Vi skulle besøke Hearst Castle dagen etter og lå bare en natt ved dette hotellet. Helt greit hotell, men vi hadde nok valgt et hotell nærmere Hearst Casle hvis vi hadde visst det tok 30 min å kjøre dit, for vi skulle videre etterpå til Los Angeles.

"Stay somewhere else"
I was very unhappy with my stay here. The bedspread was stained, burned and just plain disgusting. Additionally, the mattress and floor by the bed was stained from where a previous occupant had probably puked there. And there was no wall under the sink covering the pipes so I opened it to see the concrete, spiderwebs and dead spiders that live inside […] the walls. I was hesitant to touch anything in my room during my first night so I cancelled the rest of my stay there. The front desk staff could have cared less. I decided to spend an extra few bucks to stay at another hotel which turned out to be an infinitely better choice. Les mer
"Clean and Simple"
Very clean, serviceable hotel that works fine if you're just sleeping there and not intending to spend your days relaxing at the hotel. We brought our dog and they have a nice dog run area that is very convenient. It's nothing fancy, but it is very clean and reasonably comfortable.

It's a Two Star Hotel, you get what you pay for. It was a little pricey for what you got, but still cheaper than the other dog friendly hotels in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfortableness of the room. It had a vintage character to it, with high ceilings and old-fashioned doors. There was a microwave and mini-fridge. "a clean, basic accommodation"
We were in Paso Robles for a weekend getaway and stayed here one night. It's an older motel. The room was clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but if you're looking for a clean place to crash, the Travelodge will do. We happened to be there the same week at the Zinfandel fest was going on, so many motels were already booked.
"chilly"
The room smelled of bleach, but was clean and I had enough blankets for the night. It was a cold Winter night and the heat worked well in the evening. But I had no heat at all in the frosty morning. Not sure if that was an economy measure or a blown breaker.

"paso roblos was a good choice"
This is a older hotel but is was well kept all lawns maintained pool was clean rooms freshly painted. I was not looking forward to staying here because of the reviews but I stayed because it was one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area, and had a reasonable price. This was a business trip we just want basic clean and friendly service, and we got […] that. I was pleasantly surprised.nothing fancy but comfortable. They even had a dog area. "Great if travelling with pets."
Was in Paso Robles for a dog show & needed to stay in a pet friendly hotel. Hotel provided a ground floor room very close to pet area which fit my needs very well. Hotel is older but well maintained and front desk staff was friendly and accomodating.

The Travel Lodge in Paso Robles is an older hotel but the owner is very accomodating. Bathrooms are small but has good hot water!! Nice pool for the summer. Good value for the area!!

"A Pie Shaped Room???"
As a designer I can understand wanting to use every availble space to make more money. However, A pie shaped room with the door at the narrow point of the room, placed the TV on an angle so I had to turn the tv or watch it in the mirror. The bathroom was too small, and there was very little toilet paper left on the roll, with no extra in the room. "Old but clean"
Built back in the 50s, motel style with parking in front of your room. They have a small pool in the back, but the best part of the motel is a large grass and tree area in the middle of the motel. It's a good place for gatherings. While we were there a Corvette club was staying at the motel and holding their meetings and barbecue on site in this area. Accomodations were ok. Clean and neat. Grounds were well kept. Frig & Microwave were in the closet so not alot of room for clothes. Ok for short stay.

"the Place is a Dump!"
The motel shows long and glaring deferred maintenance throughout. Light did not function in the room. The bottom sheet on the bed stopped 2 feet from the bottom of the mattress. There was no mattress pad. The Continental Breakfast (not shown on your web page) consisted of a small, packaged danish, weak coffee, and a gallon of milk sitting on the check-in […] counter! "Just Fine for the price"
The hotel was actually in better condition than I expected. It was an older hotel, but it was in very good condition considering the age. The room looked freshly painted and well cared for. I was looking for a cheaper hotel in the area, and it suited me just fine. I only have three real complaints about the hotel. 1) The shower head was whistling very […] loudly. But that is very likely a single room issue. 2) The free breakfast was very lacking and there was no milk for the cereal. When we asked for milk from the front desk, the woman looked annoyed that we asked. 3) The WiFi was very spotty. I was in a room very close to the front desk, but the signal strength was very low. Hotel is in a bad location, far from down town. Very much in need of renovation, in our room the bathroom door hinges were loose ( door almost fell off ), shower door is to small, a large person would have trouble getting in the shower. For our travel journey thru California it was allright. Even the price was much to high in the differenz off the other Hotels that we had during our journey. But perhaps it was a day at the weekend maybee?

The Hotel was close to the Fair Grounds where we were going. The beds could use up dating and not enough plugs. Light bulb was missing from the desk lamp. The up stair people were walking hard, the walls are very thin.

Room was clean, I appreciated that. Front desk very pleasant. Refrigerator and microwave in the closet with no light was cumberson. Also it took up all the room in the closet so there was no place to hang your clothes. I would figure out another area for the refrigerator in the room. Next to the dresser or anywhere except the closet.

The hotel is very old and completely run down, although the mainitaince is good , the Rest romm is extreemly small . the complimentry breakfast has noting to tell about just cereala nd milk, and juice.

My room was clean and in good repair, but it looks like it hasn't been renovated in at least 30 years. Surprising for a national chain. Nor does it have the charm and more personal service typical of an independent motel. So it was OK, but I'll try something else next time.

The hotel decor was very dated (1960's) and was minimally maintained. We would not stay there again.

This hotel should be removed from your listings. It is very run down and needs repair. The beds were terrible. It is very over priced . If the price was half of what I paid, I still would not stay there. The shower leaked and the bathroom sink had very little water coming out of it. Paint and mold need to be cleaned up. we yhougt for the money we paid it was not very good the room was small and the person on the front desk on arrival was not very nice and the breakfast was not good the orange machine was not working when ask for some orange jiuce in a cup they said they did not have any i would not go there again adrian.

Despite my request and reassurances by the motel manager, during my 3-day stay they decided to ignore fixing the dripping toilet nor vacuum the old carpet full of dust and dirt. The best thing about this motel: convenient location and free TV. But not for that price. Never again.
