hotel staff was quick to help and great w suggestions on dining, entertainment, directions, etc. They were helpful and went out of thier way to make certain that we had a good time. Two complaints are that the hotel could use a little maintainence, but it is an older hotel. I understand that and it was a bit nostalgic. My other is the cost of parking, […] but that was ridiculous everywhere in the inner harbor. the staff was great though and made the value even better. Les mer

The hotel is an older hotel, but it added a little spice to it...I like the old style and grace of it. My hubby and I just wanted a great spot to get away and chill for the week end. This location was perfect for us to do just that...

Nice size room without amennities. had to request for refrigidare & microwave. we got the refrigidare, but no microwave, plus we stayed on 17th floor, which was upgraded. we were there from Dec.1-4. room should have included both amenities, without having to request for them. we were satisfied with everything else.

I honestly would have liked a larger size room. I felt a little confined if you will. My original room was not as clean as it should have or could have been so I am thankful my companion arrived first to have it switched.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. Great access to convention center. Older hotel but well kept; lobby is very nice. I recommend this hotel.

Room was big and beds very comfortable. Good workout facility. Staff was very helpful. Only bad point as some mold on the grout in shower.

I left 2 board games in my room when I checked out. I have left 2 messages and still no one returns my calls. It's been 4 days now and this is getting to be a pain in the you know what. We always enjoy staying at the Radisson. The hotel is clean and the beds are great. The hotel is showing a little wear. The neighborhood is not the greatest, especially after dark. But overall a good place to stay for the money.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was close to the convention center and rate was pretty good. For an older looking building the rooms were clean and the service was very good.

When I checked in, I explained that it was my 50th birthday weekend and Stan at the front desk upgraded our room to the 17th floor. It was wonderful feeling pampered the whole weekend. Valet parking was already included in the price we paid for the room and the gentlemen were great with taking the car and bringing it back when we needed it. The hotel […] is only a couple blocks (a very short walk) from the inner harbor and a 10 minute walk to M&T Stadium (we had tickets to see the Ravens play on Sunday). I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Baltimore. Les mer

When making the reservation, I was excited because I've always heard good things about Radisson's. Sadly, this one did not live up to the reputation at all. Upon arrival, the front desk associate was very distracted and unwilling to show me any additional courtesies, other than to hand me a room-key. Arriving with no cash, and to a closed restaurant, […] I was informed that the closest place to get a drink was a vending machine or 3 blocks north at a market. The next morning, I exit the elevator and low-and-behold - an ATM sits right across the room from the counter. Had I known, I would have used it. The hotel itself has a very awkward and uncomfortable odor to it. Every room I entered smelled moldy and stale. I even brewed coffee, of which I do not drink, in my room the first night, just to see if it would over-power the other smell. No such luck. Overall, I won't book here again. Les mer

Valet parking is expensive. Parking in general is across the street, but getting there is confusing. Hotel will have to give you a parking pass each day. The hotel staff is very polite. The rooms are very nice. The beds are very comfortable. We loved our stay

The elevators when they work are very slow and need to be upgraded. Also the sleep comfort bed was not very comfortable. Great location for catching the local night life and sporting events.

We were 10 minutes by car from everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast service was very slow, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was next door to the hotel where my conference was held. It is a well restored, refurbished historic hotel that gave my stay a feeling of class with character and ambience. The accommodations were comfortable and pleasant.

Overall, I liked the customer service provided by the employees. They were wonderful! However, the rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. The bathroom looked and felt so old that I didn't want to touch anything especially in the shower. If I'm paying comparable rates to other hotels in the area, for now on, I'm going to stay somewhere that is updated […] like the Sheraton or Hyatt. The valet parking was very inconvenient and congested on the side of the hotel. I drove around twice looking for self-parking and finally said forget it and just paid for the valet. Les mer

The room was clean. Service was good. Location was not a selling point for me. However, I had an overall good experience.

I chose this hotel based on some of the other reviews. After staying there I will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone. The location to the downtown area and Inner Harbor was the only good thing about the hotel. The customer service was extremely poor and the quality of the rooms was not worth the money spent. Charges for 30 dollars to authorize a credit card for room expenses. Was charged 75 cents for a long distance call from the room phone to the front desk. 30 dollars for vallet parking and 15 to park in scary garage that's across the street. but you have to drive 6 block because of one way streets. Too many headaches.

The Hotel was very clean; was well maintained; had a wonderful nostalgic feel; and was conveniently located to the inner harbor. Would definetly stay again and recommend.

The service within the hotel, the staff specificallly was so corual and friendly, It made the me so comfortable with my choice for hotel accomidations. I would definitly stay there again.

