"Good value for your money"
A happy surprise was that they did have WiFi since the listing only said dial-up. The WiFi worked well. The price was the least of any that I found in the town and the motel was a bit off of the highway and I initially had trouble finding it at night when I arrived. Looks like it is going through some rennovations. The guy at the counter was polite […] and answered all my questions. My room was clean and while not new, did not smell old or musty. It was a non-smoking room and did not smell like previous occupants had smoked in it. The AC unit worked fine and did so without any strange noises or rattles (which is a common problem that I have experienced elsewhere). There was a pool, but I did not access or use it. I did not use the ice machine. The toilet, sink, shower were all clean and functioned properly. The TV had good signal and worked properly. For a traveler just needing a place to stop for the night before continuing in the morning, this place was perfect. If I have to make this trip again, I will definitely book and stay here again. We were looking for a economical room and that is what we got. It wasn't luxurious but was clean and comfortable. Very good service and comfortable night for decent amount of money!

Hotel was not very clean. Continental breakfast was much to be desired. Food seemed old and stale and I got a little sick because of it. Was convenient, but not a very good stay. If you need a late night stopping place, it should work, but if you need a place to stay for more than a few hours, find another hotel.

This Hotel was a very nice place to stay. Good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff nice.

We stayed at this hotel 10/17 in room 112. The front desk lady was nice and so was the front desk area. Our room however was not! We opened the door and there were moths flying around. I inspected the room and found it wasn't vacuumed. There was hair on the floor along with dead crickets. Under the sink was a piece of torn carpeting. The light above […] the sink had no light switch. There was no trash can in the room. The towels were as hard as a rock. The bathroom was filthy with dirt. Good thing I had a can of Lysol and Clorox wipes. I had to clean their room. The best part of it was, I checked for bed bugs and it was hard to find any because the only the bathroom light and one light in the room worked. My husband said were tired let's give it a shot. I woke up in the middle of the night bitten by bed bugs. We got up and left. We are now three days later and I am broke out with bed bug bites all over my body including my face. I have to throw my luggage away and any contents in it because I don't want to bring them into my home. I will not and don't advise anyone else to stay at this hotel unless you want to bring souvenir critters to your home. Les mer
Room was dirty. Bathroom toilet was not clean, Bath tub faucet was dripping water and the room smell bad. Carpet was dirty. The hotel needs to be remodel with new everything. The floor need to be replaced. When you walk on the floor it seems like there is something under it. I did not stay there because of this.
The location of this Hotel is great, just of the express way. I have stayed there many times and always enjoy it I have no complants.
We were only there overnight, however the room was very clean and the furniture was in good condition.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The lights were blinking, bathroom lights went completely out, carpet was old and dirty. Would never stay there again. The complemetary hot breakfast was a complete joke.

this Hotel was just what I was looking for while looking for a good night sleep, I was able to wakeup and start driving the next morning without being tired and sleepy. plus it was very quited.

"it was ok"
Well there was bugs on the vanity like the room was never really CLEANED, bugs around the A/C. The room rate was different when I got to the room, and when housekeeping finally cleaned the room it was cleaned a little too well and some of my stuff magically grew legs and walked away. Will never stay there again
The hotel in Forrest City was not very acceptable. The towels were sparce and had holes in them. With all the Americans Best Values that we saw on our travels this was the most deceiving from how the pictures looked on line. We stop through Ark. at least twice a year and will not be staying at this ABV Inn.
"Pleasently surprised"
Arrived QUITE late. Front desk was expecting me. Room 107, Non smoking - King, was clean and comfortable, and most important to me,,,, no lingering smells.

For the price, this motel was a real bargain! Although the room decor was not newer, it was attractive. Everything was functional and clean. Room was spacious with features every traveler wants and needs. The mattress was very good. The continental breakfast offered a wide array of food choices. Its a stopover motel no more, no less. Well located to the highway, definitely no more than a 2 star but as a stopover motel, it is fine.

The carpet in my room looked extremely dirty. I was hesitant to even walk around with just tube socks. The microwave was really dusty. The bed was nice and comfortable.

"Awful pillows and shower"
Shower was bad, really bad. My pillow was more like an oversized flat sponge. Only two wimpy towels provided--had to ask for more.
