Sentral beliggenhet i rolig boligstrøk, vias a vis synagogen. 10 - 15 minutter å gå til Doumoen. Rommene er små, vi hadde et firesengsrom (barn på 8 og 10) og det gikk akkurat, men det var trangt om plassen. Vanskelig med parkeingsplasser, gateparkering er ikke veldig aktuelt i denne indre delen av byen. Grunnet veiarbeider var hotellets (svært begrensede) […] garasje utilgjengelig, og vi endte opp i en privat garasje til 30 Euro døgnet, mot alternativt 15 i hotellets garasje. Hotellet passer kanskje best for de som kommer til byen uten bil . Frokosten var ganske Ok, dvs god til å være Italia. Brød, pålegg, juice,kaffe m.m. bla servert i en grei, liten frokostsal. Tvers over gata er det en liten bar, og det er kort vei til mange koselige serveringssteder, supermarked og minibank. Det var varm da vi var der, og dessverre var aircon på vårt rom uten kapasitet til å holde rommet ordentlig avkjølt, og i tillegg bråkte den en del. Betjeningen var hyggelig, og det er gratis wi-fi. Alt i alt er det ganske mye for pengene, men passer kanskje best til par uten små barn (og uten bil). Les mer

Definitely the key feature of the hotel is location. Withing walking distance, 5-10 minutes you can easily reach any interesting place. A bit expensive parking service - add 25 € to the room price.

Trivelig hotell i et lite trafikkert strøk. Bra kvalitet på frokostbuffeten. Hotellet ligger i gåavstand fra katedralen, restauranter og shoppingstrøk.

The hotel room had an awful smell to it, and the bathroom smelled like mould. The air conditioner was very dusty and old. Our room faced the backyard, filled with pigeons sometimes trying to get in through the window. On the other hand, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The standard of the room did not reflect the price we paid.

En positiv overrraskelse, 4 stykker på et rom og alle fikk gode senger. Rolige omgivelser, men kun 10 min å gå til Dumoen. Kjempegod frokost med godt pålegg og frisk frukt, fri for kaker og berlinerboller.

Accomodations and location were terrific. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped us with a car issue.

This hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the St Novella Piazza. Location out of the way of sorts. It is exceptionally clean. A nice Italian breakfast is offered each morning, a great coffee/bakery across the street also. It was my first time in a Italian hotel, the single room was very narrow maybe 6 ft wide, I had one twin bed, bathroom was nice, […] all italian showers are small, neighborhood was quiet, no restaurants within a block or two that I saw. We stayed at this hotel for our last night in Florence. It was not particularly close to the town center, but still a reasonable walk. The room was very small but nice. The bathroom was tiny. We found the staff to be polite and helpful. No complaints.

The staff was super helpful, and spoke English very well. Was way nicer of a hotel then what I was expecting. I would definitely stay there again.

This is an average hotel. The building is very old and the bed was not comfortable. However, it IS in a good location. I was really put off by how aloof the staff was and wouldnt stay there again for this reason.

I selected the Arizona because I wanted to be a short distance away from the extremely touristy section of Firenze. The Arizona was clean and well maintained. The staff and management went the extra distance to be helpful and informative. I really enjoyed being able to go into the small shops and find wonderful, pleasant local merchants. Additionally, […] I selected the hotel because it served breakfast, which was convenient--the breakfast was ample and nutritious. general it is a good Hotel to stay for short timing breakfast was good. price is great!! only that was water running noise somehow but happenned on one night thank god. other then that it was good and clean Hotel to stay. I will stay again if I go there.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will stay there again the next time I need a hotel in Florence. The hotel is well-maintained and has very helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The rooms are clean, although they are small. The location is very convenient, a 10-15 minute walk from the Piazza della Signoria and other sights, but still convenient […] to the main streets & highway if you're coming by car. The rates were low and it was in a convenient part of town, though a bit of a hike from the train station (which is where the bus from the airport drops you off). I ended up taking a cab to the airport after the stay. The rooms were tiny as I had expected, but I was by myself, so no bid deal. I couldn't even dry off in the shower though. My main complaint was that the AC unit was soooo noisy! it drove me crazy. it finally cooled off enough around 1AM for me to turn it off. they told me there were no other rooms available for me to move to. plus the AC in the lobby was making the exact same noise, so I didn't have much hope... I didn't choose Arizona Hotel because I came from Arizona, but I was curious. I chose it because of the reviews on Hotels.com. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was clean and bathroom was new and fresh. (People often mentioned the small shower in reviews but I had two different rooms and it was large in both and I'm a big guy). Nicest room of 3 we stayed at during our trip to Italy Sept 2011. Small, but clean and comfy. Beware that shower stalls are extremely small. If you drop soap, you'll have to squat to pick it up. A/C in rm # 18 couldn't keep room cool enough. Good breakfast. Convenient enough to walk everywhere including train station.

Close to the hop on/off bus route. Too small a room for our family of 5. Breakfast was ok but basic.

