Very great place to go the best it was i my first n i loved it

Hotel was adequate, clean and beds were comfortable. Our only problem was with the clerk when we checked in. We drove from OK City for hours in rain of biblical proportions and were happy to see the covered entry to the hotel. The clerk instructed us to unload and enter our bldg at another outside location. We and our luggage were soaking wet and then […] we were totally dumbfounded when we looked up and the same clerk was there to open the door as he had just walked down a short hallway INSIDE the dry hotel. Staff was great. Hotel is older and shows its age, but it was clean and comfortable, all things considered. The 'Sleep Number' bed has no numbers because the display was dead, and the bed made strange noises on its own and while it deflated. It was worth the price and I will be there again.

I had a pretty long day and instead of stopping at a area restaurant all I wanted to do is get back to the hotel and eat. When I returned however it was past 9:45 and room service was closed for the night. WHAT THE - really?!! Sounds pretty ridiculous that on a Friday night that it would close that early. When do they think most people order room service […] --in the middle of the afternoon or at night ???? So needless to say I was a bit MIFFED. I ended up eating at the Waffle House down the street - not bad but not exactly what I wanted. Les mer

If you are heading east out of Dallas this is a nice hotel. Restaurants in area are slim. But if you want a nice hotel this one is good.

AN OLDER PROPERTY WITH AN ODD ENTRANCE: This is an older property but appears to have been updated and well-maintained. The hotel also has a bit of an odd orientation on its lot, The main entrance/lobby faces a neighborhood of apartment and office buildings instead of the nearby Interstate or the intersecting major street. Even after you locate the […] hotel itself, it's a little difficult and confusing to find the lobby entrance. Better signage in the parking lots would help with that problem. NO AVAILABLE OUTLETS IN THE ROOM: The room was clean and comfortable but the only available unused wall outlet (for cell phone charging and laptop computer use) was in the bathroom. Every outlet at the desk and at the bed had something already plugged into it. Either bring a power strip with you or you'll be forced to unplug a lamp, or the clock, or the refrigerator, or the Sleep Number air bed, or something in order to get an outlet. to use BREAKFAST ORDER CARD WAS NEVER PICKED-UP: I left the hanger card with my breakfast order (for a 6:30am delivery) on the doorknob by 9:00pm the night before. It was never picked-up and was still hanging there the next morning. I had to leave early and did not have time to place a breakfast order that morning. (That''s why I ordered it the night before. Duh.) However, upon check-out, the front desk comped my room service dinner the night before as compensation for the missed breakfast service. I felt that to be a fair and reasonable "make-good" for the missed breakfast order. OVERALL, IT WAS PRETTY GOOD: Every staff member that I interfaced with during my brief stay was friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the price charged. I have previously stayed at other hotels in the area that I would NOT recommend, but I would return to this one. Les mer

The room was clean but it was not at all what was expected -- Very tiny room with no overhead lights just lamps. Was OK for me & my child; two adults though could not relax in this tiny room. The surrounding neibourhood was ify at best. The gas station next door had break-in bars over the doors & windows which tells alot about the area. If you just […] need a quick place to lay your head and you don't want to hangout it works ok. Paid a low price & were only there to actually sleep (less than 6 hours) so it worked out. Les mer

The location to the freeway was convenient, but it was not close to any decent restaurants or stores. It is surrounded by gas station/quickie marts and other businesses that are not usually needed by hotel guests. The room was clean and odor free. The desk chair would not raise up and was uncomfortable. The room was adequate and there was nothing major […] wrong with it. I will just stay closer to Dallas the next time I am in town. Les mer

I stayed at this hotel last February and compared to that stay, this room was great. I don't know if it has to do with a smoking vs. non smoking room but I was very happy with everything about the room. The only bad thing was the hotel did not obtain in liquor license renewal in time so there was no bar except to eat. That was a big dissappointment […] ..... Les mer

The surrounding area is scary to say the least. I turned on the heat and the fire alarm went off due to the dust burning in the vents. After I left the room smelling of smoke, I advised the desk clerk and she informed me that the NEW Managment hadn't had the systems blown out! THANKS for the scare.

