I stayed at this hotel, it was 100 less then the other two that were close by. I will pay the extra next time. The bathroom wasn't clean, the phone and light didn't work the remote and then tv didn't work. used my cell phone to call to get someone to lokk was told only person there so i could move all my stuff to another room and or come down and get […] stuff to clean it up and fix. terrible experience. i forgot my key so went to the desk to get a new one and wasn't even asked for my ID, I guess anyone can get a key. The hotel had a musty smell when you went intot he lobby, I had just rained a lot so gave them the benefit of the doubt on that, and it didn't smell in our room. When we went to check in the lady behind the desk was not very pleasant.our room was clean. The breakfast the next day left a lot to be desired. They kept running out of food and they only had one trash an which was a small one hidden under the drink machine. Went home hungry.

After I booked this hotel i got nervous about all the negative reviews, but once i arrived i realised i had nothing to worry about. The staff were so friendly and accommodating wit all my requests, zach in particular. the rooms were spotless, and the price was rock bottom. What more do you want??? Great value, id highly recommend.

I travel a lot for conferences and this was the worst experience so far. When I came in the bathroom floor was wet, the towels were wet and some of them were dirty with make up. The carpet right outside the bathroom was damp. The next morning around 7:30- 8am. There was water coming down the ceiling in the bathroom (still wondering where that water […] was coming from.) Bar / Club was old and not well maintained. Bartender was the desk clerk and cook... Took forever, 30 minutes to get a beer. Ordered food, bartender left the bar to go cook it... Maid came to watch the bar but she could not fill drink orders because she was the maid... Seen the same woman later that night working the desk and running to the kitchen […] to get food orders... Very limited menu items, wings and bar food mostly. Food was expensive and poor quality. Thee hotel showed a full restaurant that no longer existed except for a place to sit for the free continental breakfast. Bar prices were unreal, very expensive and outrageous... Our room was on the 5th floor but all night long people were drag racing on the street below and the noise even up there was unacceptable... Will never stay there again... Les mer

There were no accessible outlets in the bathroom for hair dryes, etc. The room door was open when I arrived at my room for the first time. The TV channel choices were limited, especially the local Lancaster channel which I could view but not hear. And, the pillows were terrible. We spent one night at the hotel and was nice until I had to call front desk because around 3:30 morning young people was playing, screaming throwing doors very harder. But front desk inmediately take action.breakfast wasn't really good.

I have never rated a stay although I have stayed at many places but I have to warn all considering this choice. DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT1`

t The ratings we listed are correct.POOR SERVICE FOOD BAR NOT MAINTAINED OVERALL CONDITION , JUST PLAIN DIRTY, HAD TO KEEP GOING TO COUNTER TO GET MORE FOOD. THE ROOM OVERALL WAS NOT CLEAN.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life. The walls were paper thin, the locks were broken on the doors.. , no towels and very scary area..

We requested 3 adjacent or adjoining rooms, since we were traveling with kids. We got two rooms down the hall from each other and the 3rd on another floor! Staff said there was nothing they could do. They seemed disorganized and inexperienced - not apologetic or accommodating. The hotel is dated, but trying to upgrade. Lobby could be nice, but there […] is a nightclub right there (and a tattoo parlor in the basement, if you need that) so there were club-goers hanging in the lobby and smoking out front. The rooms seemed ok, didn't smell bad, and looked like they had been renovated somewhat. Bathrooms were older and our boys said the water worked opposite of what it should. In the girls' room, there were used tampon/pad sitting on the back of the toilet - ew! There were stains on the chair in our room and the heat/ac was hard to regulate. We tried the heat to take the chill off the room and woke up in the middle of the night roasting. Had to put on the a/c to cool down. In the a.m., I realized there were no bath towels in the room and had to call. That made us later to breakfast and we got there during the last 10 mins, which seemed to irritate the staff. When we were finishing, they came in and turned off the TV, I guess as a signal to leave! Quality Inns are usually a pleasant surprise for the $. Not this time! We were here for the PA RenFaire, and the hotel is close by, but I would go all the way back to Lancaster to find another hotel rather than stay here again! Les mer

it was fine but the bathroom was too small, toilet, sink and bathtub too close together. Barely have room to sit on toilet seat.

Staff members were friendly. First night had to go ask for soap as none had been provided in the room. No blanket in room so had to ask for a blanket for the second night.

I am really glad I read the reviews before I went here. The only decent rooms in this hotel are the newer ones. The lobby looks and smells like it's from the 70's. The staff was very nice however. The newer room was clean but everything in the room besides the TV was still out of date. It is in a good location and close to where I needed to be.

The room did not smell fresh at all. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom...... The room was not very clean at all. The beds wer not comfortable, The dead bolt on the door DID NOT work! There was about a 2 inch gap around the door frame, people could see right into the room! I would stay at this particular Quality Inn ever again!

Place is outdated and in desperate need of updating! Lighting in bath area dismal and the room smelled damp and musty! Beds were comfortable and complimentary breakfast was adequate at best.

