The hotel is as close to the airport as it can be, but you will not be kept awake by airplanes so the builders have done a good job. The hotel is quite allright, the lobby restaurant is not. The food was not any good, the service was sloooow. The other disseappointing factor was that the outdoor pool did not open until 12.00. Other than that, a nice hotel as close to the airport as you can possibly get.

"Clean, quiet, comfortable"
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower had hot water and good water pressure. What else do you need?

Underwhelmed, room was satisfactory, lots of pillows but all large, polyester, hard to sleep on. TV not flat screen, all channels were very fuzzy and not worth watching, Shower spray not adjustable, but needed to be adjusted. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast, light, boiled eggs?, needed stop for breakfast later that morning. As I left elderly couple complaining […] to management that they had no hot water in their room.. answer- that guy who fixes things was not available- so sorry--not sure if they got their room for free or not. "split personality"
We got a great rate at this hotel and, despite it being a 2-star hotel overall, took the rate because of the reviews we saw online on hotels.com. When we got there, we were assigned a room that clearly had cigarette smoke in it. The room was what you would expect from a 2-star hotel -- dingy looking with polyester bedspread, and relatively run down. […] We complained about the smokiness of the room and ended up getting reassigned to a new room. This room was in a completely different building (with an indoor hallway instead of the exterior entrance of the first building's rooms). This room was clean, clearly newer, and had a duvet and nice bed instead of the dingy one of the former room. So if you do stay at the hotel, make sure to ask for a room in the new building. "The people are friendly and helpful, but...."
I was surprised to know that the restuarant next to Nuevo is closed. The Nuevo address is confusing since it's on Comfort Drive, named after the former management. My room was very satisfactory, although a little on the cool side. I liked the television reception and the ease of finding the programs. The exterior steps to the annex building were dirty, […] as was the hallway. Although I had a no-smoking room, people smoked at the foot of the stiars, and the smoke collected in the stairwell. I didn't like having to walk outside from the annex to the main lobby. The coffee service in the lobby was weak and not hot enough, and I would have liked better choices for breakfast. However, the staff was very nice and the location was convenient for my purposes. Les mer

the HOTEL part was very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my 14 yr old daughter and felt very comfortable with the location and quality of the hotel. although, I did not view the MOTEL part of the establishment.

My husband and I travel to the Warrenton area several times a year for foxhunting. The Nuevo Inn is conveniently located and reasonably priced (an important consideration for my expensive hobby). The rooms had been remodeled and updated since our last visit. previously, the rooms were equipped with a full size refrigerator and stove, which was very […] convenient. Remodeled rooms have only a small fridge and no stove, but a larger sitting area. Our only contact with the staff was on check in and departure, but they were cheerful and polite both times. Another reviewer elsewhere had mentioned bugs, so I want to be sure to say that anyone who's been to VA in the warmer months knows that stinkbugs are everywhere! We find them all over our car, and residences are full of them. Despite that, we found none in our room, a true testament to the best efforts of the hotel staff. Nuevo Inn is not fancy, nor is it luxurious. But when you just want a base of operations with a clean, quiet room, it's just the ticket. We'll return to the Nuevo Inn for our next visit. Les mer
"Pleasantly surprised"
I was afraid that when our group decided to stay at this 'non affiliated with the big chain' hotel, that it would be old and outdated. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! It was clean, updated and perfect for our short stay.

The location and surrounding neighborhood are the perks of this hotel. The room was acceptable: clean, basic, no frills. It did have a "unique" smell to it. Pet-friendly doesn't do it justice, as it must be one of the few in the area because it seemed as if almost every guest had a pup with them. While not a deal-breaker, the soda vending machines could […] be updated and stocked with a complete selection. It's quiet enough, but you won't go without hearing your neighbors at least once. All and all, if you want a spot fairly close to the beach that is pet friendly, but otherwise offers no additional frills, I recommend this hotel. Les mer

"Nuevo Inn $ Suites Warrenton VA"
Reserved a room with two Queen beds...got a room with King and sofa bed. Sofa bed had used sheets on it. Toilet and phone did not work. Second room had septic order due to toilet malfunction. Third room was OK. Took approx 45 min to get it all resolved.

