I always like my stays at Residence Inn- plenty of space in the rooms, nice kitchen and breakfast, usually quiet area. This was pretty much all that. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A bit older hotel but well-maintained. Much quieter than other hotels within a 5-mile radius as this is a very busy area of North Orlando.

I loved how spacious the room was....part of me wished I could have spent more time there but I went with my boyfriend over the New Year weekend so we spent most of our time out of the room. However, the room was very spacious, the staff was great the breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from. Although you could tell the hotel was full, […] never did I hear noise from the other rooms. Convenient and much better rooms than I anticipated. The kitchen was very nice and included everything you need for an extended stay. It is also very very convenient (walking distance) to multiple restaurants. Since I used to live in the area and only stayed there on my way out of town, I can definitely say the neighborhood is nice and safe.

Large Commercial trucks we're parked all over the guest lot forcing the guests to park at distances from their rooms. When the staff were told they said "we'll look into it" but nothing Changed. Rooms ok, but intermittent digital tv connections. The best hotel from Tokyo to Europe was the Marriott in San Jose, costa Rica - this is the worst Marriott […] in which we have ever stayed. Perhaps they feel they can get away with this because of the high Disney tourist density. Will never recommend this to anyone. Les mer

Very pleased with our room. Location was close to everything that we needed. The room was very clean. Will certainly stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Nice room and location. The alarm went off at 6:00am (radio, full blast), when I went to bed at 2 and wanted to sleep in until 8:30. Also, the shower valve was not working properly, resulting in my having to take a cold shower....which after being woken too early and unable to get back to sleep, actually felt invigorating.

I was very happy with this hotel. The room was great, comfortable, roomy, nice furnishings, large bathroom counter, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, sofa, coffee table with pullout foot stool. desk, 2 closets. The separate building gave it an apartment style feel. I would only have 2 minor negative comments. 1) the separate bath area containing the […] shower and toilet was a little small 2) when I went out for food at 11pm the parking was kind of full and I had to park farther from my room. Room was great. Well-appointed. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that their site map still has two spas noted, but they have been taken out. Only the pool.

my husband and i had a very enjoyable experience at the residence inn on douglas at altamonte springs. this is about my 4th or 5th visit there. their breakfasts are very good and the evening cocktails are very nice. i feel very safe there because everything is so close and yet enjoy the space. the kitchenettes are very nice as to fixing a bite or two....whenever […] i plan a trip to orlando area i book here cause i know what to expect. i do hope they continue to keep the place uptodate and clean and modern....thank you Les mer

The mattress was not very comfortable. The location of the hotel and ammenities were good, but I think comfort would be more important.

Large space, decent area, close to I4 and lots of food. Under construction while visiting, but still in good shape. Breakfast is pretty decent as well, eggs, sausage, etc.

There was no notice when making the reservation (and prepaying) that portions of the hotel were being rennovated. This resulted in "early" construction noise and limited parking near our room. When we checked in we were informed that the water would be off for 3 hours the next day, so "services" would be unavailable in the room. The hotel consists of […] a dozen or so buidings each with 8 units. This hotel does not have a common entrance, which is my personnel preference and worldn't have made the reservation there if this information had been shared with me. It was raining when we checked in and found that their were no over-hangs over the doors resulting in rain coming into the room as we fumbelled with moving our luggage in. The door was missing weather strip molding at the bottom resulting in a .75-1" gap between the outside and the room. Had to put a towel down to ensure privacy, and even that was limited (i.e. someone could push the towel back from outside the room). The hotel advertises that it has wireless Internet. What's not communicated is that wireless Internet is only available in the hotel lobby, not in the rooms. The rooms have "wired" Internet. The room was clean and the breakfast was good but I won't stay here again. Les mer

We expected a better Hotel for the money we spent. It should have been less per night for what we got. We are dissappointed because we assumed that having a Marriott name we would get a better room and service. This was our first time staying at a Marriott and it will most likely be our last time. Also, the room had a funny odor and there was a ozone […] machine going so they knew it smelled (probably pets) and the closet doors were off the track. Les mer

Nice hotel but jacuzzi was broken and roped off. Pictures of sitthin area online looks like there is a fireplace in every room when actually you get a 3 out of 4 chance. Call hotel if you want one. We were the 1 out of 4 and was disappointanted. Other then that, hotel was newer, clean and free breakfast was good and hot.

Hotel was awesome. Each room is like a little studio. The couch pulls out into a bed so you can sleep 2-3 people in the king size bed and 2 on the pull out bed. Very clean and very nice staff! The kitchen had tea, coffee and popcorn for you. Of course each room has a small kitchen where you can bring food and cook your own meal. The breakfast was hot […] and cold and you can make your own waffles. There was a fireplace in every room but you'd need to purchase logs to use it. This was one of the best places we ever stayed and worth every penny. Les mer

The hotel location was convenient; it wasn't 'bad' - I am just not sure it was worth the cost. Garbage set in our 'commons' area for pratically a day!! The exterior of our room and are was not as well cared for as I would have liked. The bathroom needs upgrading!! The staff was extremely pleasant! All in all, I'd probably stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was exceptionally clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly. It really felt like home. Our 2 year old referred to the hotel as "our new house" during our entire stay! We will definitely stay again.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartments, tolle Anlage mit 2-geschossigen Haeusern, gerade frisch renoviert, ruhig trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung, Service sehr aufmerksam und gruendlich, Rezeptionspersonal perfekt!!