Good hotel for few family nights in Florence. About 15' walking distance from Piazza Del Duomo. Rooms are well equipped although the bathroom is tiny. However it's still usable

We had to switch rooms after the first night there because of a water leak. The room was alright, but the bathroom wasn't very well maintained. Also, a large disparity in the quality of the rooms, even if they were the same price! great loaktion in the east of the city centre: less then 10 Min of walking to the campanile. if you are lucky one of the free curbside parking spaces is still avaiable. friendly staff

This hotel was alright. Nothing special and I guess it is what to expect for a 3 star in a big european city. I stayed in a quadruple room with my family. It was a regular size room with 4 single beds. Breakfast was okay. The shower however in the washroom always let water escape onto the floor and after 3 people had showered the floor was really wet. […] The taxi from the train station was about 17 to 20 euros for 4 people with 5 luggage pieces. If i had to I would stay here again so its not that bad. Good location, only 4 blocks away from the accademia dell galleria, so that was nice. Les mer

We had a very comfortable stay at the the Arizona Hotel. The rooms, as most in Europe are very small. The air conditioning is exellent and it was very hot in Florence. The nicest thing about the hotel were the kind and helpful staff. From giving us directions and helpful hints they were so understanding and versed in Jewish customs for Shabbat. I would […] definatly go back should I visit Florence again. The hotel is right next door the Kosher restaurants, Ruths, and next to that is the magnificent synagogue. The owner of Ruths is more than wonderful. His name is Simcha and he made us feel so at home. The food is delicious. The Arizona was a win. Thank you. Les mer

The rooms were small but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We decided to stay an additional night and the staff was happy to have us and charged us the same rate too! It is in walking distance of everything( 10-20 mins from most of the sites). It is on a side street away from all the noise which is great. It is an 12 Euro cab ride from […] the train station. Like the title suggest it's not in the heart of the city but more in a residential/Jewish area of the city of Firenze. We knew this coming in and it proved useful since as most of you would know Firenze has narrow streets that gets filled easily with tourist visiting. The rooms are your average euro size rooms BUT their bathrooms are excessively tiny. […] Myself and my wife are average in weight (175/107 lbs) respectively and we find the shower area tight fitting. So if you drop your soap and weigh more 200 then just FORGET about IT! It's that tight. One more complaint I have that our toilet was not flushing right so I have to ask them twice to remedy the situation. Breakfast is included w/ your room and ask the lady server to make you a fresh cup of homemade expresso to start the day right. Hotel was in the east side of the city only 8 small blocks away from academia, 20min from SMN train station, walks from Duomo and more importantly for me close to Gelateria w/c are the best! Try Carabe and Grom. Overall a good visit w/ minor hiccups from hotel bathroom issues. Taxi to and from the hotel only takes between 15-20min and only 20€ and 1€/bag. There is a cafe in front of the hotel so it may be lively in certain times of the week. Hotel staff was very helpful specially the other night front desk personnel. Les mer

You must pay to use their parking garage. Or else you can park your car in front of hotel at your own risk. The road the hotel is on is narrow and their is a great possibility that your mid-size care could be side swipped by another car. We had a very nice room, comfortable bed. bathroom small but worked fine. I liked the little clothes line in the bathroom and used it. Breakfast was fine and liked that I could ask for a freshly made expresso or coffee. Staff friendly with a 24 hour manned front desk. location was fine.

Our trip to Florence was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. My daughters and I had the best time in Florence.

The Arizona Hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the main sites in Florence. We had a great three nights there. The Wi-fi was not free which was frustrating, but we learned to be quick with our access.

The hotel was what I expected. I wanted something inexpensive. It was in a convenient location and worked great for one night. If I was planning a longer stay, I might spend a few more euro for a little nicer place. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff spoke great English and recommended some fantastic places to eat authentic Fiorentine and Tuscan […] food. They let me leave my bag at the hotel after checkout, so I didn't have to carry it with me around the city. Les mer

this hotel was in an awesome location, had $20 euro a day secure parking and a very helpful staff! we were traveling throughout europe for 17 days and this was our favorite spot! this hotel is in the heart of the local city and just minutes from the duomo and any other site you wish to see. we walked everywhere!!! family owned and operated!

Once we arrived, they were very nice and it stayed that way throughout our stay. Great location within walking distance to all major sites. The room was air-conditioned without charge unlike other cities/hotels in Italy. Parking would've been a fee in their parking garage or if there was space right in front of the hotel it was free. Complimentary breakfast […] was nice to have especially with the food prices being paid in euros if you had to go pay for breakfast at a local shop. Overall nice, would definitely stay here again. We stayed at this hotel for one night, on our way out of the city. We were just looking for something inexpensive, and the hotel's quality was consistent with that when compared to other hotels we stayed at that were more expensive. Notibly, the bathroom was very small , and the shower area was so small that neither my husband nor I (both of whom have […] a BMI under 24) could not really fit in it in order to take a shower. Ok hotel for a night or two but I overall wouldn't recommend. Les mer

The hotels location is great. it was easy to walk into town.

Nice room, several blocks to walk to Duomo but in neighborhood was good.

The service was excellent. Great continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cappicino, cheese, yogurt etc. Room was elegant, comfortable bed. Don't use the computer access -- got to the cybercafe down the street. Hotel staff not computer savy to assist. They refunded our payment for computer when we complained. I read the reviews before booking and I agree with what I read. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, satellite tv, wireless internet in common areas. The negative was that the bathroom was incredibly small (but adequate) and the room was small. We went to the kosher vegetarian restaurant (based on the reviews I had read) next door which was really […] good. Felt safe walking around from the hotel. This hotel is located within a 15-20 minute walking distance from all major attractions in Florence. The hotel is neat, clean, and looked very new (compared to other hotels in Italy I stayed in). The staff was very friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The room was also very nice. They even let me store my bags at the hotel after checkout, since my […] train back to Rome wasn't until 8 PM.
