This hotel needs updated to meet Ramada standards. They also need a sign to make it easier to get to. there are no signs on the side street to show where to turn to get into the parking lot

The hotel was nice. The people were nice. The furnishings were nice. Everything was great until we woke up to find a couple of bed bugs in our room. The staff was great and made no excuses. We were well taken care of. So, I would just say to check your room out well...this is true anywhere you stay. Had it not been for that, I would rate 5 out of 5 […] . Les mer

this hotel was just ok., room didnt get clean one day while i was there....hotel had bad smell throughout hall to room.......
"Only stayed there for the discounted price"
It stated that there was a bar on the premises, but when we got there the bar had been shut down for over a month from what the person at the front desk said. Having a bar was one of the main reasons besides price for us booking with this hotel.
"Short Stay"
I was there for one night. The room was clean and service was good. The TV remote didn't work., and the next morning there was enough hot water to shower with, but there wasn't any for me to shave with. WiiFi was very slow. Need to work on these issues in the future. Bed was comfortalbe. Would stay there again, maybe.

We booked this because of a last minute deal. We needed somewhere inexpensive and the reviews sounded pretty good. Upon check in the outside of the hotel was a mess. A garbage can was overflowing with trash and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The lobby had a funny smell also. The check in was simple, the clerk very nice. Then we went to our room. […] The microwave was covered in dry pizza sauce, there was dust everywhere and when we took a shower the tub got stopped up and wouldn't drain. The toilet seat was broke. We called the desk and they told us maintanence was gone and we would have to move rooms. The 2nd room was some better. The toilet and shower worked! The room was also cleaner except for the towel hanging on the back of the door that we have no clue where it came from other than a previous guest. If the 2nd room had been our first it would have been much better. As for the breakfast they only put out a box of danishes, some cereal, milk and juice. Not very much selection. There were also some shady looking characters walking around in the hallways and the door that was supposed to be locked and only accesible with hotel key cards would not shut so basically anyone could walk in. Pluses for this place were the maid service was good. They made our bed and gave us fresh towels for our second day. and it was nice that they let us switch rooms. the staff was nice. It is also close to a lot of resturants. If your budget is strapped and you just need a place to crash just be sure to check your room and make sure the shower works. However if you can afford $10 more a night stay at one of the other hotels in the area! Les mer
"Bed bugged"
I had to change my room for 3 times. First room.. Smells treble. Second room.. bed bugs Third room.. weird noise.. I stayed there because of the price and very close to my work but I will drive 2 hours everyday if I can stay somewhere else that has clean room.

The hotel room was old and smelly. The bathroom was not cleaned. Hair on the toilet, and urine stained. I'm not sure the bathroom was cleaned for at least 2 or 3 days. Room was old with sheets that looked like they came out of the 70's. No bed bugs, so I was surprised. Ceiling panels with water stains. A full size refrigerator that was placed 1 foot […] from the bed! This place was a dump, and over priced! Les mer

Hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. Rooms are equiped nice. The front desk and lobby is pretty run down and may be a bad impression on walk-ins. If you judge it by the appearance of the lobby and outside its pretty rough looking. If you want a clean room with comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, and nice bathroom then you can't go wrong. A++ […] price! Hotel is in a great location close to every restaurant you need, shipping mall, etc. Just a 10min ride up 75 to the Cincinnati reds and Cincinnati bengals stadiums as well as downtown Cincinnati. Evidently the people who stayed in the room prior to us had a standing wake up call fro 4:30AM that was not deleted so at 4:30 both nights the phone rang at 4:30 AM

The room we were given at first was stuffy and smelled of stale cigarette smoke and sweat. We given what we were told was the only room left, it was the handicapped room. It was a little better. You could hear the noise of the highway and the planes going by. Breakfast was a fiasco.
"Dirty, dirty, dirty"
I travel at least 20 days out of the year to different locations, this was the dirtiest hotel I have been at for the past 3 years. Very big disappointment. We walked in and all the lights were unplugged, so we had to plug them all in in order to have lights in the room, then I walked in the bathroom, the mirror had dry splashes of water all around, […] then looked over the coffee machine, there were hairs on the top of the machine, in the tray that the coffee itself was there were nails from the person before, the bathroom floor had long hairs since they literally have not cleaned the place, the toilet seat had something black related to dirt of some sort. After all this we asked them to go and clean the room by the time we were out, we came back later in 4 hours the only thing that they had wiped was the mirror, everything else was right where we left it, overall if you dont mind a super dirty place to sleep over you will be ok with the place, if you on the other side hate dirt DO NOT STAY there. Just needed a place to stay for a night while traveling to Lawrenceburg, In for the casino. Clean room, great customer service and would love to stay again..also it was a great price.

