Dette hotellet ligger i samme bygning som shoppingsenteret Galleria med over 400 butikker og mange restauranter. 10 minutter med taxi downtown. Rent og pent og hyggelig personell Anbefales!

"MOLD IN ROOMS"
MOLD in rooms is apparent. T he air conditioner emits a foul odor - I had to buy air freshners and plug-ins in order to sleep in my room. After speaking to their extremely helpful staff, they sent someone to 'deep clean' my room. THIS DID NOT HELP. They gave me another room, and the smell was a little better. "It's ok if you have to"
All other hotels around the Galleria were booked, and this was the next best option. it was reasonably close, 10 minutes, but was in a questionable area for a business traveler. My biggest complaint was the internet. The internet was not worth using because it was so slow. The staff indicated troubles with Comcast. "Holiday Inn Express Hillcroft in Houston"
Due to a large convention in town I was not able to stay at the hotel that I normally do when in Houston. All back up hotels were also at capacity. Therefore I had to locate a hotel in the area that I was working as I would not have a vehicle. The room that I specifically selected and paid for was a King room. However, I was placed in a room with two […] queen size beds and felt like it was wall to wall beds; very crowded. I went back to lobby and was told that "somehow" my reservation and been changed. I did not change my reservation and never did receive an answer from a hotel clerk that had no interest in helping me. I was told that they no longer had any king rooms available. I went back to the room and worked awhile then turned on TV to catch the news. After about ten minutes the sound went off on all channels. I was too tired to even complain. In addition, after using the bathroom, I heard a loud "siren" sound. At first I thought it was an alarm in the hallway and then realized it was the toilet. I was very unhappy with everything and will not stay here again. Les mer

the front office staff was very pleasant and helpful. very accommodating.

I was supposed to stay here for a week for work, but I checked out after 1 night. The hotel lobby was nice and the area was fine, but the room was older and needed remodeling. The bathroom toilet was constantly running... the TV was an older box TV (which wasn't a big deal)... and the A/C unit was old. But my final straw was that the A/C in the workout […] room was broken and it was like a sauna in there! It's important for me to workout when I'm on the road and this was a deal breaker. I ended up checking out the next morning and staying at the Crown Plaza right across the highway which was very nice and I would highly recommend! "Good, Not Great"
This hotel is close enough to area attractions without being too far. My only real complaint with the hotel was that the wifi was very, very slow and continually dropped connection. Something to consider if you're traveling on business and will ultimately cause me to not stay here again.

I know Houston so the location was easy to get on freeways. other than having to change rooms when we first arrived because the hot water wasn't working in first room, everything was good. My family usually stays in HIExpress when we travel because they have comfy beds and a real breakfast at all of them. "Holiday Inn Express"
Do not book this hotel if your plans may change. The pentalty to cancell is the price of the room. Toilet seats were broken in both rooms. Electrical outlets missing covers. Tried to iron my clothes and the upper outlet didn't work. I had to plug it in the bottom one. The front desk told us to refer any complaints to Hotels.com.

"great hotel"
this hotel is on the westside of houston and is close to lots of resturants and the staff was very friendly, parking lot was very well lit and has a fence all the way around to help keep the riff-raff out. my smoking room was very comfy and had a pretty good view from the 5th floor...
"Nice hotel for basics"
I chose this hotel for proximity to Prometric Center on Harwin. Cost was good for hotel, continental breakfast was more than enough (cereal, pastries, eggs, meats, biscuits, toast/bagels, juice, coffee, milk). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "Great overnight stay"
With the exception of a broken ice machine on my floor, there were absolutely no problems during my brief stay. Free wi-fi and breakfast were much appreciated.
"Not very impressive"
Our room smelt like smoke and it was non-smoking; there was no soap provided at all; I felt like for the price we paid it did not live up to our standards. Also it was not in the best part of town.

"Not a great room for the money"
I usually book Holiday Inn Express wherever we go. I have never had a problem until this hotel. First of all, it is located right on a feeder road to the freeway...it took forever to get out of the parking lot and when we did we couldn't go where we wanted to go because of all of the traffic and the inability to get into the right lane. Second, our […] bathroom had a leak as well as the bath tub. The maintenance man tried to blame it on us that the tub was leaking and said that it was because the shower head was aimed towards outside the tub, which was not the case because I made sure it was not when I had taken a shower so we could see where the leak was coming from. So we couldn't plug anything in or do anything because the floor was under a big puddle of water. They then moved us to a different floor where there was no hot water. I called down to complain and they said "oh we won't have water till 7pm that night"....nice of them to let anybody know. Then we did our laundry there and had the dryer on for an hour and a half and our clothes were still soaked. Les mer

Hotel and staff were good. The neighborhood is not the nicest but it was convenient for my needs and there was a large fence around the property which lends some piece of mind. The room was clean and the staff was nice.
