best stay ever! It's like a real home and best breakfast. Only problem was the air conditioning noise in one room. The noise was too loud to sleep well. But overall, this is the best hotel compared to the rate.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a show at Red Clay Theater. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. My issue is this: I asked Lisa at the front desk about getting a cab to the theater. I also asked what the cost would be. She said she did not know, but that there were a couple of companies that they recommended. She said she would call a cab for […] me when I was ready. I called the front desk 10 minutes before I wanted to leave. I was told the cab would be there in 10-15 minutes. After waiting more than 30 minutes, an unmarked SUV finally showed up. The driver did not know where the venue was, and had a very difficult time even following the GPS instructions. I had to tell him three times that he had missed a turn. Even with all of that, my issue is that this wasn't a CAB (which is what I requested), but some sort of car service. There was no meter in the car, so I had no idea what I was going to be charged. The hotel was no more than 7-8 miles from the venue. Yet I was charged $30. I wanted a simple cab ride. I wonder if the hotel is getting some sort of kick-back from this car service. I was very disappointed. This completely wiped out any special rate I had received through hotels.com. Les mer

The hotel staff were friendly. They even were able to check me in a little earlier than the stated check in time. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was good. It was a hot breakfast with plenty of choices. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, would consider it again. My key would not work, which was frustrating, but the front office was nice enough to escort me to my room to help me get in.

Stayed at this hotel 4 times and had the same problem...the AC had stopped workin, and the TV would not show good,like i said same problem all 4 times, not a bad place but if u have my luck u might have the same problem

Wow! What a great place to stay! Our group of 7 ladies had 2 suites and we decided we are definitely staying there again. So clean, comfortable, affordable, beautiful, and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to help us decide on sight-seeing activities and other needs. The location was perfect for attending our conference at Gwinnett Arena.

Only concern I had was obvious mold on the bathtub caulk and the drain was slow. Also wasn't pleased with the housekeeper asking me what time I was leaving. Duh, how about at checkout time..

Our overall stay was very good. We actually loved the set up with the Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove, and Microwave, although we really didn't get a chance to use anything but the Fridge and the microwave. The room was clean and neat with the exception of the foul smell in the hallways leading to the rooms. They smelled like old collard greens. The front […] desk clerks were very friendly. The computer in the business center did not have an up to date version of internet explorer or Mozilla, so we were unable to use it for anything like banking. The breakfast was pretty good and had a variety of choices, but the location was just too far away for what we wanted. We needed to be closer to downtown or midtown., but the price was right for a last minute booking during a holiday weekend, so we couldn't pass it up. We would absolutely stay there again and we would look for other Marriott Residence Inns in other areas. Les mer

Room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was nicely done. Although all personnel were friendly and professional, it took more than one phone call to get something fixed, i.e., stopped up lavatory, beeping/broken dishwasher. Also, housekeeping knocked and opened door at 8 am and 10 am to clean the room, although check out was not until noon. Overall I was very pleased with our stay. The pool was nearby our room, stores and restaurants were also close at hand. We didn't use the kitchen as much as we wanted because it didn't have an oven, and I wanted to make cookies to take to my granddaughter. The toilet needed repaired on our second day, and they were prompt in taking care of it. Cleanliness […] was great, except on our last day in the hotel they missed removing the trash. The hotel's computers were down, but they had a back-up plan that allowed us to be checked in fairly quickly anyway. It was nice that they had a "manager's reception" so we could get light food since we hadn't had time to get stuff from the store to use in the kitchen. (Note, the kitchen has 2 burners, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher but no oven. […] Do not plan to make cookies.) It was easy to find the hotel from the main highway. We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The studio room was quite cozy and clean and made us feel at home. Beds very comfy. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection. Great hotel for a family. We had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms, a small den with fireplace and kitchen area. Very spacious! Had a t.v. in each bedroom and the den area.

Enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms. Very pet friendly! Hotel close to interstate, many restaurants, and other retail locations. Rooms equipped with all the necessities including dishes and pots & pans. Will stay there again!!

felt very nice. week before had stayed in extended deluxe stay america, and this was so much nicer/worth the extra 18 bucks a night. felt right at home. room was very nice. no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is located nearer to most of the well known malls. Free shuttle service provided by hotel within five miles makes it convenient to go around shopping. It is bit far from Atlanta downtown and will prove costly to go there by taxi.The rooms are clean and well maintained.Complimentary breakfast and evening snacks are good.Veggies may find it […] bit difficult but can still manage.Though there is kitchen I found it very difficult to cook as the hot plate never gets heated to cook our kind of food.Microwave and dish washer work excellent.I found some young african americans boozing late night outside of hotel, so its not safe to go out of room late in night, within the room its quite safe.Staff are courteous. Everything was great. It was in my top 3 places that I've ever stayed. When we walked in, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Very comfortable and at a good price. The service was great. We have never been in the area before and didn't know were things were but the front desk was a big help. Our first night we wanted to go to Dave & Busters […] and the guy at the front desk took us. He said they didn't have a shuttle but he took us anyway. What great costumer service. Over all, great place to stay. Thanks. Les mer

I am a real big fan of the Hyatt. I must say this hotel was a lot better than the Hyatt. I am real big on amenities. The grill area was excellent, the pool, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The hotel staff was very friendly. I do like having the full kitchen in the suite. I love cooking so this was perfect! Thanks for a great visit...

I was in town for a convention in duluth. This was one of the best hotels i have ever used. It was only about 7 minutes from the convention site. It was convenient to I-85, gwinnett place mall, and lots of great restaurants. The rooms were quiet. Excellent location. I loved the fully- stocked kitchen. Rooms were very clean as well as the linen. No complaints […] at all from me!!! If i had to make a suggestion it would be please get king-sized beds in some of your rooms, if you dont already. I am 6'4" tall so anything less than a king i have to curl my legs up so my feet won't hang off the end of the bed. But that wasn't really a big deal. Just a thought. Les mer

The rooms were extremely clean. Location was convenient and easy to access. Close to malls, restaurants and other points of interest. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Phenomenal stay. Wish I had had more time.

Over the past 3 weeks, I've stayed at the Residence Inn in Gwinett, Residence Inn in Alpharetta and the Residence Inn in Alpharetta North Point. The Gwinett is by far the best hotel and the Windward one is by far the worst. The people in Gwinett were polite and bent over backwards to help. The Winward people were pretty much the opposite. The rooms […] in Gwinett, especially the 2 bedroom suites were TWICE as big as the ones at Windward. They were also cleaner, and the maid service was better as well. All in all, run TO the Gwinett Residence Inn and run AWAY from the Windward Residence Inn. I'm not kidding. There is that much of a difference. But make sure you watch for potholes if you go to the Windward Residence Inn. There is one in the entrance that will destroy your tire if you hit it entering the place. Just go to Gwinett, you will be doing yourself a favor by avoiding Windward at all costs. Les mer

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was hot and very good. We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub. However, we were disappointed to find that it was not working. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful

Hoewel het geen vernieuwde Residence Inn is is het wat je van een Residence Inn verwacht. Nette ruime kamer, attent personeel, goed bereikbaar, ruime keus in het ontbijtbuffet, zwembad buiten.
