Vi hadde et utmerket opphold på dette hotellet. Litt utfordrende med lite samkjøring mellom hotellet og de som drev restauranten, slik at frokostbuffet var brått ikke tilgjengelig selv om hotellet opplyste om dette (a la carte var fortsatt mulig). Ellers var stedet utsøkt, rent, komfortabelt og absolutt et sted vi vurderer å returnere til.

Bra beliggenhet rett ved US41. En hyggelig liten restaurant/bar med wings som spesialitet bare 30 meter unna. Dette er stedet for deg som trenger overnatting til en veldig hyggelig pris.
Helt ok for 1 natt på gjennomreise. Bruk dette kun som overnattingsplass, men helt topp til det. Flott servise.

FOr the price I pais I was surprised I got so much. A friendly staff, breakfast, fridge, iron, ironing table, microwave... etc etc.. Not bad. The staff was so friendly and so attentive. I enjoyed my stay. I frequently go to Fort Myers for business so it will not be the last time I stay at this hotel. On top of that, the location was very convinient […] as well. Parking was not the greatest a ways to walk
"Nice clean rooms."
The manager should frequently make a control input by the hotel. The outside stairs was very dirty and there was dirt around and around the whole hotel. People slept overnight at the pool. The breakfast buffet was filled poorly. Too bad the rooms are nice and clean. The location is good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. It had all the amenities of this level motel. Including a safe. We were traveling through north so it worked out well.

I would recommend the hotel again, but I have a very large BUT. I checked out before 7am and called the hotel before 7:30 am to say I left my gold hoop earings in the room. When I returned to pick them up on Mar. 28th they said there was no earings found. I find it highly unlikely that the cleaning staff (Petra) would not have found them given the time […] frame. I am at a loss as to what I could do next. It would be great if you could follow up on this matter. Thank you Les mer

"Very Nice For The Price"
We were a little nervous about booking with this motel because of the negative reviews but decided to give it a shot because of the price and all others were way to pricey. We didn't have a lot of expectations but knew that we would only be staying for two nights and only to sleep. When we arrived, we could see that it was conveniently located to stores […] and restaurants, perfect! We could see that it was close to the trolley that we would be taking to go to the Shrimp Festival at Ft Meyers Beach, perfect. The appearance of the motel was not gorgeous but it was neat and clean looking. The staff was kind and courteous at check-in and could speak clear English, yay! Our room was on the second floor which made it a little tuff but not real bad dealing with the steps because they don't have an elevator. My husband has a bad foot so we probably should have requested a first floor room. The room was huge! We loved it! And it was clean! Our room must have been one of the newly renovated ones because it had a new bathtub and new tile floor. The ac was brand new too so it worked wonderful. The tv was the older style, not flatscreen, but that was fine as it worked just as good. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles, cereals, fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, and milk. A nice assortment! We were very pleased and would stay there again. Convenient location for us. Hotel staff were helpful and could recommend places to eat at night. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, including a waflle maker!
More than happy with our room, just needed a room for the night on our way home. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, close to restaurants and shopping, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

For the price, I have no complaints about this hotel. You do get what you pay for. I was just there one night. I would consider this a hotel that you just stay at for a night or two, definitely not a hotel you stay at if you're looking at it as part of a relaxing vacation. The bedding was a bit ragged, but besides that the room felt clean and decent. […] The hotel seemed really quiet, even though it was a weekend and the parking lot was full. I couldn't hear anyone in adjacent rooms or in the halls, which is always a huge plus in my book. Les mer

"Not at all what the reviews say."
I almost didn't book this hotel because of all the bad reviews, but it was just down the street from where I was working so I took a chance. I was very surprised when I opened my door. It was very clean, and roomy. I stayed for 4 nights and the only problem I had was the remote didn't work well. Think it was just the battery, because it worked when […] I twisted it. Didn't bother me enough to report it. Room was cleaned exceptionally well every day. I'd stay there again. Les mer

