Very nice 4-star hotel, right in downtown and walking distance to sights. Everything was expected and rooms are extremely clean. The only thing was the room was very small and you need to pay for the internet access from the room.

The hotel charged my card after I left... If i hadnt checked my bank statement i probably would have never noticed. When i called they said it must have been "mini-bar charges". But they were sure it was a mistake and would remove it right away. Very fishy to me. What a racket. I am sure they charged it in hopes i would never notice. This is our second visit to Arc The Hotel. both visits the staff has been fantastic and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The rooms we have stayed are on the small side. So if you are a documentary crew (my day job) with cases of gear not sure this would be the place to stay. But I did not ask about larger rooms. I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is always clean, quiet & comfortable. Best thing about the ARC is real coffee cream in the bar fridge in the rooms...no pacakges of chemical coffee creamers here. Nice bedsheets, too. The restaurant is pricey but generally 4-5 star food also, even breakfast. If you don't mind a fair price for high quality, […] you are going to be happy with this one. Never having travelled to Ottowa before wasnt sure what to expect. The Arc Hotel exceeded expectations with helpful and courteous staff, nice accommodations and great downtown location. We had arrived by car but never took it out of the garage. If you get a chance you must try their French Toast, a rare morning treat for someone who doesnt usually eat […] much in the morning. "excellent value but not in the old part of town"
A fine business type hotel within easy walking distance of most sites but not in the old town though close (10-15 min. walking).
"Comparable to an Club Quarters"
The Arch reminds me of a club quarters, with a larger bathroom. My main issue was that there was a construction site outside of my bedroom window, so if you are an early riser...this is the place for you.

"Bien situé, excellent rapport qualité-prix"
Accueil courtois, décoration moderne et de bon goût. Très confortable. Il y a absence de stationnement mais service de valet. Comme nous y étions le week-end, il y avait possibilité de stationner sans frais dans les rues avoisinantes, Le seul hic est au niveau de l'insonorisation mais comme il n'y avait pas d'enfants et que ce n'était pas plein, cela […] ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons séjourné à l'hotel pour le travail. Nous y avons passé peut de temps, mais la chambre était impeccable, plusieurs petites attentions. Chambre un peu petite mai strès confortable. En plein coeur d'ottawa

快適なホテルでした。繁華街へのアクセスの良さで選んでみたのでしたが、サービス自体も良いホテルでした。従業員はフレンドリーで、ゆっくりくつろげるラウンジもあり、また、部屋にフリーの水のボトルとりんごが置いてあるのは嬉しく感じました。観光にビジネスに良い環境を持つホテルだと思います。

"Tout dépend de la chambre..."
Si on avait eu n'importe quelle autre chambre, notre séjour aurait sûrement été des plus agréables. On est reçus au mousseux et on nous offre des bouteilles d'eau, pommes et chocolat en soirée. La chambre est petite mais propre et confortable. Par contre, nous avons été placés au deuxième étage juste à côté de l'enseigne extérieure éclairée de l'hôtel. […] Il n'y avait pas de toile sur la fenêtre près du lit, un simple store romain en toile. Inutile de spécifier qu'avec la lumière de l'enseigne qui nous éclairait toute la nuit à travers le store, on a plus ou moins bien dormi. Le fait a été rapporté et nous avons été compensés mais disons que le souvenir de cet hôtel n'est pas mémorable... Les mer
