Very nice hotel w/ great free breakfast.

First time in Boston to see the marathon and the Hampton Inn was the best choice we could have made for an unforgettable family experience. Hotel very clean and quiet and some of the most helpful staff we have come across. Excellent buffet breakfast in large dining room. Certainly more than 2.5 stars!!

We are a family of 5 plus two dogs. We enjoyed the hotel stay. The room was clean and spacious. The pictures were accurate representation of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and professional. When we checked in the front desk was friendly and courteous. I had asked for extra towels and a rollaway and when we returned to the room it was awaiting […] us in the room. Our rate included buffet breakfast and in the morning we were able to start our day with a delicious filling breakfast that the whole family enjoyed. When we set out for sightseeing we were within dowtown Boston in less than 20mnts by car without having to pay the high downtown rate and the high parking fees. Overall it was the best value for the money we didn't expect to get. The area was good with plenty of local stores, shopping plazas, and restaurants if needed. We even had an extra bonus which my children enjoyed which was an indoor pool, so after a day long of walking and sightseeing we came back to a relaxful swim in the pool and the jacuzzi. Les mer

Friendly staff and really good breakfast!

Good: Nice / friendly staff and good service. Free wifi everywhere Bad: A bit dirty and in need for an overhaul. Breakfast not for gourmets.

This brand new Hampton Inn is very reasonably priced and quite close to locations in Norwood, Walpole and Dedham. And there's even a great Indian restaurant in a strip mall located just a few minutes walk away. How's that for convenience?

I brought my 11 year old and some of her friends as a Christmas gift. They loved the pool. (only open in the evening. The city orders that a lifeguard must be present). Good breakfast choices, something for everyone. The girls wanted to swim before we checked out, the manager was so nice he offered to let them swim while he watchedover them, they ended […] up with about 45 mins of swim time. great place to stay for business close to Amtrack station and the highway. Breakfast was wonderful and large selection

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, a very annoying, loud motor-like noise occurred every 1-2 minutes throughout the night. (possibly due to the nearby elevator shaft).

Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.

My family stayed 2 nights when we were without power in metro-west. We were delighted that pets are allowed. The lobby resembled Noah's Ark...grownups, kids, and lots of pets. I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed, as thousands were without power and looking for a warm place, but they were kind and patient. Our room had a very comfortable king bed and […] pullout sofa. My only criticism was the extra blankets for the sofa were in poor condition - clean, but very old and tattered. Breakfast is included and there are lots of options. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Mario's. The food was exellent but they were not prepared for the volume. The hotel itself is nice but in the middle of nowhere. It's not convenient if you want to go out in Boston as you need to drive 25 minutes to a train station then take the train to Boston and you need to be back before midnight (for the last train). There is several car dealers in Norwood but not many places to go out.

There is nothing to complain about at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The staff went above and beyond for my special needs due to medical condition,which was the reason for my stay.(medical reasons) The beds were the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept in. Be aware that when you pre-paid through hotels.com they will still want a credit card for "incidentals" when you arrive. That's all fine but I found a charge on my credit card for $10 later ($20 for the two rooms I purchased). When I called the hotel I was told it is reversed 99% of the time in a few days. Very, very nice. Super comfy beds, great bathroom. Free breakfast rather picked over by 9:30, so get there early! I'd stay again ... great deal!

I loved the breakfast ! Lots of breakfast items, better than marriott and other surrounding hotels. Large clean breakfast area with enough space for people to move around. The room was fine and overlooked the golf course !

The room was great, though it would have been nice to have a refrigerator. Staff was very helpful, loved the breakfast buffet- varied menu each morning, plus all the staples. My big problem was with the indoor pool. The enclosed area was stuffy and hot, and the water in the pool was green and murky, couldn't even see my knees! My daughter will be attending Curry College, which is about 10 minutes from the Hampton Inn. We looked on-line and booked the hotel sight unseen. We were pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were next to each other which was also nice!!!

I didn't know what to expect visiting Norword, MA, which is located in a small Mass. town...directly across the roadway from the Ferrari of Norwood dealership. Needless to say, much time was spent across the street. This is a relatively small town, with NO traffic after 11:30pm. Still, it is a topwn to layback and enjoy. I was stuck in Boston for an extra night and the staff was very helpful while I waited to find out if my flight was cancelled. Clean hotel, great breakfast and convenient restaurant on site. It is also very close to most anything needed.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Patriots game. It's very close and easy to get to the game, which was convenient because it was a night game. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and we tried the one that was in the hotel. The people were friendly and hospitable, and the food was excellent. My boys and I stayed in Norwood for a week and the experience at the Hampton Inn, Norwood, was pivotal in making the stay pleasurable. The front desk, headed by Kiri, was always pleasant, helpful, and, when we did have a problem, responsive immediately. The room was a good size, the breakfast much better than the normal scrambled eggs from a vat and […] your choice of cheerios or raisen bran. They actually had a fresh breakfast with fruit, yogurt, different types of eggs, waffles you make yourself, potatoes and sausages, a real choice which made getting up worthwhile. Our only problem was a non-wake up call which caused a chain event of problems for me, but when I brought it up to the front desk, they handled the problem quickly and provided me with a solution which was more than I would have asked for on my own. I would gladly stay again and would recommend them for both the experience and reasonableness of cost. Norwood is not 'in town' and as such you'll have to take a train in - not a big deal and you don't have to worry about parking that way.. The difference in price Vs staying in town was well worth the small inconvenience of travel. Oh, and if you like exotic cars, the Maserati dealership is right across the highway from them. Les mer

This is a very nice hotel stay for a trip to the Boston area, either for business or pleasure. Very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of selections. The pool must have a lifeguard (believe it's a town restriction), so the pool is not always available. But it was open for the evenings (5 to 10) during the week. […] Cleaning staff threw something away they shouldn't have, which was my only issue (but they were very apologetic). The hotel is close to the interstate connections, and 10 to 15 minutes to the train station and T. I drove to the train station ($7 parking charge), but the hotel does have a shuttle as well. I expected a refridgerator in the room but the room did not have one. I went down to take a swim in the indoor pool and the pool water was green. Indicating to me heavy algea. Both days I was forgotten and not given a USA today at my door while everyone elses door had one.

Please note that local rules on community pools limited access to the indoor pool and whirl pool. When we checked in and went down to enjoy the pool we were saddend to find out that it was only available when a life gaurd was available. Other wise we had a great stay. Location is close to everything, easy to get on and off the highway. Shopping, restraunts […] and community activities, easy to get to. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. Les mer

I recently stayed here while in town for a wedding. Clean rooms, decent restaurant (though I only had drinks), and nice pool. Easy to get to from the highway. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
