Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. The breakfast was not worth paying extra for. Stayed here because of the proximity to the airport and because they have an indoor pool to keep the kids busy.

Good location, close to shopping and only 20 min. to downtown. Delicious buffet breakfast!

Everyone I encountered from front desk to housekeeping were top notch....I even left some items in my room and they were more than willing to gather them up and ship them to me...I pd for the shipping but they did the work...will definitely stay there again if I travel back to Pgh.

The hotel was very accommodating. If you had any issue or concern the staff were able to fix your problem in a matter of seconds. The front desk was very knowledgable about the city and made our stay as enjoyable as possible.

From start to finish, this hotel goes above and beyond with service. Also, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I believe it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in while staying in a hotel, in fact. Front desk was awesome in their friendliness and desire to serve. I give this Marriott my highest marks! A++

This hotel seems quite old. The gym is really small. I'm Gold member and I use the Concierge amenties, but the breakfast in the Concierge lounge was dreadful. The big plus is that its near the airport and near restaurants. .

Beautiful room close proximity to the Pittsburgh International Airport. We requested a room with two beds booked through the online site. Much to our surprise, when we arrived after midnight we had only one king bed for four adults. Fortunately, they sent up a cot. What an find. We had a horrible medical situation and I had just gotten out of four days in ICU. We where driving from Washington DC to Ann Arbor, MI and decided to stay in Pittsburgh, PA overnight. We had booked a hotel downtown but in all the craziness had given the wrong date. The hotel was full as was the town. We found the Marriott at the airport […] available through Expedia and took it. We stayed here while in town for an event. This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and a short distance from shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and spacious. The bathroom is nice, it has the toilet and shower separate from the vanity area so it makes it easier for 2 or more people to get […] ready at the same time. The common areas of the hotel are well kept up, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. We checked in late (~1:30am) and we were given a wheelchair accessible room with 2 double beds. We booked, and paid for a king room. When I called down to reception I was told there were no King rooms available and you were NOT guaranteed a specific room- Why is there a different rate for different rooms if this was not taken into account and respected. […] With this being a wheelchair accessible room the bathroom "floods" when you take a shower, as the drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor, not the shower floor. I called reception to again explain I was not satisfied with this room and again I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I was terrified I would slip on the wet floor in the middle of the night and used 6 bath towels to dry the floor! The friends who we checked in with were given a King room when they booked 2 double beds and there was people in the room they checked into! It was not a very happy outcome. Les mer

We had a late flight (1am) so I called ahead of time to make sure a shuttle would be available, and I was assured it would be. However, when I called once we landed, the receptionist said the shuttle stopped at 1. I told her that I had specifically asked about that time the night before and was assured a ride. She said there was nothing she could do. […] I haled a cab, but since the airline lost my 5 year old's booster seat, no cabby would help us. Finally, at 2am, a nice cabby took the risk and gave us a ride, which cost us $20. If I had known this would happen, I would not have chosen this hotel. I was offered a breakfast meal ticket to compensate for the inconvenience, but since we did't even get into our room until 3am, being up in time for breakfast was un likely, especially with a five year old on jet lag. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed and wished I would have gone with another hotel. It is also a joke that they do not offer free wifi. You have to pay $12.95 a day to use it. Talk about being un accommodating. Very unexpected for a Mariott. Les mer

My friend and I took un a country concert at Heinz Field and traveled a short distance to the hotel. We were given an upgrade in our room and it was great. The service was just as wonderful as the room. Will stay here again.

everyone was so nice and location was great for what we needed...we did not need to go to the airport. the only down falls were no refigrator in the room and the food areas were very expensive...with kids you need a frige. the room and pool area were ver nice and i couldnt ask more from the employees, they ere wreat

There were only 2 little things that bothered me at this hotel. 1. The toilet paper in our bathroom kept falling off the holder. 2. The fire route plaque on the wall on the 6th floor by the elevators was installed crooked. Everything else was at a very high standard and we have used this hotel several times and enjoy our stays each time.

I've stayed at 25+ hotels in the last few years, and this one is by far one of the cleanest, roomiest, and up-to-date. A standard room has a large flat screen television and couch, with ample space to walk around. The bed was super plush. I even found myself looking at the tags of the comforter to see who made in, so I could check into buying the same […] one (I know, that sounds weird, but it was beyond comfortable). Les mer

The stay at the Marriott was really good. However, I have to complaints: 1) The hotel was advertised on your website as having a sauna. It did not have a sauna. I did call your customer service department and a refund was order on the last two nights I was due to stay at the hotel, which was great. However, I had the inconvenience of having to book […] another hotel, and pay an extra $21.96. And 2), I had to get some work done between 8PM-10PM, but the internet was not working properly. I kept getting booted off the internet every three minutes. The hotel did the best they could to accommodate me, but, this was very frustrating. Les mer

Some of the staff behind the front check-in desk, during our weekend stay, were very rude and not very personable. There was no reason for it. Some of those women do not belong working behind the desk greeting people. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

The Marriott standard of two double beds or a king with rollaways doesn't really suit 2 adults and 2 kids - I ended up on the floor after a few hours with my fidgeting 11 year old. I wish Marriott had rooms with 2 queen beds - next time we will go for the king, and bring two air mattresses for the kids! We got breakfast included in our room fee, though, […] and it was amazing - the BUFFET has made-to-order omelettes and waffles, and there are also plenty of fruits, cereals and other hot dishes. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub twice - once on check in night, and once the next morning before check out (which is nice and late at 12pm). I think the signage leading to the hotel off of 376 could be clearer. I did make one wrong turn the first time in. Les mer

Super nice rooms with beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Hotel was having issues with room keys but they took care of us and were very professional. Bar down stairs near the lobby is awesome place to hang out at and unwind after long day. Definitely would stay here again.
