Historisk sus og følelse. Det som mangler på standard (kunne vært opp-pusset en del av rommene) finner du i hotellet forøvrig. Fantastisk flott restaurant og nydelige omgivelser forøvrig.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and especially the availability of the shuttle and the conveniences of the area.

Pretty good, but I expected better. I stay at embassy a lot and I like them better, both are very good.
"Nice hotel, tub was dirty on check in"
The tub had a black residue all over it on check in. The front desk was notified and agreed to have housekeeping come clean it. An hour later a maintenance man knocked on the door to change a light bulb- he had the wrong room. I reminded him of the need for housekeeping at 1700 on a Saturday and 15 minutes later a lady arrived and cleaned the tub. "comfortable"
The only complaint I had was that they were having some problems with the power during my stay, the power went off several times, which caused the elevators not to work and that was very frustrating. but the rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall a VERY good price for the quality of the room and hotel

"Experience At The Omni Hotel"
My Wife and I took our 4yr old Daughter, Madisen to San Antonio for the weekend. We stayed at the Omni Hotel, on Collonade. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. With the exception that our room was not cleaned by houskeeping on Saturday, the Hotel was great. Loved loved this hotel.. Especial the big screen they put out at the swimming pool..my 10 yr old can't wait till we go stay at the Omni again.. I recommend this hotel

"Just okay."
I thought I was going to have a better experience because it's the Omni and all but I was disappointed. First, we didn't have a remote to the TV in our room, had to call to get one. Second, after being gone all day we return to our room door open. Seems that the cleaning lady didn't make sure to close it all the way. Then our last night there the AC […] was not working that great. I had it on 74 and it still felt very hot. The pool was nice, they were playing a movie for the kids. The lobby and staff were nice. Since it was the Omni I was expecting a different clientele. There were some really trashy people that stayed there. The room was kind of old, not what I expected. It was clean and all but for the price I had higher expectations overall. CONS - The outdoor bartender was inept, super slow and the bed was really really firm. We loved the Omni in San Antonio. It was beautiful, well maintained and so comfortable. We'll stay there again on our next visit!

Very nice hotel. The only thing was that because we booked the day of we weren't guaranteed a non smoking room so we actually stayed in a smoking room. It wasn't bad and it was a whole lot better than the hotel we had just come from. Very nice hote and stay.

"Omni hotel Collonade San Antonio,TX"
Conveniently located near Sea World, Six flags and the zoo. The traffic in the area was easy to traverse. The hotel hiwever felt more business focused. The staff was not knowledgeable about local attractions. The rooms were nice but the house keeping was unreliable often forgetting necessary items or arriving at odd hours (6:30pm). The staff was friendly […] and beyond a lack of knowledge of the surrounding area they were helpfull. My daughter and I stayed two nights at the Omni for a mini vacation we had a wonderful time.The movie at the poolside was great and even though my child is 15 she liked being able to swim and watch a movie. The buffet breakfast was very good. Only minor problem was the elevators took forever

In short. Saying at the Omni was a great experience again. It was better than stay on the the Riverwalk
"Omni at the Colonnade"
We have stayed at this hotel two times previous to this visit, and we really like it. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub, and the pool of course is my kids' favorite part of any hotel. They also offer turndown service every night, and the first night they leave milk (in the ice bucket with ice) and cookies for […] you at turndown time. The only complaint I have is the proximity to guests with screaming babies. We never noticed before this time that the walls are super-thin. The first night my kids were awakened about 12:30 by a screaming baby (whose family checked out the next day), and the following two nights we had a crying baby on the other side keep us up until about 11:30. But the hotel is very nice, and any communication with the staff was extremely pleasant and respectful. This is a great hotel! We will stay there again! Les mer

ELEVATORS NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH NEWER AND QUICKER INTELLIGENT ELEVATORS. OTHER THAN THAT THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT

