"Great Location and price"
The room was clean the hotel was located very close to downtown, several resturants in walking distance,the staff was very nice highly recomended
"Don't Stay Here!"
We reserved a room for five people. We were given 2 towels and washcloths. The room was filthy, garbage and dirt behind the bedside table, the safety lock was broken off,so we put a chair in front of the door, holes in the sheets and bedspread, mold in the grout in the tub, the radio sparked when plugged in and didn't work, the telephone jack box was […] broken open and cold air was coming in , no ice in the machine and the contenental (sp) breakfast was a joke - stale cold cereal, waffles that stuck to the iron, plain bagels and white bread, oj and coffee, no eggs, or meat Les mer

One hard towel in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was terrible but the hotel was only $50.

the room was not diry. the shower was very dirty.. they probably clean it once a month. and as always with motels, everything gets wet.

attended Tenn game and styaed at this hotel. Great convenience. Friendly desk personnel. Was offering shuttle service to game
"good stay"
Went to Knoxville for a U.T. football game. Just wanted a nice place to stay and get shuttle service to and from the stadium to avoid the heavy traffic. This place was just what I needed. The service was great and the price was nice.

Upon our arrival at the hotel the front desk clerk was nice. When we got to our room it smelled old,musty and it was hot ! They didn't even have the air conditioner on. After about 45 minutes in our room the air conditioner wasn't cooling. It was cooler outside than it was in our room ! I just left the door open ! We were burning up ! So I called down […] to the front desk several times and there was no answer ! It wasn't like it was even that busy ! They were not answering the phone ! I continued to call and after about 20 minutes of calling I finally got someone on the phone. A man answered and I explained our situation. He said it would be about 5-10 minutes before someone could come and look at it. I said ok. Meanwhile as we were waiting on him to get up there to the room I decided I wanted to check my e-mail. On the website it said they had free Wi-Fi .. There was no internet ! I again called and called the front desk, still no answer ! So finally my fiance just walked on down to the front desk and the lady at the front desk told him that Comast had been working on the lines and they told her that there will be no internet until the next day. Great I thought ! She had expressed her frustration at Comcast. We were obviously frustrated as well. So finally 10 minutes seemed like forever especially when there is no air conditioning ! The man finally came to look at the air and he just turned the knobs back and forth as if to get the compressor to come on, ( i had already done that) after doing that for a few minutes he said that the compressor wasn't coming on. I already figured that since it wasn't cooling ! I told him I wanted a different room and he said that he couldn't get us in a king size bed room like we had (and what we had paid for initially.) Well we told him if we couldn't get in a king size bed room that we were just going to leave and go to another hotel. It wasn't five minutes and we were just on our way out of the door and he comes back up to our room a Les mer
"just average"
Clerk no personality. Wouldn't give us view of pool eventhough they were available. Room was hot and humid until we ran a/c for an hour. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was average.

After walking around the room for a few moments our white sock feet were black on the bottom due to the filth, I will NEVER stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. One thing that I was surprised about was that there were only 2 bath towels and no hand towels. The towels weren't very soft, but they dried me off just fine. There was no microwave or refrigerator either. It would have been nice to be able to pop some corn. Most hotels we have used in recent years have had these […] items available. Motel is a bit old and dated, but the room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. About as minimal as you could have and still call it a buffet. A few plain bagels and dry cereal was all we found on the 'spread.' We ended up skipping breakfast altogether because it was so lame.
