This hotel was in a great location for my business needs, the room was clean and neat, the bed was a little soft for my needs and hard to sleep. i liked the sliding door and accessibility to the pool. Very nice hotel.

Room was very nice, staff very friendly, breakfast was great, only thing I didn't like was the heat/air was very loud when it came on, and blast you with air to the point it made me cover my head.

Will definitely go back. Loved being in pool-side room. Full breakfast was great. Lots of amenities. Staff very accommodating. Very pleasant stay. If staying in Coldwwater/Marshall area, recommend this Inn!!

Stayed over on the way back from Canada. The room was great. Didn't care for the smoke smell throughout the hallway and into our room from others smoking. the pool chemical smell was a little overwhelming. but the room was great for sleeping in and the breakfast was awesome.

The hallway and room felt damp/ humid. So much so that the kids questioned it.

They exceeded my expectations. The room and the entire hotel were very clean. We were greeted by hotel staff the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool area and I was happy that we also saw one of the workers checking the chlorine levels while there. While the hotel itself is on the older side, […] we could tell they were working hard at updates and maintenance. The beds were very comfortable, too. The breakfast also include belgian waffles, omelets (premade) bacon, biscuits, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. - it was nice. I would bring my family here again. Les mer

Got a poolside room for the coldwater car show and brought my mom and two sisters, pool was great and people were always swimming. Comfortable room and it was very clean. Breakfast was great as well. Very well kept and nice! Will be staying again next year! :)

From the outside this looks like a relatively new and well-kept hotel. Unfortunately, when I entered the hallway going to my room I felt like I was in a different hotel. The hallway was clean, but it looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the hotel was built, I'm guessing at least 15 yeras ago. The room itself was better than the hallway, but the […] condition and quality of the furnishings fell below my expectations. The most dissapointing aspect of the hotel was the pool, which is an inside pool surrounded by guest rooms. The pool looked okay and the pool area was spatious, however the lighting was very poor and there were only a few tables and chairs. The hotel seems to cater to large groups of kids who spent most of their time in the pool area doing what kids normally do, run around and make alot of noise. I do not see how this hotel received an overall rating of 4.1. Les mer

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel for a visit to family. The pool is nice and the continental breakfast decent. I was disappointed we did not receive any towels or housekeeping due to it being a holiday and the hot tub was broken. All in all if you are not picky it is an ok place to stay.

We brought a group to this hotel for a sporting event nearby. The hotel had a huge empty parking lot, with faux windows in the front, giving us an odd impression when we arrived. But the hotel interior was very spacious. The pool area had a huge lounge surrounding it, similar to a "holidome," that felt almost deserted as there were so few people. Our […] room was very small and had a slight odd smell to it at first, as if it was moldy or had pets / smokers in it previously. However, our associates in the upstairs rooms thought just the opposite as their rooms were more spacious and had no odor. We could hear next door and hallway noises easily, but there was minimal noise the night of our stay. The hallway where our room was located was very small and narrow, and gave me the feeling that I was in the building's basement. The air conditioner and bathroom looked worn, with just a fresh coat of paint over things to spruce them up. But the room itself was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were fine to use. The pool / hot tub were clean and very enjoyable, and the continental breakfast was excellent (aside from the sausage!) The service at the hotel was excellent too. Some of my party is very choosy about where they stay, but overall we were not disappointed and we'd stay there again. Les mer

The hotel room was very clean. Every time I was in any part of the hotel the staff were busy cleaning. The pool area was kept clean. Also,the complimentary breakfast was nice. Often there is just bagels and patries but they offered hot food too. I would gladly stay again.

Our king size room was on second floor, and they did not have an elevator. I had recently been in the hospital. We then asked for a king size bed on first floor. Attendant said ok, but when we entered it was only a full size bed. Also, the hallways are a maze to get through. When we got to our room, the keycard was not activated. I can be a very needy person, especially when I am away from home. Eveyone at the Coldwater, Michigan Comfort Inn were so very helful and friendly and patience with my request/sinquiries. Also I had no idea Coldwater did not have a taxi/cab service which I was in desperate need for. The hotel personnel at check-in was able to supply with the name and […] number of an awesome shuttle service for which I will b e eternally grateful. The lobby was exceptionally bright, clean and modern. I was impressed with the lobby thinking we had found a great bargain! That is where the impresiveness ends! There were no elevators, making it a pain to lug all our luggage up the stairs. Our room was so tiny and dark. It was very very very outdated. The beds needed new mattresses desperately. It was really nice. The pool was nice but had a very rough bottom. My son's feet got scraped up. The hot tub wasn't working during our stay so I can't talk too much about that. Overall it was a nice hotel and helped us beat the summer heat at the lake!

Very nice hotel. We were attending a wedding in their banquet room, so it was super convenient to also stay the night. The room was updated, clean, and very comfortable. It's right beside the highway, but you didn't notice the traffic noise.