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this hotel. We have stayed there previously when it was a Comfort Inn. The new management has updated some areas and it was fine. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast fare wasn't great, but passable. Will stay there again when we have our pet along.

friendly check in was expecting a nicer room since recently changed name... at least a 20 year old zenith 25" tube tv with bad picture..could not read scrolls at bottom of nes cast...nor any on screen titles ect.. high ceilings in room but tub was retrofitted with an insert ..i am 6'6 and my head touched top of enclosure.. also bad water pressure..anemic […] at best..and shower head at 6'had to bend over..then it.. promptly fell off.. On the hotel.com site search engine, this hotel was listed as being pet-friendly. On the registration form at check-in, there was a special notice that stated anyone having a pet in the room would be charged $250.00. Not cool.
We stayed at the Nuevo Inn because we have a puppy and they welcomed Pets without costing an arm and a leg. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed the free WIFI as well as a good breakfast and 24 hour coffee. We will defiantly stay there again.

It is actually a motel. Check-out time says 12 pm online. When we got there they told us check out was at 11 am. Went out to breakfast at restaunt convienant to hotel. When we came back at 10:30 we were locked out so had to walk to office outside in cold to reactivate key. Maids were knocking on our door at exactly 11:00 am. Shower had mold in grout, […] lotion bottle on sink was dirty and obviously left over. Everything else "appeared" clean and bed was comfortable. Les mer
"Convenient for swim meet at Aquatic Center"
We were here for a swim meet and were pleasantly surprised because the price fit our wallets yet it was a very nice place to stay! So often a cheaper hotel leaves much to be desired; we did not feel that was the case. We will stay here again if in Warrenton.

"Bed & Breakfast - AWFUL!"
Bed very uncomfortable - cheap, hard mattress. Sausage gravy unfit to eat - stick with cereal, yogurt or go into town, Denny's or IHOP for breakfast. Front room near office - listened to flag hardware bang pole all night. Desk clerk very courteous, location convenient.

We found the room relaxing and comfortable. The room was large enough to have both a table and 2 chairs and a desk and chair. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We are planning on staying there when we go South again.

This property is a motel, with rooms opening up to the parking lot. There is some road/highway noise, as is common with motels. The room was older but clean, although the sink drained slowly, suggesting the drain needs to be cleaned out. Breakfast was complimentary and pretty good. We had a very enjoyable stay. I found the hotel to be above average in every area. The desk personnel and the woman overseeing the breakfast area on Sat. morning were both outstanding. They had a problem with coffee one morning but that was solved within 20 minutes. For goodness sakes, make sure everyone on staff knows how to refill the coffee machine. […] For a bit, everyone claimed they had never worked with it. However, disaster was avoided (except for the few who had already left) by a maintenance man stepping up and rescuing us all. Les mer
"Better than Expected...In fact, nice!"
I noticed a lot of bad reviews from several years ago, but all the newer ones were much better...didn't have a lot of choice so booked....GLAD I DID. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the cost was very good. Lots of places to eat nearby and a pretty darn good breakfast included!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was a bonus that breakfast was included, too.

The room was clean and warm -- the shower is set a little too low. The continental breakfast had ham and belgian waffles. It worked out well for my family for an evening stay.

"It was OK."
For an inexpensive last-minute weekend, it was ok. The condition of the room was acceptable. The pillows were very small square-ish pillows. It sounds like a weird thing to bring up, but it was odd. The hair-dryer didn't work and the maintenance guys couldn't figure it out. The TV was VERY OLD. The reception was poor. Again, a petty thing to bring up, […] but when you're weekend includes watching the World Cup games and you can't tell what the score is because it is so blurry, it's frustrating. However, the pool was GREAT! What a welcome amenity on such a hot weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've had.