Wanted a comfortable hotel, moderately priced and conveniently located - LB fit the bill. STAFF were EXCELLENT

First of all, I didn't get a sleep-number bed. I thought I was going to get one but I didn't. So I was disappointed. Second, the bed was placed next to the only window which was on a light well, which meant it was quiet, but there was no dark curtain to make the room really dark for sleeping. But the bed was attractively made up. The room was large […] with a comfortable chair to curl up in to read. There was no safe in the room, so I called the Front Desk and they arranged a safe deposit box for me, behind the scenes. This is an older hotel, so behind the scenes was tacky. The hotel staff, bellmen, and valet were all very cordial and helpful, and made up for any of the shortcomings of the property. The hotel is easy to get to, though I was never told, even when I called to find out where it was, that the entrance to the hotel is not on West Baltimore St but on an adjacent side street, which is one-way and therefore I had to drive around the block to get to it. This was my second visit to this hotel. Love the access to the surround area. Everything is in walking distance. Easy parking and nice service. Will stay here for my next trip to Baltimore

We stayed for a weekend event in nearby Druid Hill Park. The hotel staff was very courteous. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although the bathroom could use some updating. No hot water in the early AM!!! Had to let the faucet run for almost 20 minutes to get lukewarm water. The wait staff/ kitchen in the lower level restaurant are very slow. […] We by-passed the buffet for the menu (yogurt parfait and eggs) and our breakfast took almost 1/2 hour to arrive. The harbor is only a few blocks away - not too bad but the surrounding neighborhood can be a little sketchy at times. No free parking but valet is outside at all times. Good for the price. Les mer

Although the staff was wonderful, the hotel is in sad shape. The bathroom was old and had mold stains on the grout, the toilet ran....The old fire alarm had not been removed but was broken and missing its cover, the air-conditioning ran continuously and we froze during the night. When we made the staff aware of the toilet and the air, they were fantastic […] and fixed everything immediately. The location of the hotel was really on the border of the business district and a more rundown neighborhood. I didn't like walking from the Inner Harbor to the hotel at night. Les mer

Clean hotel with a friendly staff. No ice machine on my floor, empty pizza boxes in the hallway. Not a GREAt neighborhood, but I have been in worse

PROS: Free breakfast for upper floors with fresh fruit, OJ, yogurt and cereal; large, clean room; comfortable bed; nice staff; very convenient location - especially for the price. Stayed a week - would do so again. CONS: Old hotel needs updates. A palace when opened in 1928. Today - Replace torn chairs in lobby; Update Technology - free wireless internet […] is very slow to the point of being useless, computers on 17th floor and business center not working when I needed to print boarding pass (no one knew the password but the front desk clerk used the hotel computer to print them). Haven't seen a 24" tube TV in years. Location is very convenient, but is on the edge of hotel/business district. Suggest care when walking west and north. Les mer

The hotel is old and has its charms. However, in my room the air conditioning did not work well. The bed was comfortable, but I think the price was too high for the hotel.

The radisson was a lovely little hotel located in the inner harbor, it was very nicely located w/in walking distance of pretty much everything I traveled to Baltimore for. The staff was friendly and very helpful w/giving directions and suggestions of local sights and eateries to check out. My only real complaints were that if you drove more than 2 […] blocks down Baltimore St. you were surrounded on all sides by strip clubs, peep shows, and groups of sketchy-looking people so we really had to be careful about our surroundings. Parking was a nightmare. We spent almost $100 in parking. My only real complaint about the hotel itself was that our room was rather small and the bed was definitely not a king size bed (I'm 5'6 and my feet hung off the end!) Overall though, it was money well spent and the overall quality of the hotel was decent. I may stay there again, depending on the nightly rates. We'll see. Les mer

The hotel was just as expected. The rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean and spacious. We were treated very nicely by the staff, even got upgraded to the Plaza Level with free cocktail hour and breakfast everyday! We were treated like VIP's. The staff definitely makes the hotel a great place to stay. The neighborhood is a little sketchy […] on one side, but the other side is fine, so as long as you take the route on Charles Street to get to the Inner Harbor, you will be fine. Les mer

Overall, the hotel was fine. It was clean. Staff was friendly etc. Our room housekeeper should be fired. Our bathroom vanity was never wiped out, floor never mopped, rollaway bed never made, toilet paper never replaced! But the rest of the hotel was very clean and well-kept. If I had more energy (always coming back to the room late at night etc.) I […] would have called housekeeping for a re-clean of the room. Location was perfect. Hotel was old but very charming. I would definitely stay there again with a different room housekeeper. Les mer

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in with the most horrible service. Got the wrong room given to me the bed sheets had make up on them there was no toliet paper when I got there. The room could just use a good upgrading.

This hotel was a great location for the Grand Prix(3 blocks from 2 different gates.) Every thing was perfect from the room to the service. they offered great resturants to hit and helped with every question we had.
