Very nice rooms with balconies and comfortable beds. The heated outdoor-to-indoor pool is huge and there is a hot tub inside and one outside. My kids had a great time rolling in the snow and jumping back in the warm water. There are a lot of stores and places to eat in the area. The scenery is beautiful at the base of the ski hill. My only complaint […] is that they do not have a microwave or a mini-frig in the room. Some of the low end hotels even have those, or at least one in the lobby for you to use. I have one more thing to add: I was told about free night-ski tickets available upon check in. I would advise you to call the hotel directly to verify this rather than go off of the Hotel.com rep's words because the night skiing had closed down the weekend before. Total bummer. Overall great staff started with front desk, to valet, to tenderfoot lounge bartenders. My wife thouroughly enjoyed the complimentary Keystone water in the cool Keystone glass jars! Houskeeping was very quick with any requests we needed. Overall a very nice getaway!!

I can't say enough about the fabulous and exceptional staff at the Keystone Lodge & Spa. From the moment we arrived they were attentive to our needs. We were traveling with another family with young children and the staff was able to accommodate our hopes to have rooms near each other. Having stay closer to the River Run area last year I was worried […] about being slightly farther away from the slopes, considering we have a 5 yr old. However logistics to and fro were actually easier with the complimentary shuttle and ski storage at River Run. The shuttle does not run 24hrs so one should pay attention to the hours... otherwise there is the local free shuttle. I got a little fussy about the KL&S shuttle not running when we needed a ride back to the resort one evening ... so my apologies to the staff. We asked for a mini fridge and working humidifier and the staff brought up them up within an hour. The laundry was a little out of the way but we were just grateful that they one on site. We all enjoyed the hot tubs, pool and steam room. If you go please tip your drivers and staff well, they deserve it. So again I have to apologize to the KL&S. Towards the end of our trip I broke my hip in a ski accident. My husband had to manage everything a mommy usually does and during packing he accidentally took the resort hair dryer thinking that I had brought it. I will send it back if required... Les mer

The service and friendliness of all the staff were exceptional. Rooms were comfortable. Great shuttle service to / from the slopes. We checked in early and were given free passes to "night" ski @ Keystone - BONUS ! Spa was nice - saunas, jacuzzis, large heated pool, & huge fitness room, w/state of the art equipment. We are a lower-middle income family so we don't stay in the pricier hotels typically, but we stayed here as a special event. I work in the hotel industry so I have a bit of an eye for some of the details. The hotel is very nice and has all the amenities you would expect in this price range, however, the hotel is starting to show its age and is either […] due for an update or a lowering of its price. Some of the finishes are outdated and there is a bit of lack of attention to some details. There are light bulbs out in some of the fixtures, the paint is starting to peel, the radiators in the corridors are dinged up, the vending machines do not carry the same product in all areas. For example the front desk directed me to one floor vending area for pain medicine but there was no machine there. I did find it on another floor. Eighty dollar hotels have continental breakfast. For $400 a night, I think this hotel could do the same. But the location is prime, so they can charge what people will pay. Les mer

Beautiful view, nice staff, great restaurants within waking distance. We ended up being way under budget which was awesome bc I was able to treat myself to some hot shoes with my spare vacay $ will def be going again...

It was nice and comfortable but sadly filled with a good amount of hidden fees! Also should notify more that the lodge is not what is in the pictures.

4+ stars. Not one complaint. Nice, clean, comfy rooms; friendly attentive staff; nice spa; great views. Suggestion; Complimentary continental breakfast would be appropriate for the price point.

I enjoyed my stay and was happy with the proximity of skiing and the shuttle to get there. The spa, pool, hot tub, and steam room were fantastic! I had a manicure and was very happy with the service. The Keystone lounge was disapointing and we had a terrible meal of chicken fingers that were so hard we couldn't bite them. We also had room service with […] disapointing food such as the chicken quesidillas and the potato and broccoli soup. Both were not up to par. Hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaraunts were very nice as well. However, the cleaning staff seemed to be doing the bare minimum. There was even a half used bar of soap stuck in the bottom of the shower when we checked in and it was still there when we left so I'm not convinced they actually clean the […] shower. Les mer

I really liked this hotel and also the customer service they provided. Wendy at the front desk was super welcoming and the whole staff treated us really well too. I would stay there again. Hotel offered free features like shuttle service to the lifts, ski lodging, a free lift ticket valid for the arrival day, spa, etc etc

Bad: - Called valet for car and still had to wait 15 minutes for car once downstairs. - Called for turn down service and they never came. Good: - Everything else. Especially like the free shuttle, large rooms, and heated bathroom floors :)

Our conference room was not ready at 9 am. It took until 9:20 am to get conference room door opened. Fromt Desk said it was not communicated to them that conference room was reserved. Overall it was a nice stay. Big Horn Steakhouse said we could reserve a table of 10 by the window overlooking skating rink lake. A little too expensive for what you get. Service was perfect and the best part of the hotel. If it were 1/3 less it would be a good deal. Basically the resort sells glorified hotel rooms for inflated prices.

The valet service was excellent! Hotel room was great. A little dusty, but very satisfied. We stayed in one of the Loft rooms. Very cool setup. We went to the Steakhouse for dinner, and had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Staff was rude, ignored us half the time, took too long, and the food was bland.

The poeple of the resort tried really hard to make this stay pleasent, butI didn't read the fine print. There is a resort fee of $20.14 that they charged me as I checked out of the resort. Another guest told me that the resort adds another 6% onto to food at the resort. Read the fine print, bring a lawyer. As for me, I'm trying to take a vacation […] away from all that. From the room to the dining to the staff, everything was great. The lodge is conveniently close to the mountain and the shuttle driver was amazing. He gave us tips about free board storage right at the gondola and a fast past to get thru the line faster. Nothing special stands out. The room was large, comfortable and clean - but unfortunately not well insulated for sound. All plumbing/water noises from adjacent rooms could be heard....

Our luggage was lost for a day and the staff provided us with all the basic supplies that we needed. The mattress and bedding in the loft room was great. The spa was kind enough to give us supplies to take a shower and get ready after a day of skiing since we checked out earlier that day. I would recommend this lodging location.

Our entire stay was wonderful! Hotel staff very friendly and willing to help. We lost our luggage and the staff scrambled to get us supplies that we might need. They kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. An extra surprise was when they came to our room with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. My three children and I decided to get away for Christmas this year because my dear husband passed away in July. We just needed a new way to celebrate Christmas. Keystone Lodge and Spa helped us to remember to celebrate life, celebrate Christmas, and to make new memories. Our family of 4 was thoroughly impressed with Keystone Lodge & Spa. We visited just before Christmas and found virtually no crowds - which I like when I'm on vacation. The room was very well appointed and the view from both the balcony and loft were spectacular. Great place to enjoy a glass of wine. My wife and I slept in the loft and our 2 boys in […] the fold out couch. The space downstairs and in the bathroom was a bit sparse due to the room size and all the furniture, but really no different than any other studio like this if you are trying to fit 4 people in. The staff was the best I've seen in a long time. The valet even warmed up the car and scraped all the ice from the windows. The food and drinks on-site were top notch and less expensive than going off-site for something comparable (suprise to me). The Christmas decor in the hotel and on the lake outside was really festive - a life size ice sculpture of a sleigh and reindeer (you could sit in sleigh for pics), a massive chocolate winter scene including train and gondola. This is a great hotel! Family friendly & clean & close to everything fun in keystone. Shuttle service is very nice and convenient. The ice skating rink & adventure center are so much fun. The spa is top quality. I had a blueberry skin treatment with Vichy shower that was simply amazing.
