Everything was new, fresh, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is safe. This was a great stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was good, and had slight changes from day to day. Rooms were clean, no problems with internet, or anything. Overall, happy with everything. We had stayed at cheaper hotels before, and this was much more pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay! Even thou it was just an overnite stay! The only thing I think they should have is a varity of creamers and some fruit!

Our room was clean, comfortable and very nice for the price. Our room had a jacuzzi and instead if it being in the same room as the bed, it was in a separate room with separate pull out TV. That made us very happy. The staff was great, very polite and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I don't know what to say. The building needs many repairs, it smells bad and it doesn't look clean. I've stayed at other Holiday Inns and they were nice, this one is the red headed step child.

this place was super clean and staff was cool and ready- in the midle of plano it seems- came up here to plano from san antonio for funeral and holiday inn made this a comfortable trip thank you

they staff was really friendly, food good, room was warm and inviting, room was clean , i would stay here again, the girl at the front desk was so friendly and a lovely smile, she was so helpful. really had a choice of restruants and shopping very close. thankyou for a wonderful stay

Felt dirty! Bed was not clean, had to change rooms! Just felt unclean and had an awful smell

Everything was great...only problem is we could never get the right temperature in the room...we had to put part of the curtain over thaw AC unit to keep the air from slamming the wall into our faces..

I was pleased with the quality of the breakfast, cleanliness of the room, and affordability. However, there were two safety issues that Hotels.com should address w/ Holiday Inn Express Plano: 1. Outdoor pool is NOT secured to prevent non-guests from entering, and the entrance gate to the pool is NOT self-latching, which is a huge liability. 2. It was a very nice place to stay. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the breakfast bar. The lady working the breakfast was super efficient. The pool was awesome! My husband was disappointed that the timer on the hot-tub was broken. All in all we had a relaxing enjoyable time.

This hotel has a great location. There is a lot of restaurants and stores nearby and also some parks. A good stay.

The breakfast was good, but I really wanted bacon, and the sausage didn't look great. The large cinnamon rolls were wonderful. The only eggs were spicy omelets, which I don't care for. It would be nice to have both to choose from, and there was no chocolate milk.

Elevators were dingy. Television in room was outdated and channel lineup was poor. Shower head was awkward and paint was coming down in shower area of bathroom. Sign hung in elevators explaining a remodel occurring was from 2010 but no remodel seemed apparent in any part of the building.

Room was ok. They need to upgrade the TV and fridge in the room. Also need to have some sockets by the bed so people can plug in their phones and laptops.

Hotel was clean from what I could tell I only stayed one night however thers is a smell to the hotel dont know what it is but I have stayed in better Holiday Inn express before.

The hotel was good. The breakfast was more than a continental and a good start to the morning. The non-smoking room had been smoked in. Their chemical supplier has product to combat this. Fortunately, I was not in the room much.

This was a quiet and comfortable hotel. My room was very clean. The staff was very attentive to my needs. Would have liked for the exercise equipment to be fully operational. The weight machine and the treadmill were out of order all four days of my stay.

I got back to my room on the third day of my stay to find I had been moved to a new room because the "exterminators had been there." I was not told what they were exterminating or what I was carrying home in my suitcase but the claim of ants didn't ring true at all and was not delivered with a straight face. The hotel was in a convenient location and was one of the few that accepted dogs. Breakfast was better than most, not just a continental breakfast. We had left some pop-tarts out and ants appeared out of nowhere. (we were on the 4th floor). We reported a problem with the TV remote, but it was not fixed by the time we returned in the evening.

The plumbing was bad the beds were hard and the comfort of the room was hot the only thing that was good was the breakfast

I secured my room with my credit card, my son paid the room with cash. I was still billed for the room on my credit card. Either the hotel staff was dishonest or the charge was made inspite of the bill being paid cash. I will never use this service again.

Motel seemed a bit older, and lacked updated furniture. However, the staff were friendly, and the room was in good condition despite the outdated appearance.