The rooms were clean. The twin beds were kind of small. My boyfriend got up in the middle of the night to go to the other bed because he's a sprawl out sleeper. I suggest a king size if you plan on sleeping with your other half. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Picture is definitely PHOTOSHOPPED!! Not to our expectation. The room smell okay, bathroom is the worst. I can smell the urine even though it looks clean. It took them 6 hours to deliver a cot to my room! Hot breakfast took FOREVER! LONG Line to make Belgian waffles and by time I get to the griddle, the batch was empty, and clock has struck to 930am […] (thats when they end the breakfast). THE ROOM WAS FULL WITH GUESTS and the KIDS! Only see one worker scrambles all over to fill up plastic utensils and other stuff. 30 minutes waiting for the waffle with 3 restless kids.. we dropped in eating there and left to an expensive restaurant on our way to HersheyPark! not too happy! NEVER AGAIN WILL BE STAYING IN CHEAP & REASONABLE rates ever again! Stick with expensive rates to get the money worth!! Les mer

My room on my initial entry,had a wash cloth, hand towel and floor mat, no toilet paper. My sister and her husband had a room not much better, bed was not made, same sheets as previous occupant.

The Hotel is ok on first entry, nice Lobby, but it was all downhill from there. Hallways ned attention as does the elevator. Room was clean nothing really wrong except it was a little small and needed updating. Bed was comfortable.. Bathroom ok but towels looked old and some had stains.If you go on a Friday night. Bring your earplugs and some protection.They […] were having what was called a letting in the Bar. I could her hear the music fairly clearly on the 3rd floor. Some pretty unsavory people in and around the lobby and in front of Hotel most of night. I showed up at 9 PM after a full day with my son at Hershey's Park. We bought some food on the way to the hotel to eat in the room and watch the olympics. As we drove up it was a bit dark and there was a homeless person laying on the front steps outside. The old look of the hotel and the feel made it seem very seedy. There was a man at the counter trying […] to get his reservation found and straightened out, 1 person at the counter who couldn't find it and he wanted to know about others in the future, while 2 other families were waiting to be seen. Finally someone else showed up and promptly told others who were waiting there were no more towels. The phone was constantly ringing, no answer. Finally I get to check in and it does go smoothly more or less. We went out the back door along a walkway which looked like this used to be a motel. There was a central pool area, but the doors all opened to the outside, not inside of the builiding like a normal hotel. We walked to a back building which seemed even in worse repair. Walked into the room to discover it was never cleaned. Towels on the floor like a fresh shower happened and the bed covers thrown back like someone just woke up. I went to complain and was told she would come and clean it right up. We fell asleep on top of the covers and she never showed. The next morning they did refund my money at no charge, thankfully. But I wouldn't stay there again until all renovations are done. Les mer

I enjoyed the continental breakfasts. They were great! The staff was great! The room was not bad at all once we were moved. The restaurant was like an old saloon filled with smoke. The SMELL of SMOKE permeated the atmosphere. GROSS!!!!! The furnitre was filthy in the restaurant. I decided not to sit or eat in that part of the hotel. The outer food areas […] in the neighborhood was great. Getting into Hershey, Pa was wonderfully close and well worth it!!! The staff at this hotel was exceptionally helpful. We needed to find the information for a funeral we were attending and the front desk staff searched until it was found for us. Also information about the history of the town and places we might enjoy going were given.This is an older hotel, and so before the remodels are complete, some areas do look […] old. We only stayed one night, but we found it to be quite comfortable. I was also impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. We experienced a problem with the lock on the door, but one of the maintenance staff showed up immediately to begin work on the problem. The back rooms of the hotel need remodeled but after we moved to a different room it was fine! The breakfast was nice! The night time manager was very accomodating and very friendly!

Ask for non-smoking room and the minute you walked in the room you knew someone smoked. The second room they gave me you knew they hadn't cleaned it. I gave up with the third room. Would not stay there again.

It was OK for two adults to stay there but you cannot bring the whole family to this location. We had a fly/mosquito problem in our room and had to go to the supermarket to get Raid and Cutter to make it through the night. On the plus side they had a good breakfast in the morning which it was unexpected by us. They also had a young man by the name of […] Lamar that was very accomodating and try to do the best to make the conditions of the hotel better. He was very customer friendly and attentive. Les mer

Improvement is needed before I stay here again. I've stayed in hotels that have been half the price and twice as clean. The carpet in hallways did not get vacuumed from Friday evening through Sunday morning when I departed. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the TV. This is hotel features a Restaurant on premises, however do not plan on eating there. They did not have any food in the restaurant except for hamburgers, that they had to go down the street and get rolls for. I had to ask for a vacumm and vacumm my own room, because it was so dirty.

Room was a smoking room, requested non-smoking but none were available. Pool was cloudy. Bathroom had dirty cloths in shower. Room was dusty, and appeared to not have been stayed in for a while. Maid services never came the second day of stay. Room was run down, not well maintained. When front desk was advised, there was no appalogy or reimbursement […] given, he just checked us out. Not great. The only reason we chose to stay at this hotel was because we wanted to use the waffle machine that we thought was standard in a quality inn hotel. The waffle maker was out of order, therefore, the breakfast was horrible. There were cobwebs on the ceiling of the room and there were parts of the ceiling coming off. The pictures of the pool […] and the "pond" must have been from a few years ago, the flowers were dead and just did not look the same as the pictures. I was excited about staying there because the lobby was really clean, that was not the case for the room. I really wanted to give a good review but, I just could not do that.
