Hvis du skal innom Tacoma og overnatte på hotell har du veldig få valg over ok standard hoteller, normalt betaler du godt over tusenlappen for ett greit rom og en ok seng, jeg vil kalle dette hotellet for en liten perle. Her får du gratis parkering, en stor og god frokost ink i prisen, hotellet ligger rett på i5 så du kommer deg raskt videre. Eneste "negative" er at hotellet kunne trengt en facelift. Føler en går 20 år tilbake i tid når en er der. Utover det så er det ett kjempe hotell til å være i billig klassen.jeg vil anbefale denne trygt.

I have stayed several times at the HI Seattle Airport. Undoubtedly, it's the BEST location, one can literally walk to the hotel from the airport using the Link Terminal in International Blvd. Nice rooms, wifi--perfect for a overnight stay when departing early from SeaTac.

the respond time to help was too slow. my room key didnt work, so i called from floor phone to reception to come and open door, 15 minutes no body came ordered room service, did not deliver all items ordered, then closed room service.

They charged $17US parking fee when we get hotle.They didn't mention it on the resevation confirmation E-mail. There is another parking place just beside the hotle.I should had park there.$17 is overcharge.

Great place to stay for early flights. Convenient shuttle service and very friendly staff.

A good location, but a steep parking fee. Our first room had not been cleaned properly, and we had to be moved. The ad said room with breakfast, but even though we booked the room for 4, we were informed at the desk that the breakfast was only for 2. A bit overpriced.

My only complaint is the parking rate. I can go to other hotels in the area and park for free or at least with a significantly lower daily fee. Aside from that, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. It's also right by the Airport. Not too shabby.

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and the experience wasn't the best. The room was one of the smallest rooms that I have ever stayed! The condition of the room was not the best (needs maintenance). Front desk people was not very friendly. The thing that irritated me the most was that they charge you for parking almost $17.00!!!! (there are pleanty […] of cheaper hotels, motels and inns in the vecinity that will offer that for free). Besides you have to strogle so much to find a spot at night, awful!. We have stayed at this hotel on three different trips to Seattle. It is a great place to stay when arriving from a late flight or before catching an early morning flight out. First of all it took us 30 minutes to find a parking. hotel customers should have first priorty of parking not others.The sink was blocked too much noises from other room. I was charged for parking come on a guest to pay for parking ridiculars. soory not in my budget. Will not recomend.

While the hotel was fine, I would never go there again with my own car. The parking lot is rented to air travelers at nearby SeaTac, and hotel guests must consequently pay $16 a day to park and find a place in a HUGE and crowded lot.

Despite some poor reviews by other guests, we found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. I think $15.95 a day for parking is way too much though. Bullrushes

I spent at least an hour listening to a bunch of 9-15 year olds screaming and slamming doors in at least 10 rooms in my wing. This was continued at 5:30 am. I don't care if they were from another country, they need to be repscectful. I called the front desk and complained and it didn't stop. I mentioned the is while checking out and was told "Oh I'm […] so sorry to hear that". I have a very long day ahead and wished I had some sleep. Dumpy area too. Les mer

For what I paid for the hotel thought it would be a lot nicer with more amenities. Also to park there over night was outrageous.

Beds very comfortable, sheets wonderful, good desk, free wifi, good restaurant, others within close driving distance. 2-3 minutes to airport, shuttle available....perfect for my frequent traveler needs.

We have used this hotel for years and truly enjoyed staying here until this time.... The room was so cramped good thing only one night stay and the cigarette smell was bad on the NON Smoking floor. I could forgive the small room but not the smell. We love the people that work there so friendly and the breakfasts are awesome. Would this stop me from […] staying again NO. "Location, location, location!"
This hotel is across the street from where the Seattle Link train stops for the airport. I was able to take the train to the airport the night before an early flight. Walk to the hotel from the train stop. Then walk back in the morning and on to the airport. Besides this convenience, it is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff are fri […] endly. "Bait and Switch????"
Booked a corner king room which I assumed was a type of upgraded room, it came with Breakfast Buffet and Free internet. We arrived at the hotel at around 1a.m. I had already messaged the hotel with flight details and our late arrival. Was greeted by the front desk clerk who was very friendly and proffesional. We were given room 412, when we got of the […] elevator we saw our room straight ahead. My first reaction was that it didn't look like a corner room. Sure enough, it wasnt, it was also a handicapped room. As we were very tired, I did not wish to go back downstairs and ask for my correct room. I figured I can always leave a review and not stay there again. I dislike immensely when hotels do not honor their reservations correctly. I even gave the clerk my printed off hotels.com page that clearly states I booked a corner king room. Obviously repeat business is not that important, or recomendations. The pros: I only had to stay one night. The cons: Charged me for parking. Draft beer wasn't working in the bar. Charged $6+ for a bottle of Corona. Breakfast came to $17 for one person... which included a $3 glass of OJ and $2.50 for a carafe of BAD Folgers Coffee. The hotel is showing its age. Bed was comfortable, room was smallish, bathtub had "no-slip" […] tape on the bottom and appeared to be a bit grungy. There has to be better choices out there in this price range. Les mer
"Find another hotel because this one will...."
give you nightmares. Housekeeping in this hotel sucks..... I ended up with 5 rooms before they could get it sort of okay enough to sleep in. Blood and makeup on the comforters. Filthy bathrooms, and a door lock that kept locking me out of my room. Worst hotel experience ever.

The hotel rate was clearly stated. However, the parking fee is a hidden cost which was not anticipated. The hotel reception staff explanation and response unsatisfactory and poor.

"Aged Hotel, Overrun and Not Restful"
This hotel is located directly across from SeaTac and that is about all it has going for it. While it appears that they have made efforts to try and fix it up - the old adage 'lipstick on a pig' comes to mind. New bed linens in an dilapidated room does not a restful night make. The staff seems worn out, its hard to get on the property - automatic gate […] doesn't always work and the back doors lock at 10.00p - so if you come in late you have to park in back, and then hike around the building to get in. The elevators are small and always crowded and noisy and my door handle was loose and coming off from age. There are better choices around SeaTac.... Les mer
"Pre-Flight Overnight"
For an overnight before an early morning flight, the Holiday Inn was great. Free shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes starting at 4:00am. Overall, the room was very comfortable, but the pull-out sofa was not the best. Wouldn't recommend the sofabed for a teenager or adult - go for two doubles instead.
The hotel staff was friendly, hotel was cozy, shuttle was a blessing, and overall a great experience. Room service food was a little cold and average. There was a huge wedding and they left the banquet room and began a party outside of my window, so... Overall great stay, will be back.

"Holiday Inn SeaTac"
We have been in much better rooms with more amenities for less money. The A/C wasn't working properly and even after prompt service was only marginally better. The bathroom was smaller than most we have been in. No fridge and microwave. Hardly ever find one without. The ONLY good thing was the comfortable beds.

"return of phone calls"
i had called the hotel twice regarding lost items that were possibly left at the hotel. both times i was given the voice mail of the housekeeping department and had asked them to return the call as to whether or not they items were there., they belong to a child and i found it very frustrating that the call was not returned. would think twice about […] staying here again if there is no follow through when asked for a reply. hotel staff were extremely helpful. I needed to find out how to get to the Space Needle and they were great in giving me directions and a map. So easy.. Very polite and helpful, I would definately stay there again..
