Ramada Florence - Firenze

Room was clean, maid service was good. Shower fixtures need improvement, also not enough hot water at times. Halls were not air conditioned. Internet speeds were very poor.

We had a full fridge in our room which was pretty amazing. The pool was nice, bed comfy. Everything was up to par.

I stayed here for two reasons: 1) Good price & 2) One of the reviews said it was a brand new motel. It is not a BRAND NEW motel. However, for the money it was fine for a night. Front desk clerk was nice and the room was clean.

Price and location were good, but hotel vending machines ran out of water on a very hot evening. Also, there were guys hanging outside in the hallway being real loud at 1:00 in the morning.

the whole 2 weeks i was there was fine. everything was ok except one thing! HOUSEKEEPING WAS HORRIBLE!! i was supposed to check in on monday well i was driving took me until 4am on tuesday morning until i got there. i went to my room at 4am and the room wasnt even cleaned looked like someone just came in and took a shower. there were hairs in the shower […] and wet towels laying there dripping. it was horrible and then i was sleeping and a guy walks in during the morning and cleans the room with me in it sleeping and then turns the vaccum on and wakes me up while i was sick. i was sooooo furious i screamed at the man. This hotel was terrible. Dirty and unhelpful staff, they checked someone else in my room so I had to wait for her to sort that out, the room was dirty, holes in the sheets, acumen in the bathroom, and a tv with a pink tint.

Check in was smooth, found out the bar and grill had closed, was looking forward to the food and margaritas mentioned in other reviews. Room was very satisfactory, the squealing hamster in our air conditioner died about 10:30 pm, we asked to switch rooms and got one with two doubles vs two queens, but the second room was comfortable, all 3 of us commented […] how well we slept, then the toilet overflowed, we packed quickly and left. Hope it was just coincidence that two issues occurred on same stay, good location, quiet and food all around. Les mer

Very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Great location. We stayed 3 nights and visited area attractions. We were no more than 10-15 miles from each attraction. Places visited were Coney Island, Newport Aquairium etc.

I just stayed the night. Room and Hotel were just ok but lots of little problems made this hotel undesireable for future use: I got in late, no TV remote in room. I usualy run the TV to lull me to sleep. I called the desk, The lady said she would call back when she found one and never did. Not a big deal, however, not good service. The faucets were […] covered with, what I ogiganly thought was dirt. After closer inspection it was some kind of putty (hard and crusty) that did not come off. The tub did not drain well, and was also dis-colored. The room it'self was average clean but dirt in the corners and stains, hallways made me pay attention to what I touched. It was a good price, but I've stayed in much better for near the same price. I would not recommend this hotel. Les mer

We get there and a woman in the lobby is asking for a refund. So not a good start. Hot musty smelly hall. Woman with questionable reputation living in the hotel 2 months my girlfriend heard her tell her life story. I say if you want to save money stay at this unsafe feeling scary place. If you want to spend a little more stay somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. No problems at all!

Check in was good over all hotel was ok, Kitchen area and bar area was have a family party and would not service use.. I was mad about that... It messed up the stay... Then the kitchen area almost BURNED DOWN THE HOTEL on my last day their... That did not help things.... The food is great as long as they don't burn down the place cooking it...

Waited in lobby 15 minutes, rang the bell, no one on duty for check-in around 8:30 pm. Came back after dinner 45 minutes later & checked in in 2 minutes. Unacceptable.

The hotel was conveniently located by the highway, I-75 and was close to shopping. The hallway smelled of cigaret smoke but the room was fine. The continental breakfast included coffee but no chocolate for non-coffee drinkers. There were a variety of fruit juices, however.. Overall, I got what I paid for.

This is an older hotel, so the decor is dated. The room was clean and the comfort factor was sufficient. The mexican restaurant was a diamond in the rough! Great food! We booked a room for our trip from Cleveland to Nashville and decided to wait and see if we liked it before we booked it for the trip back. All other things aside (the room, the pool...), […] we wanted to return here for the mexican food! They really have quite a menu and the margaritas were top notch! Les mer

Hard to find coming from the north. But It's behind the KFC. Just follow that road. Oh yes when you get off exit turn right then a quick left. Not bad. Just need easier access to it.