This hotel was one of the worst I've been to. The room had a odor, there were small spot/stains on the sheets an comforter on both beds, that looked like blood. When we called to have them replaced, housekeeping jus came to the door and just handed us one set of sheets(only) no comforter, with an attitude and walked away. The microwave was nasty with […] food all in it, one of the chairs was broken and we were missing the lounge chair. The bathroom door knob was broke, so therefore the door didn't close all the way and the tv didn't work properly. It didnt turn channels easy and the volume had to be turned all the way up to hear it. Les mer

"Nice Place To Crash"
This hotel would be great if you are looking for a place to crash. It offered everything that you would expect in this situation; a comfortable bed, a clean room, and a cheap rate. We were pleased with the room’s AC unit and plentiful hot water. However, the room felt humid and damp and somewhat outdated. The hallway areas had a certain musty smell […] and were often littered with garbage. To the hotel’s credit, the garbage didn’t remain long. I also didn’t like the kids who were loitering there as we arrived. We were also disappointed to find that the security locks on the outside doors not connected to the lobby were not working. The various front desk attendants were attentive enough, however I would not label them as overly friendly or going above and beyond. The hotel did have an outdoor pool. There was plentiful parking, as the front lot was basically empty. The onsight restaurant was apparently not open, as there were signs advertising its leasing. They did offer a complimentary breakfast with “make your own waffles”, a selection of pastries and muffins, dry cereal, bagels, coffee (although one couldn’t tell if it was regular or decafe), as well as orange and apple juice. There was no breakfast attendant in sight when guests were struggling with the waffle maker or ran out of syrup. The drive into Cincinnati wasn't long or difficult. However, there seemed to be plenty of food and shopping within the area. Near the hotel there was a Ponderosa, KFC, Arby’s, Long John Silvers, Waffle House, and even a gas station. "Ramada-Florence"
We stayed 2 nights. Very impressed with how clean the room was. The continental breakfast was very satisfying! When we first arrived the pool looked very dirty but the next morning the water was crystal clear and clean.Many of the chairs around the pool were broken and unusable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay for the price we paid!

Room was clean, maid service was good. Shower fixtures need improvement, also not enough hot water at times. Halls were not air conditioned. Internet speeds were very poor.

We had a full fridge in our room which was pretty amazing. The pool was nice, bed comfy. Everything was up to par.

I stayed here for two reasons: 1) Good price & 2) One of the reviews said it was a brand new motel. It is not a BRAND NEW motel. However, for the money it was fine for a night. Front desk clerk was nice and the room was clean.

Price and location were good, but hotel vending machines ran out of water on a very hot evening. Also, there were guys hanging outside in the hallway being real loud at 1:00 in the morning.

the whole 2 weeks i was there was fine. everything was ok except one thing! HOUSEKEEPING WAS HORRIBLE!! i was supposed to check in on monday well i was driving took me until 4am on tuesday morning until i got there. i went to my room at 4am and the room wasnt even cleaned looked like someone just came in and took a shower. there were hairs in the shower […] and wet towels laying there dripping. it was horrible and then i was sleeping and a guy walks in during the morning and cleans the room with me in it sleeping and then turns the vaccum on and wakes me up while i was sick. i was sooooo furious i screamed at the man. This hotel was terrible. Dirty and unhelpful staff, they checked someone else in my room so I had to wait for her to sort that out, the room was dirty, holes in the sheets, acumen in the bathroom, and a tv with a pink tint.

"reasonable but.........."
Check in was smooth, found out the bar and grill had closed, was looking forward to the food and margaritas mentioned in other reviews. Room was very satisfactory, the squealing hamster in our air conditioner died about 10:30 pm, we asked to switch rooms and got one with two doubles vs two queens, but the second room was comfortable, all 3 of us commented […] how well we slept, then the toilet overflowed, we packed quickly and left. Hope it was just coincidence that two issues occurred on same stay, good location, quiet and food all around. Les mer

"Florence Ky Ramada"
Very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Great location. We stayed 3 nights and visited area attractions. We were no more than 10-15 miles from each attraction. Places visited were Coney Island, Newport Aquairium etc.
"I would stay somewhere else next time."
I just stayed the night. Room and Hotel were just ok but lots of little problems made this hotel undesireable for future use: I got in late, no TV remote in room. I usualy run the TV to lull me to sleep. I called the desk, The lady said she would call back when she found one and never did. Not a big deal, however, not good service. The faucets were […] covered with, what I ogiganly thought was dirt. After closer inspection it was some kind of putty (hard and crusty) that did not come off. The tub did not drain well, and was also dis-colored. The room it'self was average clean but dirt in the corners and stains, hallways made me pay attention to what I touched. It was a good price, but I've stayed in much better for near the same price. I would not recommend this hotel. Les mer

We get there and a woman in the lobby is asking for a refund. So not a good start. Hot musty smelly hall. Woman with questionable reputation living in the hotel 2 months my girlfriend heard her tell her life story. I say if you want to save money stay at this unsafe feeling scary place. If you want to spend a little more stay somewhere else.

Check in was good over all hotel was ok, Kitchen area and bar area was have a family party and would not service use.. I was mad about that... It messed up the stay... Then the kitchen area almost BURNED DOWN THE HOTEL on my last day their... That did not help things.... The food is great as long as they don't burn down the place cooking it...

The hotel was conveniently located by the highway, I-75 and was close to shopping. The hallway smelled of cigaret smoke but the room was fine. The continental breakfast included coffee but no chocolate for non-coffee drinkers. There were a variety of fruit juices, however.. Overall, I got what I paid for.
