Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

"Centrally located and very inexpensive. Great!"
I have previously used similar hotels in this price range and have been sorely dissapointed. I chose this one as a last minute basic hotel and was pleasantly surprised. If you need clean basic safe overnight lodging I'd use this hotel every time. I've had to pay twice or three times as much for similar hotels in DFW and was very pleased! I'll use this […] hotel from now on anytime I'm in the area. It's clean, quiet, has all the basic amenities and the staff was great. No surprises or dissapointmens here. the place is next to the highway which is not good.also its hard to get in the street if you drive. all the night is like being in a very noisy place and it's hard to sleep. internet access is available but takes like 20mins to get into every website!!!

Hotel was clean, conveniently close to Arboretum where I did an art show and reasonably priced.

Drug deals and sex deal all night. A VERY scary place. Arranged for a late check out be manager beat on my door and demanded 20.00 more dollars. Horrible, horrible, horrible place!

"Better than expected"
From the reviews I was worried but then pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and in good condition however definitely smelled terrrible of a smoking room. We burned candles and it cleared out quickly. There was no mocro or fridge but the room was large and comfortable.

My card woud deactivate. I had to go to the office every night to get it reactivated. The wireless internet did not work. Aside from those to issues, the hotel is conveniently located and the price is awesome!

This hotel was So unsanitary. Cigarette Burns all in the sheets and cover. Drawings all on the walls. The room had a stinch. I would never advice anyone to go here! Smh it's a mystery as to how they are still in business!

"It did the job quite well"
I stayed here because I needed to take a class for a couple of days in Dallas. The room was fine, it was very clean, the hairdryer was new, and the water was hot and high pressure. The heater was prompt at heating up the room without any odd sounds or smells coming from it. It wasn't fancy but it was very clean and very comfy and an excellent value […] for the money. As this is also a "weekly rate" hotel, it does seem to attract some transients. There were people standing around in the middle of the parking lot with tall-boy beer cans refusing to move so that I could safely drive out of the lot. There was a LOT of traffic at the time we arrived (3am) which was unusual. Sometimes, when you drive by, people are standing in the doorways mean-mugging you "just because." Additionally, the walls were kind of thin and sound travels through the air vents, so you could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Thankfully, I didn't hear anything too personal, but just be advised. I left too early every morning to have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's PLENTY of food in the area though, so no worries. The Wi-Fi service is super-slow and leaves a lot to be desired. At this point in the game, there seems to be no excuse for poor technology access in hotels -- internet services are cheap and wi-fi routers project a strong, long-distance signal. A helpful hint is if you want to enter the hotel, the two entrances are on different streets. There is a rear entrance on Shiloh St. and a main entrance through the main entrance of the Toyota dealership next door on Northwest Highway. If you come off of 635 and have to turn around, you will need to use the rear entrance on Shiloh. I intend on staying here again because I am on a super-strict budget and it fell well within the means of my budget for the week. Les mer

The sink had cigarette butts stuck in the drain. The mattress needs replacing and so do the linens.

Did not enjoy my stay the room. The TV picture tube was going out in the tv screen could not watch anything cause the screen was sooo black. There was no iron, coffee pot in the room did not work. The breakfast should have been described as a continental breakfast nothing worth having. I ended up going to Golden Corral for breakfast. When told the man […] at the front desk about the condition of the room he acted unconcerned. When I went to ck out there were other people waiting in the lobby also to ck out. The front desk person he walked around for about 15mins seeing people at the front and ignoring us the man that was there b4 me sd he had already been standing there 15mins trying to check out and nobody had not acknowledged him standing there after another lady went got the man tld him the reason for us standing there. I told him I wanted info about the manager and that I wanted to complain about service. He went got a lady that was rude and started trying to tell me she does not even work there. I told her that the man at front desk got her not me. Still didnt get info needed and even the other people at the front desk complimented on the lady's rudeness. Les mer

It's cheap, so you get what you pay for. I looked for the cheapest in the area, it was 15 min from where I had to be, so it was ok. But when I saw 2 cockroaches and 2 small ones in the bathroom (that I killed), I wasn't happy at all. I killed them and closed the door, but the disgusting feeling stays with you, if u know what I mean. Parking was not […] designated, so you catch whatever you can around in the hotel area. "Executive Inn - a busy place at night"
While I was happy that the A/C was cold and that the bed was decent, I couldn't but help feel uneasy as I would get out of my car at night and see young men hanging outside hotel room doors watching for people to come. I also saw a young woman going around the area at night. Hmmm. The power to the shower was weak but did get the job done. "Cheap, but not so good."
The only positive thing I can mention is the price. the staff were also ok. the breakfast was too basic. I couldn't connect to internet. the bed and towels were not so clean.

