Fantastisk hotell med god service hele veien fra ankomst, til hjemreise. Hadde de-lux rom som var stort, også med stort flott bad. Fantastisk renhold, opptil flere ganger pr dag. Flott område med akseptabel gangavstand til det meste (shopping, kultur.....). Skal vi tilbake, vil vi uten tvil velge samme hotell.

Hotellet Stylish Room ligger i nær beliggenhet til Spansketrappen. Selve inngangen er litt borthjemt, men skiltet viser vei og man må bare følge ringeklokkene innover for å komme opp i andre etasje i et lite, koselig og moderne hotell. Rommene, resepsjon og spisesal har et moderne preg og er i sterk kontrast til mange andre hotell i byen. Rommene er enkelt innredet, men fine og ok størrelse. En hyggelig betjening er behjelpelige med mat uten om frokosttilbudet, og de tilbyr i tillegg en bringetjeneste til Fiumicino for en grei sum. Dette er med andre ord et hotell jeg kan anbefale og et fint utgangspunkt for Romaferien. En fin bonus til hotellet er flere gode restauranter i nær beliggenhet, og spesielt den rett under til venstre. God tur!

Hotellet ligger nær sentrum og t-bane stasjon. Også nærområde er veldig fin, for å ta fine bilder og handle gaver for venner. Service var som forventet, dette er jo en B&B hotell, altså tilbud av seng og en en liten frokost. ikke forvent dere en mettende frokost, for det serveres kun drikke og bolle. men maten kan kjøpes i nærheten enten i sparkjøp butikken eller i en av pizza/ kebab shops. Hotellet var ren og eieren var veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig kar. hotellet passer perfekt for en storbyferie. PS: varmeanlegget slås på kun etter kl 6, så hvis du reiser på vinteren ta med varm pisjamas og sokker :)

Romas sentrale jernbanestasjon, Termini, er inngangsporten til byen fra Fiumicino flyplass, og er et imponerende stykke moderne arkitektur. Mellom stasjonen og glamorøse Via Veneto er det flere interessante steder å besøke. Palazzo Barberini er et overdådig barokt palass, Terme di Diocleziano var byens største badeanlegg, og kirken Santa Maria della Concezione er bemerkelsesverdig på grunn av Capuchin-munkenes krypt.

"Ikke noe fire stjerners hotel"
Vi hadde forventet noe mer på et 4 stjerners hotell. Servicen var god, frokosten helt standard. Trafikkstøy kunne vært redusert hvis "skoddene" på innsiden av vinduene hadde hatt låseanordning som fungerte. Dusjen nesten ubrukelig på grunn av brukket oppheng.

Greit hotel ved Sentralstasjonen. Sengene var ikke gode, rommet hadde skodder foran vinduene. Frokosten var inkludert, men uten innhold.

"Massimo - rett ved togstasjon"
Hotellet har perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til transport for å komme seg rundt i Roma. Det ligger omtrent rett over veien for Termini (kan sammenlignes med Oslo S). Derfra kan man ta både Metroen, Buss og tog. Kommer en med tog fra flyplassen, kan en bare spasere rett bort til hotellet. Hotellet i seg selv var helt greit. Rommene er ganske små , men […] fine og rene (litt hard seng). Hotellpersonalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten er også helt ok, med brød, skinkepålegg, frokostblanding, egg og bacon. "Good hotel close to everything"
We had a superior room wich included a big bedroom, a very large bathroom and a separate wardrobe, facing away from the trafficked via Cavour. A very good, clean and quiet room. Close to the railway station, the Metro and the bus station. Free wireless internet that did not work. OK breakfast. Very friendly staff. Reccommended.

"Perfekt lokasjon"
Hotellet ligger perfekt til, ift sentralstasjon for tog, bane og turbusser. Flott utgangspunkt for sightseeing, og enkelt å finne hjem til etter en lang dag med vandring rundt i byen. Tar man toget inn er det også kort vei fra togstasjonen, slik at man slipper å drasse rundt på bagasjen noe lengre enn man gidder, samt like enkelt om man skal hjem igjen; […] ingen lang vandring i byen med bagasje. Forøvrig, er man 2 eller fler, kan det være like greit å ta en taxi, da det koster knappe hundrelappen(10-12 euro) mer totalt sett. Betjeningen var hyggelig, behjelpelig og imøtekommende. Frokostsalen er kanskje litt trang, men frokosten er bra! Eneste å utsette på, er at sengen kanskje er i hardeste laget, men det gikk bra =) Kommer til å bo her ved fremtidige besøk til byen, og anbefaler det absolutt til andre også! Les mer

Bra hotell med god service og hyggelig betjening. Gode rom, men anbefaler å få et rom mot bakgården, da det ligger i en traffikert gate. Gode senger, rent og pent bad. Nye håndklær hver dag. Kontinental frokost.