We were passing through Florence and the proximity to the freeway was key. There were restaurants and other retail very nearby as we were traveling with an infant. The room was comfortable, the microwave and refrigerator came in quite handy. We were out early the next day so I don't know about the other amenities offered but we were quite happy with […] our stay. Les mer

I have used other discounted avenues for all of my hotel bookings. I decided to try this one this time and was really disappointed. I used it because I could pick the hotel. I thought Ramada was a decent hotel. The hotel was run down, we had no hot water for showers after being at a theme park all day. When we called they didn't act like it was any […] big deal. The breakfast was very sparce. I would not stay there again. I was very glad I hadn't given a lot for the stay. By the way, the desk clerks had an argument as I checked in..... not very professional. The hotel is older, but still very clean. We requested non smoking rooms, and they were clean and fresh (no smokey stale odor that you usually get). I was happy to get adjoining rooms, with a pass-thru door between us. There are no elevators, but it's not that far up the stairs to the second floor, even with luggage and toddlers to pack up. We did have […] problems with getting hot water at peak use time. The bedding was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The location was great, right off the interstate. There was a microwave, but no refridgerator. The pool area is small, and has three depths...3, 5, and 8 feet. It feels very private because the trees are mature behind the pool. There are tons of family restaraunts and fast food places nearby, in addition to the greatest mall on earth. There's even a Chuck-E-Cheese's was about four miles down the road. Les mer

This hotel was not clean, the breakfast was not good at all (spoiled milk, for example), and the second night we actually left because we didn't feel safe because of groups hanging out in the hotel parking lot.

Good Deal would do it again

Great room close to stadium was clean and friendly. Would stay here again.

We were two and just there over night. Nice for the price. Did have to go up stairs with overnight bags but that was alright. Clean, comfortable and good shower head.

The hotel was tired and in need of cleaning. The lobby smelled stale and the windows were cloudy. The room was stale smelling and in need of revamping. It was the worst Ramada experience ever. We won't stay in a Ramada again.

The room was OK. I didn't like the dead end location but it seemed safe. I requested a non-smoking room. I do not smoke. I was awakened at 2:00 AM with the smell of smoke in the room. I was not smoking but all of the neighbors must have been. It was so BAD. There was so much smoke in the room that my PJ's still smelled strongly of smoke when I got […] home. Next time I'll be sure not to stay unless there is a non smoking FLOOR. Les mer

The hotel needs some work, but overall - the room was clean, the breakfast was decent and it was about what we expected for the price we paid. I'd stay there again if I needed a cheaper hotel. One thing I noticed that I was not a fan of - you don't need your key card to gain access to the outside doors. That doesn't seem secure to me.

Great Staff, Super Clean, and the price was just right... I would gladly stay again.. Best hotel for this price Range..

Very nice place to stay. I was very happy with my overall experience with the place. The room was clean and not run down. The bed was comfortable. The continential breakfast was a little lacking but I didn't expect a whole lot. Would recommend anyone looking for a cheap nice looking place to stay here.

Can't beat this hotel for location, comfort and price

Good value. Bathroom & Room was clean and quiet (no interstate noise). Breakfast included a waffle maker, better than the continental breakfast I expected. Only negative was no locks on the outside doors to the parking lots.

My husband and I were just looking for a clean affordable hotel close to restaurants and the highway. This was perfect. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom had all we needed. We would stay again.

The front desk clerk was not very friendly and the lobby was full of cigarette smoke. The rooms were very nice and were all that we expected!

Hotel is dirty.

For the price, this hotel was exactly what I wanted. I needed a hotel close enough to Cinncinati to be able to get to an 8AM meeting. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. No frills but I didn't need any.

I don't recomend hotels to others, ever.

Everything was good except the complementary breakfast faciliities were not neat and the juice machine did not work.

Loved location of this hotel. Staff was very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Not a five star hotel and knew this when it was booked, but room was clean and well kept during our stay. Will stay there again.Want a five star, book a five star.

The room was very clean, the hallway was very hot but we didnt sleep in the hallway. My wife was looking forward to swimming, but the pool looked very dirty. We were only in the room to sleep and for the price it wasn't bad at all.

It was a nice room ,but the window had a crack in it . Other than that i would stay in it again .
