Not bad for what you pay for. The room was nice, comfortable bed, blankets, cool ac unit. The bath tub was a little dinky but that's ok. The neighborhood surrounding the place was very ghetto, but nonetheless I felt safe.

We don't have key when we check in around 10pm, manager has to open the door for us. Hotel is old

I was pleased about how nice the lady was who checked us in, however when I walked into the room I cannot describe the foul smell and the ripped shower curtain,wrinkled sheets and dreary looking bathroom. It was clean but very old and dingy.

Sorry folks, but this place is a dump... The internet pic looks nice, but that's it.. the place looks trashed... The office smelled bad and the staff is unprofessional.. We had pre-paid for this stay but decided to take the loss and go stay somewhere else... We travel a lot and this was the worse place we have come across.. Be smart, go else where. […] .. Les mer

The Ladies in the office were great! However the hotel needs some love paint, new pool furniture and new chair pillows on the decks. The rugs need cleaning and the curtains and comforters need to be replaced.

it was alright considering the price,but needs a lot of maintenance.clogged drains,not enough outlets,and sparky outlets with shorts,burnt bulbs,etc....because of march break down there there was not a lot available at the time.would not return.

I'm a single guy who travels on a budget, so I can take lots of trips. This 2 story motel is dated and kind of run down, but they are working on it. My first room was clean, a/c worked, the remote didn't, plenty of hot water and bathroom was clean. The second day the a/c stopped working, but to their credit, they moved me to another room. It was smaller, […] but actually more comfortable. Bed decent, a/c worked, remote worked w/newer TV, bathroom was very clean and the water was hot. Stayed three nights. Will stay again, although most women folk I know probably would not stay here because of the dreariness of the place. The continental breakfast is coffee, OJ, AJ, donuts, Lucky Charms and Corn Flakes. There's an IHOP across the street. Area wasn't real noisy, though you are right off I-95 at Hollywood Blvd. behind the Goodyear garage. Les mer

This hotel was absolutely horrible. I wasnt sure if I was going to make it thru the night. The bathtub didnt work, the walls were peeling, the carpets were disgusting. It was just a horrible experience overall. My first clue to how this hotel was going to be should have been when the shuttle driver didnt know how to get to the hotel. And their "continental […] breakfast" was a couple donuts in the lobby. Also They blocked certain websites from use on their free internet because the sites may cause viruses on their computers. All I can say is for the price I got ripped off completely! The hotel hallways had holes in them and coming apart. The parking lot is full of holes and driving through it was horrible. The room smelled of dirty socks and dirty gym clothes. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the sink faucet was missing a handle. The bed spreads were dirty and so […] were the carpets. The location was convenient for traveling to and from Downtown Miami. The staff could have been a little friendlier, was not impressed with their customer service. Do not expect to check in before the stated time, it will not happen. The door to our room was often difficult to open, and we had problems with the toilet getting stopped up. The cleaning […] staff would only clean the rooms at a certain time, and if you were in the room they would not come back at another time. Comfort level of the room itself was good and had no trouble getting extra towels as needed. Decent value for the money, but I doubt I would stay there again. OK, it wasn't THAT bad, but....we got in late and had previously called to say that we would need a rollaway bed. Upon arrival, I felt like I was in a pretty rough neighborhood as you actually had to talk through a window (like when you are buying tickets at a movie house or an amusement park). The man at the counter was very nice. We got to our room […] and in all fairness, you can see that the place is being renovated. The carpet in the hallway in our section of the hotel was new as was the floor tile in our room. HOWEVER, there was no toilet paper, no light bulb in the lamp next to the bed, and the roll away bed was basically broken. No one could sleep on that. Down to the desk, where the nice man was very apologetic and loaded me up with TP, light bulbs, and brought up a new roll away, pillow, and extra towels. I would suggest giving this property some time to finish upgrades and try again if you are looking for a cheap stay before taking a cruise. There was a bar nearby where our son and his girlfriend went, which I was nervous about, but they were OK. Don't stay here if you are uncomfortable in less than stellar conditions. Les mer

In the budget category, this is a good hotel with nice rooms, comfy beds, working wifi, plenty of hot water and all the other standard hotel services. The maintenance of the rooms was the big black mark on an otherwise good stay. I had to call reception to come and reconnect the powerpoint to the wall and the door to the balcony couldn't be locked.

at first sight, the actual location of the hotel being right off of i95 is very convenient but the surrounding neighborhood(s) are quite shady.and not very well lit. this is why it is not recommended to stay more than one night. "continental" breakfast is hardly a breakfast at all. bed is actually a serta and is pretty comfortable but floor was a bit […] dirty. handy fridge and microwave available. overall a decent stay, but more than 2 nights will be a bit much if you´re looking for an extended and comfortable stay. The only positive was the helpfulness of a young lady at the font desk. My room was filthy (fingernail left in the bathroom). We could not turn on the very rusty shower until we called someone who demonstrated that we needed to 'pull' the knob really, really hard. The tub was filthy. Very, very poor standard at the hotel. I travel fairly often and this […] is easily the worst hotel I have stayed in. If I paid half of the rate that they charged, I would still be dissatisfied. Would never recommend it to anyone. This hotel looks much nicer in the Expedia pictures than it really is. It's also in a rather run down area that didn't appear to be the safest neighberhood. Also, the continental breakfast calims to be great, but in fact it is not very impressive. I'd never stay here again.

Hotel was a bit better than I had expected for the price. Note the internet does not work at all in the room I was in near lobby otherwise hotel sufficed.