We stayed one week at the Omni Hotel and it was AWESOME. I had shopped around alot and I made the right choice. Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very nice, and it was conveniently located. Though the hotel was clean and service was nice, I felt nickel and dimed staying here. I needed to print something out and it cost me $7 for internet for 15 min and $1.50 to print one sheet of paper! Bottle of water which I almost mistaken for complimentary was $6. Ii mean for the price I paid, these things should be complimentary! Oh well, I will not […] be staying here next time. Les mer
"Ready to resolve any issues"
I had only a couple of small issues that the hotel resolved immediately. They explained why they occurred and then reversed the issues. We have stayed here previously about 5 years ago and the Omni is still as nice as it was then. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if a hotel is needed on our next visit.

"Perfect Anniversary"
We stayed here recently for our 2nd Anniversary. Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The bed was a dream! Upon learning it was our anniversary, Becky at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne - perfection! We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The only noise we heard was late Saturday night when there were kids in the pool. We appreciated the available exercise room and restaurant. We would stay there again.

This Hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Only Complaint is the beds are a bit firm for me. Booking thru Hotels.com got me discounts that made a difference. We stayed two days in a regular king room and then decided to stay another night, booked the third night thru Hotels.com, also and got an even cheaper rate but […] also a bigger room with a T.V. room. It has an indoor and outdoor pool area with both open till 1 am. At the outdoor pool area they have a bar that is open until midnight with an outdoor grill for late night snacking. You don't see that very often. Oh, the other complaints I have is they don't have complimentary breakfast. You have to pay on top of what you already paid to even get a bagel. We did not eat in the restaurant. Plus, internet was 9.95 per devise if you were not a preferred member, but it is free to sign up. I don't have one but this hotel is very kid friendly and out by the pool Saturday they played games with the kids and they have movies on a big screen by the pool I believe every night. They also have an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Smoking is aloud by the outside pool area so if that bothers you, you may want to swim inside. Les mer

Very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice, the pool was clean and they played movies one night for the kids....there were milk and cookies the first night we were there waiting on us.....ordered room service and the food was great also

We booked a non-smoking room guaranteed late arrival. When we arrived, the hotel only had "smoking optional" rooms available. It was late and we were too tired to chase around San Antonio looking for another hotel. Very disappointed that our "paid for" room was not held for us!!

"Omni Hotel - San Antonio: close enough to it all"
Booked the room with ease during 4th of July wknd. Military be sure to have/show ID for discounts. The desk staff/concierge were not too preoccupied when we checked in. Can't help but mention that the main lobby area smelled really great. They were showing a movie at the outdoor pool for the kiddos and serving up free popcorn also. The staff kept clean […] towels coming and took really good care of everyone there. The wife and I jacuzzied it. Very close to Sea World (which is why we were in town) and the Riverwalk. Right off of the highway but no highway noise. The phone-in check out didn't quite work properly but that's minor. No free internet. Didn't know if the cookies in the room were free so we just didn't indulge. Opted out of the keys to the "in room refreshment center" - good choice because once opened the kid could easily go to town on the items there. Debit card with major logo accepted also. Les mer

We stayed for 3 days over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are really nice. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here next time we visit San Antonio.

I didn't give the hotel 5 stars because its an older hotel therefore it had old drapes, old furniture, and a very old odor in the room. I made the best of my stay and purchased a plug in. Very pleased with the service and all aspects of this hotel. To our suprise, the hotel room was furnished with a crib for my 8th month baby girl. That really made our weekend stay more enjoyable , we did not have to worry about her falling of the bed, and my wife and I sleept great.

"Awesome Hotel"
I arrived in San Antonio, TX about 6:00 am on the day of check in. I knew that check in was at 3:00 pm that day. After driving for over 18 hours, I was so beat and all I wanted to do was take a shower and sleep. When I asked if I could check in now, I was told that I would need to have wait until 10:00 am. The manager over heard my conversation and […] took over and before you knew it I was relaxing in a nice room, so very clean. The service was GREAT the room so very spotless.
