Extremely nice hotel, good location, within walking distance to several restaurants and night spots.. Extremely clean, great price and the room had everything you could possibly need.

I was very happy with this hotel. The room was great, comfortable, roomy, nice furnishings, large bathroom counter, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, sofa, coffee table with pullout foot stool. desk, 2 closets. The separate building gave it an apartment style feel. I would only have 2 minor negative comments. 1) the separate bath area containing the […] shower and toilet was a little small 2) when I went out for food at 11pm the parking was kind of full and I had to park farther from my room. Great place, quiet, clean, and very nice staff. Good free breakfast each morning. Staying there again next year.

Room was great. Well-appointed. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that their site map still has two spas noted, but they have been taken out. Only the pool.

I really like staying there and if I have to come that way again I would stay there AGAIN. Thank very much.

Large space, decent area, close to I4 and lots of food. Under construction while visiting, but still in good shape. Breakfast is pretty decent as well, eggs, sausage, etc.

There was no notice when making the reservation (and prepaying) that portions of the hotel were being rennovated. This resulted in "early" construction noise and limited parking near our room. When we checked in we were informed that the water would be off for 3 hours the next day, so "services" would be unavailable in the room. The hotel consists of […] a dozen or so buidings each with 8 units. This hotel does not have a common entrance, which is my personnel preference and worldn't have made the reservation there if this information had been shared with me. It was raining when we checked in and found that their were no over-hangs over the doors resulting in rain coming into the room as we fumbelled with moving our luggage in. The door was missing weather strip molding at the bottom resulting in a .75-1" gap between the outside and the room. Had to put a towel down to ensure privacy, and even that was limited (i.e. someone could push the towel back from outside the room). The hotel advertises that it has wireless Internet. What's not communicated is that wireless Internet is only available in the hotel lobby, not in the rooms. The rooms have "wired" Internet. The room was clean and the breakfast was good but I won't stay here again. Les mer

We expected a better Hotel for the money we spent. It should have been less per night for what we got. We are dissappointed because we assumed that having a Marriott name we would get a better room and service. This was our first time staying at a Marriott and it will most likely be our last time. the hotel was a little dated but clean. friendly staff. Breakfast was fair. all in all not bad for ther price.

Nice hotel but jacuzzi was broken and roped off. Pictures of sitthin area online looks like there is a fireplace in every room when actually you get a 3 out of 4 chance. Call hotel if you want one. We were the 1 out of 4 and was disappointanted. Other then that, hotel was newer, clean and free breakfast was good and hot.

Hotel was awesome. Each room is like a little studio. The couch pulls out into a bed so you can sleep 2-3 people in the king size bed and 2 on the pull out bed. Very clean and very nice staff! The kitchen had tea, coffee and popcorn for you. Of course each room has a small kitchen where you can bring food and cook your own meal. The breakfast was hot […] and cold and you can make your own waffles. There was a fireplace in every room but you'd need to purchase logs to use it. This was one of the best places we ever stayed and worth every penny. Les mer

A large room with a kitchen included should have a wall separating the actual bed with the rest of the room as other similar hotels have

Immediately upom our arrival, we knew that the management cared about the Hotel. They were landscaping the area with new mulch. From checkin to checkout we had a great experience. The room was very clean. It contained a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Plenty of space in the kitchen which waas open to the living area. we enjoy our stay at your hotel, but on the first night,but on the first night we had a problem with the guest next door to us who was have a party. the party lasted until about 3am and we could not get any sleep.

The hotel offered absolutely no room service, which is horrible for the price I paid for the penthouse suite. I called the front desk from my room phone to ask for soap for our room, which was not placed in our bathroom prior to our arrival, and the manager said, "We currently have no one that could assist you. Could you walk down to the lobby yourself […] to get the soap?" Thats horrible service, if you can even call it that. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Les mer

Everything was what I expect from a Marriott property. The property is surrounded by trees and is off the main highway an a two lane side street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room comes with a full-sized kitchen. The Waffle House is adjacent to the property with the Cracker Barrel and Lone Star Steakhouse across the street. Lots of other […] restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a good location for my business dealings. I would definitely stay there again if I needed a place in the Altamonte area. Les mer

Nicely remodled (still had a slight smell of new construction). Great pool area and basketball court. Awesome breakfast!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartments, tolle Anlage mit 2-geschossigen Haeusern, gerade frisch renoviert, ruhig trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung, Service sehr aufmerksam und gruendlich, Rezeptionspersonal perfekt!!
