Very pleasant. Lots of nice features for the traveler - Coffee stand, boarding pass printing station, lounge with Bar and breakfast now available.

THe hot tub was shut down, which is the reason I go there. It is diffiicult to get in coming in from the south. Some inconsequential things were missing from our room. I will not be returning. Next time we will stay downtown Chicago.

Very friendly and knowledgable hotel staff. Clean room with blazing fast internet access. Nice fitness room, however, some equipment needs maintenance. Convenient Bistro restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was not only cost-effective but healthy. Our daughter attends Elmhurst College and we come up to visit we stay at a hotel. Of all the hotels we have stayed at we enjoyed our stay at your hotel the best. It is the best location and nicest hotel for staff and cleanliness.

Everything was great! However, the hotel needs to improve the signage to get to their driveway and entrance. You can only enter the hotel property if you are going southbound on Route 83 in Elmhurst.There is another entrance on North Avenue, thru a shopping center, which is not well-noted and somewhat hidden with bushes. The hotel has no shuttle service at all and each desk clerk has their own "preferred" cab service; there is not a corporate partner for local transportation. The highway toward the front of the hotel is busy and noisy. Recommend a room away from the street side. Noticed a bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Very nice, modern hotel. I ran out of shampoo and conditioner and they were not able to get me any as the houskeeping staff was not in yet. A little disappointing but overall very nice.

older hotel but well maintained & updated. only downside was noise from Hwy 83 along the east side, but turn the fan on or ask for rooms on the west side, away from traffic...much quieter. great breakfast (included), wifi handled my VPN, very friendly staff. i'll stay again

This hotel is very clean and in a great location, close to expressways and shopping. I did have a couple of issues with my room. The iron didn't work and they immediately gave me another one, but that one also didn't work. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. Was told there would be a microwave in the room, but that wasn't there either. […] Also some of the TV stations did come in (like the weather channel). Asked if I could get some tea in the evening, but was told they only have a beverage station available only in the morning. At most comparable hotels I have recently stayed at in NY and Boston, the beverage station is open all the time. If you are a light sleeper, you might ask to have a room facing away from Rte 83 which is noisy both day and night. Les mer

Hotel was recently remodeled with a modern IKEA feeling. Rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful in regards to local dining and modes of transportation to and from Chicago. Hotel is off a highway so walking to and from places is a bit challenging, but hotel staff recommends REASONABLY priced taxi's to and from the train station (to […] chicago) which is about a mile away. Train to chicago from Elmhurst stops running at midnight so if you're partying in CHI be prepared to cab it back. Would definitely stay here again but for young adults check for stuff in the Wicker Pack area. Les mer

My husband was ask what floor he would like & he said first,so we were given a handicapped room.That was fine as I was having back problems.But the shower area was not good for me as I could have slipped with all the water on the floor.My husband had to use towels as a dam.The air conditioner was very noisy.The Bristo breakfast was not good, it sounds […] like it is all fresh food,but I know from having worked in a resturant it wasn't.I am diabetic and the choices had were not good,I usually take my own cereal with me but didn't this time and if I had,I would not have been able to go eat with my husband,as no food or beverage was to be brought into the resturant area.All around we were dissapointed with our stay. This hotel is wrapping up a lovely remodeling. We had an upgraded room that was roomy, comfortable, and remarkably quiet. The location is great if you want to be centrally located (we visited Oak Park, Schaumburg, and downtown Chicago). Our concierge, Bobby, was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. We had a really nice stay at the Courtyard by the Marriott. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was especially good. We were not far from the O'Hara airport, Wrigley Field and downtown Chicago.

Rooms were clean and good - the food in the bistro was fantastic and included in our stay - fresh fruit, waffle, oatmeal, make to order eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt - great!!!!

Air conditioner vent blew directly on our heads. We readjusted the vent which helped somewhat. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast great! Staff very courteous.

There was a large outdoor party just below my 3rd floor room. The hotel had tables and chairs set up outside. The party was very loud and continued after 1 AM.

Quite remote from O'Hare. Breakfast is not a buffet is more like a shop plus a cook. 3 of 4 lights did not work. Housekeeping waked me up at 7:30 asked to clean the room. When I complained that house keeping waked me up so early the answer was hat this was my fault that I did not put the "do not disturb sign". With this logic 4am is also good hour […] to knock on the door if there is no sign hanged. Usually I like Courtyard but this one was disappointing. Les mer

The hotel itself was fine. The check-in process was not. The link between hotels.com and Marriott was broken. We booked on hotels.com and arrived 30 minutes later. The staff was completely unaware of our reservation. After looking at their fax machine, they saw our reservation, but wouldn't give us a room because we weren't "in the system." Very inconvenient to get to from any direction but coming south on Rt 83 All other directions require previous knowledge of a huge, almost unconnected parking lot to be used to reach the hotel. Helpfullness of the staff was inconsistant. Some very good. Some either not knowledgeable or unwilling to assist any more than absolutely necessary. Breakfast […] was prepakged and heated up in an oven. Large portions of bad food does not make the food any better. Service in Bistro uneven. Had to wait for 5 min. after my wife was served for my food to arrive. Cleanliness of restaurant depended on how much the customers picked up after themselves. Les mer

My wife and I were pleased with this hotel. It is within 2 miles of my son's apartment. We were there this weekend to celebrate our grand daughter's 1 year old birthday. The hotel room was clean, the attendants and maids were very friendly, and the food at the restaurant was good.

I expect alot from Marriott, they always meet my expectations, this time they exceeded them. Every Marriott employee I came in contact with had a smile and wanted to know could they help me. They were the friendliest staff I have ever encountered, besides being professional and efficient. Will definitely be back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fast and hot, rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part, I stayed here 3 times in the recent past and once mty bed was way too hard for my liking, I did not ask to change rooms, but I am sure it would not have been a problem.

Our stay was verry nice . The hotel staff was all very courtious and helpful. The wait staff for breakfast was very effecient. We recieved better service there that we have at high end restraunts. We would recomend this hotel to everyone and wil stay again when in the area.

Great location if you enjoy exercising outdoors. Next to a preserve with well-maintained trails around 3 ponds and through the woods. Also has god fitness center & indoor lap/play pool. The hotel was fabulous. The free internet lobby was great. The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome and had lots of good choices. The beds and PILLOWS were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly although they did tell my co-worker when she called the front desk that HBO was a channel that would have to be paid for (it actually is included). […] The hair dryer in my room was missing but they brought one right up to me when I called.
