We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

"Not up to par"
Walked into the hotel and checked in it was very nice area. We walked down the hall, our room was at the far end, and the closer we got to our room the condition of the hotel appeared to deteriorate. There was a funny smell. Our room, when we opened the door was even worse smelling. The door to our closet was hanging off the track. Unable to open or […] close easily. Found childrens snacks in and under the recliner in our room. In the bed, there was a sticker from a local dept store on the sheet. (No sheets weren't new). No air vent in the bathroom so when taking shower the floor and sink were wet. Slipped on the floor in bathroom but did not fall after shower. Continental breakfast low on items and out of some even though there were quite a few patrons there. No one kept things filled regularly. Pool water was cloudy, unable to see to the bottom so did not want to make use of it. Do not normally write this type of review but very disappointed with this hotel and when you pay three figures a night for a room, one expects something better. Les mer
"Smokers Paradise"
A nice place to lay your head for a smoker. The staff quickly moved us from a smoking room to a non-smoking room upon our request. But it really didn't matter. "Good value for your money"
Our flight was changed so we had to stay in Buffalo overnight. The Clarion was inexpensive but the room was clean and staff was very helpful. They have a park-and-fly package that saved us so much hassle and grief (and maybe money too). Comfortable for a night or 2. Decent breakfast in the morning (cereal, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, bread, fruit), shuttle took us to the hearthstone manor and back., pool and hottub are open until midnight which was nice! "Nice hotel and close to airport"
We chose this hotel because we needed something close to the airport. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed were very comfortable. The common areas are showing a little wear and tear but that in no way distracted us from having a very comfortable stay. It offers a good breakfast in the morning.

We are from outside Toronto and were flying out of the Buffalo airport to Orlando Florida on Oct7th, 2011. We stayed there for one night where we were able to park our car and be shuttled over to the airport in the morning. "A good basic budget hotel at a nice price"
We've stayed at the Clarion Hotel Buffalo Airport on four occasions in the last year. It is consistently one of the best-priced hotels in the area. It's not fancy, but the price and extras are right. High speed internet, either wireless or with a wire connection is complimentary. The guest room has a large flat-screen TV. Although the hotel is right […] beside the Thurway, traffic noise is minimal, especially with the air conditioner fan running at low speed. The morning breakfast, also included, is not elaborate but certainly filling. It includes scrambled eggs and sausage or just boiled eggs. There are four choices of cold cereals, yogurt, orange or apple juice, fresh fruit, bread, bagels and English muffins to toast, and a do-it-yourself waffle station. There is a small pool and whirlpool, very popular in the evening with families and children. But in the morning I had the pool to myself to swim lengths. There is also a small exercise room. There is a small but cozy hotel bar, open about 4 pm to 11 pm. We received a two-for-one coupon for the bar on check-in. We've found all the hotel staff to friendly, helpful, and courteous. Les mer

"Clarion Hotel is marginally adequate"
I chose this hotel as it had 2 queen beds in each room, was non-smoking and was reasonably priced. The room itself was nice and clean, the beds comfy. The hotel - very dated, the hallways were hot, smelled stale and obviously lacked ventilation. The breakfast was ok, not anything to get excited over, and the breakfast room was quite dirty with overflowing […] garbage cans, dirty tables. "Great breakfast, soft bed, not so clean rooms"
Breakfast was amazing! Rooms not real clean and the shuttle doesn't run after midnight so had to take a taxi. Night clerk wasn't real friendly but the day shift and shuttle were great. The bed was very comfortable too.

The hotel was comfortable and if you have a car it is easy to find a place to eat and other activities. The IMAX theater is just across the road so if there's something good showing can be fun.

We were there for a girl's weekend of shopping. We were very happy with the hotel and the location. Bear in mind this is an older hotel but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Very good breakfast. And shopping was just minutes away in either direction. Which brings me to the downside. It is very awkward getting in and […] out of the parking lot due to the concrete island that runs right down the centre of the road. For me, that was a real drawback and had me wondering if I'd go back to this particular hotel. More than you'd expect from a 3 star motel -- staff was great as was the continental breakfast, hot tub, in-door pool, in-room refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Originally disappointed there was no restaurant on premises but had access to many, many restaurants. Had great choices and meals.

The first room we were checked into looked as if the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. There was major dirt and smoke butts surrounding the window. There was also mold climbing up the curtains. So we attempted to call the receptionist but the phone wouldn't work. We eventually got moved to a second room where again the carpet was nasty. The hotel offered all amenities as well as a hot and very substantial breakfast. This was a bonus. It offered free wi-fi but I have and iPOD Touch and they explained to me that it was not compatible with their system so I had no wi-fi. It offered an inside pool and a hot tub-both wonderful BUT the deck around the pool area was extremely dirty and it was imperative that you wear you shoes there. For the first time since using Hotels.com I have had to stay in a smoking room. Not sure why as the motel was nowhere near full. The room was absolutely filthy. The floor had stuff all over it. The bed skirts had white stains. The night stand had a drop of blood that had been half way wiped up on it. This hotel is conveniently located to the Buffalo airport but I would highly recommend that you request a room not facing the I-90, We found the road noise adversely affected our sleeping experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a pleasant treat after driving for so long. It was a nice surprise to have a very comfortable chair in the room since often you can't find a decent chair to sit in at a hotel. Perfect location to shop 'til you drop. Will definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Before booking, I read many mixed reviews. My husband and I tried it anyway. We found the negative reviews unfounded; the atmosphere, the service, the conditions were all very nice. We greatly enjoyed the indoor pool and spa, although it would have been nice to be able to turn the temp down a bit in the spa. Our room had 2 queen beds, and a desk with […] chair, a table with 2 chairs, a recliner, a combination DVD/VCR player. I also noticed that they said in the in-room booklet that if you need any other toiletries, i.e. toothbrush, comb, toothpaste, etc., you can request them for free from the front desk - a nice amenity that most hotels do not offer. The condition of the room was extremely poor. The toilet seat had ashes on it. The toilet itself did not fit under the counter. The lid was not on the top of the toilet was missing. Every Time we went to flush the toilet we would scrap our knuckles. The room itself had an overwhelming order of mold and disinfectant.
