to our room. When I checked on the failure of the first call, the desk staff stated they had been calling. I stated they needed to make sure they made the later wake up call. […] The staff failed to make that call as well. In addition, I scheduled a pick up for Sunday morning on Saturday morning. When I double-checked in Saturday evening, there was no record of it. "close enough to downtown Boston"
the hotel is in good striking distance to downtown boston and is located across the highway from a large (useful) shopping mall...for the rest it is dreary and the unheated pool even in an unusually warm early June was far too cold for a plunge

Hotel is nice, clean and pretty good location. They provide a shuttle to the Metro T line. It would be good if they told you which line they were taking you to and which stops you need to get off on.. Spent 2 days here with very little hot water day 1 and no hot water day 2!!! Was told on day 1 someone would be up to take care of it, but they never did fix it.

A very clean, comfortable hotel where we were made to feel very welcome The ladies in the breakfast,dining room were very attentive. The addition of an Avis Car Hire desk was an added bonusas was the courtesy bus which collected us from the Logan Express in Braintree Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
"worst customer service ever"
Nothing was right about our stay, and the desk clerk, while nice, seemed totally clueless as to how to help with anything. For starters, no one answered the phone in the hotel - not the front desk, the operator, room service, noone. After calling for 15 mins, we got dressed, walked down to the front desk, and found 2 clerks reading books. When I asked […] to speak to a manager, the clerk said "certainly!" But then she came back and said the manager was not available to talk. I asked if the mgr could call our room when she was available - never got a call. Ridiculous. We left after one night (2 were booked), and couldn't even fidn anyone to complain to at check out. We ended up leaving our keys in the express checkout basket - we paid for the 2 nights and figured it wasn't even worth the aggravation of arguing for a refund for the second night (which we spent at another local hotel that seemed actually interested in retaining the customers). I will never stay in a Holiday Inn again. Les mer

The hotel was well-located, close to the freeway and main thoroughfares. Plus, it was very close to a lot of good restaurants, a cinema, and upscale shopping mall.

Alles okay, sauber und ruhig. In der Umgebung genügend Cafes und Restaurants. Ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Outlet Shopping Center Wrentham Village entfernt und auch 30 Minuten von Boston Downtown
