The building and especially the lobby are beautiful and the extras are many. Breakfast, afternoon meal and popcorn are all included. But in my book this does not qualify to hit the top marks. The hotel is huge and it is a un-personal machine. There are huge lines for every meal, and the meals are served on plastic plates. My room did not feel perfectly clean and the bed linen were old and should have been replaced. The location is great.

Historisk sus og følelse. Det som mangler på standard (kunne vært opp-pusset en del av rommene) finner du i hotellet forøvrig. Fantastisk flott restaurant og nydelige omgivelser forøvrig.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel many times over the last ten years and believe me, it's always been a pleasure for my family and I. The friendly people, the restaurant , the overall appearance is 5 Star material. We'll be back for sure.

Clean, very comfortable bed, good service, onsite restaurant and close to a main highway.
The lobby is the only nice place to see...the rooms were small, no couch, no kitchen, no refrigerator, if you want to count a college fridge I guess...the double beds were doubles, not queens...the people who worked the lobby on check-out were rude, and not nice. Wouldn't let me use the rolling clothes rack, because it was the last one, wouldn't let […] me take it to my room to load my own clothes...horrible Christmas stay, oh and by the way no vent in our restroom Les mer

The hotel was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Room was immaculate and very cozy. The only problem was the parking. The hotel's banquet rooms were both booked both nights and parking after 4 or 5 pm was a nightmare. We had to park across the street. After 9 or so it cleared up and we could move the car in closer. Definitely sucked to have to walk but […] it wasnt very far and definitely wasn't something that made it unenjoyable. Definitely worth the little extra money we spent over getting a normal hotel. hotel was nice, gym was great, elevators fast, room showed its age, but it was clean, room service fast, very polite, mattresses not good... i was hoping to have the same bed as i had at the LA Omni for the Rose Bowl last year, they were not the same...

"Great until they loaded my luggage in the wrong ca"
Everything went great until they loaded my luggage in the wrong car, specifically my tablet pc. I called as soon as I discovered it missing and the hotel has done very little to assist, including not returning my calls. This cost me over 1,000$ plus the loss of my personal information. Yes, I should have been paying more attention, but not returning […] my calls? I called when I got home, I called every hour on the hour the next day and got very little response. "Perfect for family"
Nice and clean rooms, great food, clean location, no fee for parking and best of all even in winter the kids can play in the pool while you soak in the the jacuzzi after a work out in the indoor gym...all free!!

"SA must see"
The Omni was beautiful. An amazing atrium greets guests upon arrival. Clean room was great. Didn't restock the bar in the room, but if that's all I'll come back for sure. Had an amazing time, this is a must see hotel in SA for sure.

"Nice hotel, tub was dirty on check in"
The tub had a black residue all over it on check in. The front desk was notified and agreed to have housekeeping come clean it. An hour later a maintenance man knocked on the door to change a light bulb- he had the wrong room. I reminded him of the need for housekeeping at 1700 on a Saturday and 15 minutes later a lady arrived and cleaned the tub. "comfortable"
The only complaint I had was that they were having some problems with the power during my stay, the power went off several times, which caused the elevators not to work and that was very frustrating. but the rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall a VERY good price for the quality of the room and hotel

My Wife and I took our 4yr old Daughter, Madisen to San Antonio for the weekend. We stayed at the Omni Hotel, on Collonade. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. With the exception that our room was not cleaned by houskeeping on Saturday, the Hotel was great. I thought I was going to have a better experience because it's the Omni and all but I was disappointed. First, we didn't have a remote to the TV in our room, had to call to get one. Second, after being gone all day we return to our room door open. Seems that the cleaning lady didn't make sure to close it all the way. Then our last night there the AC […] was not working that great. I had it on 74 and it still felt very hot. The pool was nice, they were playing a movie for the kids. The lobby and staff were nice. Since it was the Omni I was expecting a different clientele. There were some really trashy people that stayed there. The room was kind of old, not what I expected. It was clean and all but for the price I had higher expectations overall. CONS - The outdoor bartender was inept, super slow and the bed was really really firm. Very nice hotel. The only thing was that because we booked the day of we weren't guaranteed a non smoking room so we actually stayed in a smoking room. It wasn't bad and it was a whole lot better than the hotel we had just come from. Very nice hote and stay.

Conveniently located near Sea World, Six flags and the zoo. The traffic in the area was easy to traverse. The hotel hiwever felt more business focused. The staff was not knowledgeable about local attractions. The rooms were nice but the house keeping was unreliable often forgetting necessary items or arriving at odd hours (6:30pm). The staff was friendly […] and beyond a lack of knowledge of the surrounding area they were helpfull. Overall it was pleasent enough but the hotel felt like it should have been nicer than it turned out to be. Les mer
My daughter and I stayed two nights at the Omni for a mini vacation we had a wonderful time.The movie at the poolside was great and even though my child is 15 she liked being able to swim and watch a movie. The buffet breakfast was very good. Only minor problem was the elevators took forever
