Quality Inn Santa Fe - Santa Fe

We've paid more for a less comfortable room. We would stay there again.

only one night, so put up with it, breakfast was not available.....we expected that, but won't stay at Quality Inns again.

From the frayed and dirty carpet on the reception area stairway runners, to the ripped screens in the balcony off our room, the Quality Inn Santa Fe is a hotel in need of a major face-lift. Basic services, including front desk responsiveness to requests, lobby computer access, WiFi in room, cable tv etc. are all satisfactory. However, this place offers […] no frills. There are no in-room safes or writing materials in the room. Furniture is care-worn as is carpeting throughout the hotel. When we arrived, the Plaza Cafe was operating as part of the hotel. It was a great restaurant and the room rate included a very modest breakfast at the Plaza. However, the cafe abruptly closed duirng our stay, and is now relocating. Complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel after the Plaza closed was skimpy --far less generous then at other places in the same price range. I would give this Quality Inn a star and a half. Although our stay was ok, I would not recommend this hotel until it is remodeled. Our understanding is the latter will occur soon under new management. Les mer

Loved the pool and the little balcony. Make sure you ask for a room towards the court yard and not the parking lot (which we had).

We were greeted with respect and kindness. The most fantastic thing about this hotel was the attached restaurant. It was delicious and well priced. Our visit could not have been better. The atmosphere of the hotel was of a higher quality than we expected for the price. A true Jewel!!

The staff was very helpful! Although the carpet in our room had seen better days years ago! The a/c in my aunts room broke in the middle of the night. The rooms just had a weird feel to them.

This was a great hotel. When we stayed in Santa Fe we had no choice but to bring our pet and she was welcome here. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch. There were several nearby restaurants within walking distance and the freeway and The Plaza were not far away. We would definately stay there again.

el hotel esta muy centrico, tienes acceso a varios comercios, las habitaciones limpias , y calientitas,precio aceptable

Todo fué satisfactorio, solamente quiero comentar que el contrato decía que tendríamos horno de microondas en el cuarto y no fué así, batallamos para calentar la comida en la noche. Que se podría hacer ante eso?

Qualti Inn ligt gunstig op Cerillos Road van waaruit eenvoudig Santa Fe Old Town als Albuquerque bereikt kan worden. UIterlijk ziet het hotel er aardig uit, maar dit is in groot contrast met het onverzorgde, verouderde en slecht onderhouden interieur. Bed rust of een ongeschaafd houten frame waar m'n vrouw haar voeten lelijk aan open haalde. In verhouding […] tot andere motels op onze reis is het "Queens"bed erg smal zodat je er met twee personen moeilijk een goede nachtrust kunt genieten. Het gratis ontbijt is een lachertje. Op een verkreukeld A4 kopietje worden het menu overhandigd door een bediening die zelfs de bepekte keuzes van dit menu nog niet kan onthouden. Wat wordt voorgeschoteld is nog teleurstellender . Bijbestellen tegen betaling is niet mogelijk. Les mer