i liked this hotel a lot. i came in with low expectations, but because i was arriving by train at midnight, i chose this hotel for its close proximity to stazione Termini, the main train station. it's a short block and a half away from the train, a very very short walk, even at midnight in january. i got a clean, quiet room, the staff was very helpful […] and friendly, and breakfast was included in my rate (a buffet style, more than just a muffin---plenty to eat; and that's a good thing in italy, where breakfast for americans can be a challenge---it's hard to find good, cheap things to eat or breakfast in italy, generally the locals have coffee and a bread and that's it.). the hotel neighborhood isn't all that exciting at night, but it's close to the subway and close to the colosseum and trevi fountain and piazza venezia, and i walked almost everywhere, taking the subway only at night when it was cold. this hotel exceeded my expectations. Bettoja Massimo D Azeglio was in the perfect location. It was approximately 1 block away from Roma Termini (trains and buses). Restaurants, souvenier shopping, and tourist sights were within walking distance. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. We had a early morning tour and they packed us a breakfast bag :). Very convenient located with less than 5 minutes walk from Station Termini. Service is ok and furniture of my room is quite old!. Corridor is only sufficient for 2 guys to pass by. Breakfast soso, not bad but not amazing! Remember to bring along French or Italian electrical adaptor if you are using UK or Chinese plugs, they do not offer any adapter […] and will ask you to buy in a nearby shop! Les mer

This is a great place to stay--good breakfast included and large room with nice shower. Just around the corner from the hotel is a street with the best small local restaurants--inexpensive and great food. very nice hotel, convenient to train station. about a 10 minute walk to Coliseum. Hotel staff were always helpful. Room was great - we did experience the bathroom smell. solution was placing the bathmat over the floor vent. no issues after that. good hotel for the money. breakfast was great!

"The Hotel Bettoja Massimo D Azeglio Rome"
This hotel is ideally situated in Rome near Termini Station and was in good condition clean and comfortable but it was not in our opinion a 4 star hotel. We stayed in another 4 star hotel in Rome previous to this stay and it was far superior to this hotel. We would recommend this hotel but in our opinion it was over priced for what we received,

Hotel in great are for transport and local resturant . I is also not far from the sights. The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast room is initially decieving as it has no daylight and is fairy small for the numbers of that pass through. However the breakfast is a good choice. Staff are fairly friendly. It is a good place to stay.

"Older hotel but nice!"
Yes, the old place could use a facelift in the halls but the rooms were clean, had tons of local information, good internet (and free) , so very close to the central train terminal but still a nice neighbourhood; classy old style building and decor; decent varied breakfast.; very helpful staff.

The hotel is close to the central station, which also is the center of the bus and metro systems. They were doing work on the hotel so it was very noisy, and to get to our room we had to take the service elevator. The beds were really hard, and the room was could have used some updating. This is very convenient to the railway station and is well-maintained. In terms of quality, it was good compared to other hotels we used in Italy. For people staying more than overnight however, I think other hotels are more conveniently located as a base for sightseeing or shopping.

The staff in the lobby were very helpful. The staff in the dining room, not so much. For breakfast, they have a European buffet, set up in two rooms. One buffet is beautifully expansive & a wide array of choices, it is nearly the length of the room. The other room has very small table, with most of the same choices, but a very limited scale. The small room has 1 apple, 1 pear, etc. We attempted to sit in the big room, but the staff directed us to the small one, but I had seen the big buffet. So, I wanted to select the food from the large room & take it to our table in the small room. The staff was out-raged that I insisted upon this & even cussed at me under their breath every time they passed. (My husband speaks fluent Italian). The front desk help were not friendly or helpfull at all. The noise level was very high from trains. Have been in Rome 17 times and stayed at many hotels. The Hotel is beautiful inside and out!! Restaurant was very nice and the quilty of food was great. The servers and restaurant help top notch. The rates charge are very good, just looked at the front […] dest help for problems. We stayed at this hotel inadvertently because our travel plans had changed while in Italy. We stayed in 4 3 different hotels in Rome, and this one was by far the best! It is very conveniently located near the bustling Termini, main train station in Rome. However, this was pleasantly the quietest hotel we ever stayed in (not just in Rome)! We could not […] hear our above guests moving around, and we could not hear people leaving in the morning and their doors closing. It not was only clean and quiet with adequate room, it had the best spread for breakfast. It had a self-service coffee/ cappuccino/ tea machine at your disposal. They also had some traditional hot American breakfast options (scrabbled eggs and bacon). I wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be our #1 choice if we return to Italy! Les mer

The Bettoja Massimo D Azeglio Hotel is loocated a block from the main train station and the metro. Hop on and Hop off busses are also a block away. The hotel provides a very good breakfast and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was very good, a rare thing in Rome. I recommend you spring for the superior room (very nice).
Our group had 6 rooms, all were good size, clean,modern, staff was friendly and helpful, location was convenient for touring old Rome, lobby was comfortable, price reasonable, internet was free(signal was down occasionally. Overall group was very satisfied with stay. Note- beds were firm but comfortable.

Staff were friendly, helpful and let us check in before the time. Breakfast selection were good but internet connection was not reliable. Great location to get to a number of important landmarks on foot, to catch the hop on hop off bus, and to use the train from Termini station.

Very convenient to train station and Forum (which was what we needed). Not so convenient to the rest of Rome. The hotel and room were great, but the breakfast was awful (the worst by far that we had in five hotels in Italy) and had a delay for people who weren't there at the crack of dawn. Very easy to find from train station. I thought the location was good because most tours and bus and metros stop at train station making it easy to go back and forth. The breakfast was OK. What you would expect for Italian breakfast. Rooms were nice and bathtub very large for European standards