This was the Hotel Nightmare of the century. When my son arrived to check in, they said he had to give a credit card so they could charge $15 to it and cover any room service, movies, incidentals, etc. He had cash, but no credit card. The room was paid for on Hotel.com and the transaction went through before he ever checked in. He called and they required […] a fax of my driver's license, credit card (front & back), a written statement that I would be liable for all damages and charges to the room. I spent $11 sending faxes. They faxed back a 2-page form that had to be filled out. My son is 30 so it's not like he wasn't responsible. He went to see a surgeon. Second, he chose this hotel because of the shuttle service since he flew in. We used a map and put in the two destinations--less than 5 miles. When he got there, they said it was 6 miles and could not provide the service. Third, he left the room key (card) in the room and caught a cab to the airport. Thirteen days later I check my online banking and they had charged $452 to my credit card. When I called them, they said my son had not officially checked out through the office so they charged him for rooms through January 5, 2012. His one-night reservation was for December 21, 2011. They said a maid could not enter the room to check if the person was there it was against the law. Then, they charged the card $15--even though he did not charge a single item. When I called them, they agreed to refund the $452. I checked my online banking and they took another $452 out of my account and recharged me the $15. It has now been 26 days and finally the money has been deposited back into my account. My best advice to you--DO NOT STAY IN A RADISSON HOTEL. The front desk receptionists are abrupt, difficult to work with, and they do not follow through on the services they advertise to provide. Les mer

I chose this hotel because all of the king size beds are the sleep number beds, and as I am considering buying one, it seemed a great chance to try it. There was nothing in the room that indicated it actually was a sleep number bed, no way to adjust it. I spoke twice to the front desk who were to send someone with a remote for the bed and to show us […] how to use it. We were there for 4 days and no one ever showed up. It was most disappointing. When I first pulled into the hotel, I was unsure of the cause of how the outside look. But when I walked in, I was shocked, it look nice. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable to me. They do not have free breakfast. Overall its a good hotel, maybe the outside needs working on.

The place is showing it's age, but it's still ok. I did not like the air bed. It felt like my feet were up in the air. It was also not as a good to get nasty on.

the staff was very nice and accomodating. He even changed our room when he noticed we had a dog so that we were in a room with a patio door accessible to the outside.

Sleep number bed is a huge plus for me, room was very clean, and staff very nice and professional, good place to stay. But use Hotels.com or similar site otherwise U will pay quite a bit for the room

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I asked them to make the bed in early morning left and when return the bed was not even made up. I called the front desk and asked for clean sheets they did not even deliver them. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was a very good value, and provided excellent service.

Very nice hotel. The only problem I found was it boasts sleep number beds, but gave you no way to adjust it.

I booked this hotel for a quick stay at a very low rate. I had to check out early (same day) so I didn't even stay the night and was charged the full rate plus an extra fee on my credit card and still have no idea why the extra charge was added. I don't mind paying the full rate of the room but fifteen bucks extra? Not so cool.

The security door close to the room I stayed in did not require a key to enter. That was a negative. Overall I enjoy this hotel.

The last two visits I was changed to a second room due to the conditions of my initial room. Other than those situations, I really enjoy staying at this hotel because of the location and the friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find because of the road layout in the area. I dislike the soft hotel pillows. They did not include a breakfast with the room which we really missed. But it was comfortable enough and in the area we wanted to stay in.

Did not have cable the t v was old

The food service operation was basically non-existant. As a matter of fact, the resturant was closed on Saturday. They hsd snacks in their gift shop, however, it was closed most of the time we were there. I had never seen mattresses that allowed you to set the level of firmness you desired. Sounds like a good idea, but did not work for me. The location […] was fine, but its services were not up to par. I would suggest that it is a business that is about ready to close. Les mer

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Room very nice size.

Great room. Excellent value for room. However, overall general maintenance and look of the hotel fell below my expectations for Radisson. I will try a different hotel in my next stay in Dallas.