I would have liked to have the ammenities that other hotels offer. Fridge and microwave in the room. More coffee and condiments. Unfortunately there was a roach in the breakfast area. So that really did put a bad taste in my mouth. I was glad that I did not eat breakfast.

"stay at your own risk"
We arrived at the hotel on a Saturday evening, and after depositing some of our belongings in the room, left for dinner. We returned to the hotel to discover that our belongings were missing from the room (no forced entry). The front desk person was not helpful or even apologetic - I had to insist that she call the police. The police recommended that […] we not remain there or other hotels along I-635, as there had been a number of burglaries and forced entries in the past several months. This "hotel" was more of an extended stay residence, with weekly rates advertised on a huge banner on the front of the building, and clothing draped all along the second-floor railing as if it were a clothesline. Cheap hotel. OK for one night or so. Free WiFi was advertised but was so slow that it was in fact no usable at all. After telling the reception and "resetting the router" nothing changed.

Overall a nice place to stay. My stay was three nights and the only complaint I had was the quality of the continental breakfast. The breakfast was fine, although there was not a wide variety of food. A few danishes, toast and cold gravy for cold biscuits. I was told to heat the gravy and biscuits in the mircrowave. Since the gravy was in a crock pot, […] I expected it to be warmed already. The weekend breakfast left a lot to be desired. The food was the same, but they did not serve a sufficeint quantity for all the guests and ran out on both Saturday and Sunday by 8 a.m. When I asked for more juice or milk, I was told they didn't have anymore and that I should have come earlier. Kinda disappointing. Overall, however, the hotel was an excellent value for the rate and I will plan to stay there again on my next visit to the Dallas area. Les mer

The description includes 'free wi fi Internet access.'. However, this is only available in the lobby of the hotel. There is no wi fi signal provided to the rooms. Also, there is only parking in the back, despite the fact that there are numerous in labeled parking spots in the front of the hotel. These spots were deemed as 'reserved for hotel staff.'. "Excutive Inn - Dallas"
We stayed two nights and when they came and cleaned the room after the first night, they took 4 clean towels and left 3. Now we had 4 registered in the hotel. When we got back that evening we called the front desk for an additional towel and they said we don't have any, housekeeping has left for the day. Come back tomorrow for one. Then we left for […] dinner and when we got back the light in the bathroom was burnt out and so we called the front desk and they said "can you wait 30 min" and then 45 min later we called back and they said just a bit. Then when we called back an hour later they said that we would have to wait till after 9 am for maintenance to get there. The bathroom was pitch black and they would not fix it. The hotel does not take care of their guests issues. Everytime we called down and asked a question it was always "you need to wait and talk to ?????" When I complained when we checked out, all they said is they would call hotels.com. They did not offer any solution. Les mer
"Executive Inn - low quality/ poor service"
Our hotel stay was disappointing for several reasons. The carpet appeared to be old and was faded and ragged in areas. The channel lineup was totally off when we watched tv. Different stations then the ones in the guide. The breakfast was very meager. Some toast and biscuits was all that I saw. A couple of front desk agents were very short and impolite […] when we asked for something. To top it off, on our last night there was a small fire and everyone was evacuated. When we asked for a refund for the last night, we were not given anything. Not even a partial refund for the inconvenience or an apology. I definitley would not recommend this property. Les mer
"Good breakfast & bed, but look before you move in."
Bolt missing on toilet seat. I nearly fell on floor. Informed desk & didn't get repaired. Heavy mirrored closet door off hinge & not openable. Baddly stained arm chair seat. Wifi ok then slowed at times and stopped operating several times. I shut it down. Tissues & toiletries not replenished every day.
