"Lawrence ks"
Room was musty door didn't lock got back to hotel from a game and there was a party at the convention center wich left not one spot to park. The characters at this party were trouble. There were cops everywhere except in the entrance were we had to go in and out and my family didn't feel safe.
"Clean & friendly"
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints!

Liked the choice of firm or soft pillows. The soap scent was very refreshing. Would like reading lamps beside the bed which shine down on the book, so a little taller lamps, maybe.
"Fun hotel, not within walking distance of Lawrence"
Perfect to stay at with kids. Great pool. Mini golf, restaurant with some nice options and tasty cocktails. The only drawback is you have to drive into Lawrence, which is a lovely town.

It was nicer than most Hotels in Lawrence. A bit pricer for no more updating than it has and no breakfast at that price. But everything did operate and was comfortable.
"Nice Place To Stop"
My family stopped here overnight on our way back from Colorado. Facility was easy to find, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay at this hotel again if we go to Lawrence. Go Jay-Hawks!

"pretty good hotel"
Overall this is a nice hotel. The beds are really comfortable. The staff is okay. If you called the front desk; however, expect 10-30 (no lie) rings before someone answers. Also, the carpets need to be replaced. The carpet in my room was badly stained and the conference and meeting center carpet was worn and dirty looking.

"Holiday Inn Lawrence KS"
Clean, comfortable, easy access to KU and I-70. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We were impressed by how quiet it was in our room at night. It made for good sleep.
"Okay..."
The hotel was okay except for the temperature of the room. We set the temperature down to 70, but it never dropped below 74. We were so uncomfortable that we tossed and turned all night. Also, it was weird to have a king and not have a refrigerator or microwave. Overall it was okay, but we will not being staying there again.
Excellent, clean hotel. Will stay there again if I get back to the area.
The hotel seemed old and the back steps were falling apart. The room was really hot and the maintence team could not seem to resolve the termostat issue. The manager compensated us but the room was very uncomfortable.
"Fairly fancy on a budget"
Compared to other hotels in this price range, the holiday inn ran circles. Everything was super smooth and the bar/pub in the hotel makes grabbing a bite/drink in a hurry easy. I will definitely stay here again next time i'm in Lawrence.

"Holiday Inn at Lawrence, Kansas"
the Holiday Inn is exquisite. the room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a spacious bathroom to go along with the room. the spa feels fabulous with a lot of jets. the pool is a little on the cool side with the air conditioning coming down on top of you, but the pool is a very nice size with a lot of chairs sitting around.

"Holidome Fun"
This hotel was wonderful. The desk clerk drew us a map to a local store and was very nice about doing so. The pool was clean and relaxing, as was the spa. There is coffee in the morning by the front desk, but be aware that the lids do not always stay tight on the cups, as I found out when I spilled a cup all over my feet. Again, the clerk was very nice […] about how clumsy I am. The rooms were clean and spacious, although be advised they do not have refrigerators, so taking food back from dinner is not an option. "Great room for the money"
Very friendly staff, and overall a good value for the money.
"Convenient, but basic"
The Holiday inn is located outside town, close to the highway, with no restaurants or stores close by. The interior is ok, but basic. Everything looked a bit run down. There is nothing specific to complain, but also nothing to get excited about this hotel.

"Very Pleased"
The whirlpool was great, the pool was clean. The lobby is very welcoming and the miniture golf is very unique. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff at the front desk courteous.
