Rodeway Inn Bellingham - Bellingham

Wasn't looking for anything fancy, just a place to stay and this met the need.

The bed was comfortable. However, the room was very stark and cold lacking any decorations. That's fine if you're just using the room for a place to sleep. However, the walls are very thin which made it one of the noisiest rooms I've stayed in in a long time. It was a fine room, just not terribly cozy.

Nice stay, mainly drawn initially by the cheap rates but ended up liking the place quite a lot. It's really close from the mall and the downtown area. They also have a spa, which was nice way to relax after a strenuous day of shopping! I would recommend anyone coming down from Canada to check out this place.

This hotel needs some serious maintenance. The rooms were borderline clean. Hallways carpets were filthy, needed painting, and the rooms had a stale smell. Ceiling had water marks, and the sinks were stained from age. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly so that was a plus.

We will not stay in this hotel again

The water temperature was too cold for its hot tub...

The room we stayed in #309 had no soudproofing what so ever, which means it is very noisy at night and in the eatly morning hours. Breakfast is nothing to write home about , running out of items.

It was not what we thought. It is where working people stay while on the job. The area was a little iffy, did not feel very safe with three young ladies.

Although the hotel says it is pet friendly, beware: the charge is $10 per day per pet per night. On a multinight stay this can add up to a lot of money. The walls in the hotel are very thin and you can hear the TV or people talking at normal volumes through the walls.

Walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear everything. Would suggest something away from elevator and stairs.

Unfortunately, the hotel smelled like cigars and cigarettes especially in the "non- smoking rooms". Our room faced the casino next door. When we turned on the heater/ vent, all the smoke from the casino ended up in our room. If you don't smoke, avoid this hotel or you will have clothes smelling like cigars.

For the price you couldn't ask for more. The room had heating, appropriate light, clean towels and all the little other things you would find at a more expensive hotel. My only complaint would be that the walls don't seem to be properly soundproof because i could hear and even feel the sounds coming in from the other room.

This was the second time that I have stayed at the Rodeway Inn, and I must say that I was pleased in the same way as my first trip, which prompted me to stay here for my second time. I really find this hotel very reasonable in their cost of rooms, which compared to neighboring hotels is quite possibly the most economical, based on the quality of rooms […] and their service. The staff here are very helpful and they even have complimentary breakfast in the morning. I would definitely come again for a third time! Les mer

The hotel was nice but the bed was as hard as sleeping on the ground. My back is still sore almost a week later.

This hotel is in a convenient location, but the loud drunks from the casino next door and the traffic make it a never stay again.

Don't expect much from the Breakfast. i.e. cereal, milk, coffee, OJ or Apple Juice, Bread, bagels, muffins, bananas - not much choice and don't be late. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Doors to rooms will slam unless the occupants are careful and prevent them from slamming.

I stayed this hotel for business enjoyed park and ride service. Very convenient 10days free parking and two way ride between hotel and airport. Hotel staffs were very kind to arrange this service and I feel very satisfaction. Room was clean and nice. I will come agaion !!

This hotel located in heart of Bellingham. Everythings are within walking distance - shopping, dining and beach access. Room was clean and staffs were very friendly. Nice breakfast and spa, I enjoyed stay,

The staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. Found the bed to be hard, and the tv reception poor. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear the people talk or sneeze in the next room and tv noise a real problem. Having said that, it`s an ok stop over, close to the mall and freeway, but probably one night would be all I`d do again.

Great place, friendly staff. Have stayed there many times and always a great stay.

Clean room hot coffee. older hotel but kept up. rooms are clean if your booking based on the breakfast this si not the place but if your looking for a clean room and a great price this is the place. Staff was great

I stayed this hotel with my chileren. My two boys enjoyed nice - spa. This spa was fantastic. The hotel Lobby was clean and lookd new renovated. Hotel room also very clean and bes were comfortable to sleem well. Fresh and clean breakfast was very impressed.

Very satisfied with the quality and comfort here. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast area was a bit small.

The hotel was quiet and in a good location. Very close to on rap, close to mall, etc. The room had lots of space and the bed were comfortable. I liked that there was a refridgerator in our room. The only bad part was there were some blood stains on the sheets of one of the beds. It looked like they had been washed, but this didn't go over well with […] my mom who found it in her bed. The rest of the room was clean and the sheets were fixed. I would stay here again. Not a vacation hotel, but works for a place to stay that offers everything else. Les mer

Good location but a little noisy. Room was adequate for a short stay.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for two days. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. First of all, this hotel is great location - everythings are within walking distance ; mall, golf, gas and all kinds of dinings. Hotel's staff was very kind and best to serve and made us happy. Morning breakfast was very clean and nice - no need to go out to eat […] in the morning. Spa -pool was wonderful. I like this hotel. Les mer

cannot sleep because next rooms were making so much noise until 4am, complaint with front desk and cannot do anything

This hotel has amazing employees. Very friendly. Excellent breakfast choices. Easy to find. Family friendly. Super clean. All around great place to stay.

the bed was very hard it was like sleeping on plywood. the walls where thin could hear next door just like there were in the same room . on the good side the rates was ok. but next time i will pay more for a better bed.

breakfast was minimal and unhealthy, there were no pens, pencils or paper to write notes on. Rugs were dirty . The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and quiet and it was nice to look out the window and see trees, but the bed was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on the floor.

Stayed there for 1 night. Friendly staff good location right by Bellis Fair mall and a Rite Aid. Room was clean, staff friendly. Pillows were bad I brought my own. Bed is hard as a rock don't expect a great nights sleep but for the price I paid for the room well above what I expected.

Just stayed overnight. Good Location.

No issues with the room itself or location, but the room had such an echo quality to it and the walls were so thin, I could literally hear the people's conversation in the next room! Not to mention the TV's and the showers the next morning!! Nice staff, tho.

I stay this hotel one night with park & ride package . It was great. They take to me air-port two way and I left my car in safe. Hotel people was very kind and friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. There are wonderful spa to enjoy enough family. Hotel was full when I stay but very quiet and nice service to everybody. Room smelt like urine in the carpets. Hole in bathroom door. Breakfast was not appealing at all. Orange juice was not orange juice -- is was a sugar flavoured mix. Yuck.

it was an ok stay except oneof the main reasons we wanted to stay there was it was supposed to have the spa/jacuzzie pool as we are handicapped and we knew the hot tub would feel good after the hard day we had to do. I feel I should have been told that it was not availabe to anyone becauce of maintenance

Decent room. Always book the top floor for quiet if you can. Breakfast was so, so. Considering it was College graduation weekend it was very nice and peaceful. Nothing bad to say.