My experience at Travelodge was horrible. When I first arrived the hotel I noticed cracks on the outside of the building. The lobby area was ok but I noticed a slight mildew smell. I was switch to three different rooms. The first room was ground level and when I walk in the room there was very strong mildew odor. I was in the room for less than two […] minutes i looked around the room the floor was filthy, everything was old bed, appliances, sink, sink counter, tub, toilet, there holes under the sink, around the toilet in the bathroom. The bathroom, tub sink, sink faucet was dirty and had black stuff around it. The door looked like someone had kicked in. I could tell there had been flood on the first level and then I begin to experience breathing problems and my throat began to feel like it was swelling, face and body was burning and itchy. So I went to front desk and asked for different room preferably on second. That's when I found out that they did not have an elevator! Horrible... Since I suffer from neck and back pain, climbing stairs is not healthy for me. But the guy was very courteous to carry my luggage up the stairs for me. The second room was already booked so I walk in on a man sitting at the table smoking a cigarette. I was definitely surprised, so I had to back down the stairs to let know that the room was already occupied. They apologized for the mix up and gave me another room. Back up the stairs I went now this room, let's just say I didn't want to touch anything. Back down stairs I went and asked for room that maybe was cleaner. The last room was ok at least at first glance.this room had newer appliance but It was getting late and I had to leave the hotel so left everything packed until I could check out the room to make sure everything was clean. I came back later that night and I looked around the sink and counter was fairly new, the bed was sitting on bricks, I pulled back the blanket it was dingy, and the pillows had huge stains on all four. "Weekend Getaway"
We were excited to get reasonable rates at the hotel for a little weekend getaway that was planned just a week ahead of time. The Holel was clean and the staff were extremly kind. We had absolutley nothing to complain about and plan to return soon for another weekend getaway
"Cost Effective Overnight Stay- near Beaches"
We did not receive a wake up call after requesting it. The number on the phone for that service was not working. It appeared that the shower stall was very new. Very clean. But the shower head/flow was not adjustable by women's fingers. My husband had to turn it for me. I still did not have adequate flow to shower.

The staff was wonderful to my family. I had a family member who was very ill in a hospital. The staff was very helpful and kind through our sorrows. We would stay there again and recommend this hotel to other family and friends. Very nice price too! Thank you.

"Travel Lodge in Ft Myers,FL"
The outlets are all loose so most plugs fall out unless propped up. The phone didn't work or even have a dial tone! The tv didn't work for very long and no labels on the buttons made it impossible to correct it! The coffee was poor, and no Splenda was offered.

I have run a marathon in every state at least once - that means a lot of overnights in motels, Inns, etc. ~ I tried Hotel.com this time for a marathon in Cape Coral ( about 2 1/2 hours form my place). ~ For the price I was a bit concerned - but WOW! This hotel is DATED! In addition, there is no elevator and no help to get your bags to the 2nd floor, where there is no ice machine to boot! Everything in out room looked at least 20 years old. The only thing that wasn't horrible was the free breakfast, which was just lackluster and lacking many of the items which had run out and not been replenished. […] A very big disappointment! "NICE HOTEL"
We stayed in this hotel for one night and liked it. The only problem we had was finding it with our tomtom so our tip is go to crossing us41 and colonial drive. The room was clean and comfortable and close to Edison and Ford museum etc. Big parking lot. Breakfast was standard and the breakfast room was big enough and clean. "Bad hotel"
A a night sleep I went to take a shower, and the shower head was full of mildew, reported it the MOD and requested that the maid clean it or move me to another room. As I came home later that day it was not clean, I took a wash cloth and clen it myself. There was not internet as stated on line, when I asked about it I was told that it was on and I had […] to either us travellodge, or the romada hotel internet . after informing them that it did not work ai was told to come down to the lobby and use it ( at 2am) I think not . Pet Friendly hotel had a suprise $25.00 per pet charge. Room was supposed to be non smoking b ut nothing was available. Room smellled. Desk claimed that Hotels.com had not told them that we had a pet.
