Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center - SeaTac

The room was in excellent condition as was the entire hotel. The staff was always friendly and eager to assist with every need I had. Our conference room was well-maintained and quiet. The hotel food was very good, but somewhat limited in variety. My only complaint is having to pay extra for in-room internet access.

nice bar and restaurant. Actually good food for a lobby restaurant. The rooms are nice, but they are poorly constructed. Guessing wooden floor joists, bounced when you walked, and the neighbors were like right in your room...

Location, location,location! Across the street from the airport, within a block or two of my favorite Seattle eatery, "13 Coins" which offers 24 hour fine dining, the Hilton is the place to stay if you are heading in or out of SeaTac. I have always been happy with my room, the service and the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel. Enjoy!

I feared that staying just across the street from the airport would be problematic and result in a sleepless night however I can only remember hearing the distant sound of a plane once while in the room. Very helpful staff and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I expect modern, clean and well laid out rooms from the Hilton brand. I accept the hotel is expensive - that is normal for a Hilton. However, this hotel site is spread out through a series of buildings mated end to end. This makes for a very long, long walk from the high priced parking garage at one extreme far end of the property, away from the lobby, […] restaurants and my room. The extra for parking could buy a nice dinner at a standard restaurant. The room was OK, but the bathroom door opened into the toilet. The towels were worn out to the point where you could see through spots in them. The internet service works as advertised, although high price per day PER device is ridiculous. I am fine with paying a fee, but not for my laptop in the room plus my iPhone or iPad in the restaurant. For reference, I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years (Marriott Rewards also) and travel to Seattle every 2-3 weeks on business. Les mer

Very nice hotel feindly staff, nice restaurant and clean rooms. What really sold it for us was a room with two king sized beds that was perfect for my wife, two teenage kids and I. we ate at spencers it was the worst service and the dinner was so bad we could not eat it

Its unfortunate that Hilton is staffed by rigid and inflexible policies and management. The hotel would not work with my family to reschedule due to a last minute emergency my booking even with our recommendation of extra fees. We had a great stay. We got in late and had to check out early. I wish we could have stayed longer! The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus. The room was beautiful and clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Skip it if you can. The rooms are clean but this is an old convention hotel that provides nothing but the basics. They charge $5/hr for internet access in the room, no coffee in the lobby and food prices that make New York look cheap. Many better options around SeaTac airport.

although the hotel was very close to the airport we could not hear any airplanes from inside the room. The Room, Service and Staff were all very good. the Restaurant was a little expensive, but the food was good

good food and service. Bar prices too high, and internet should be free, like many other hotels.

A very invting and comfortable hotel. My only disappointment was that we were only staying one night. Shuttle picked us up from the airport promptly. A really enjoyable stay. We will return

Spent out last holiday vacation night lazing at the wonderful Hilton at SeaTac. It was quite, Spencers Restaurant was a high end finish to a wonderful two weeks and the buffet in the AM was a great send off to a long 3400 miles back to the east coast! Thank you Hilton!

For the expense of this hotel, the pool and grounds were definitely worth the cost. It is a perfect resort area before and after a flight., especially for children. The bed was way too soft for two people with back problems. We would like a "hard bed" option at Hiltons. The restaurant was superb, but was not very family oriented. The coffee in the rooms […] was terrible considering the quality of the hotel.. and Seattle, a coffee center. If travelling with kidsthat swim, and weather is nice, it is a great stopover. Les mer

The price for the hotel room was excellent The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. . The only exception to that statement might be the hostess who seated us for dinner and the staff of the dining room. They seem to need some Quality Management Training in some form or another. When considering that staff, the only person who seemed genuine […] and friendly was the lady who kept my water glass filled. The restaurant prices reminded me of those in foreigh countries that had to have everything imported. I had a much better filet at the Hilton DFW prior to departing on this trip and it that included two vegetables of a reasonable size. The ala carte dishes at this hotel were overpriced and too large for a single meal. The entree price for most items was for the meat dish only. The food was good, but over-priced in my opinion. And, I like to be served by people who seem glad that you are there. It is an upscale hotel, in a more or less down-scale area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again; however, I would have my meal elsewhere. Know in advance that any cab trip to the sights downtown will be very expensive....take plenty of cash for those excursions. Les mer

I reserved the hotel and paid for it. When I got there, they had no record of the reservation and informed me that they were full. They were not helpful at all, and were a bit condescending as well. Hotels.com customer service has been abysmal, and I'm still trying to get ahold of someone to get a refund of the money I spent...to no avail. The hotel is located 5-7min shuttle ride from SEA airport. complimentary shuttle buses are provided. Ideal for close hotel stay but you intend to spend most of your time in the city centre then get a hotel downtown. happy customer

Best thing we did was stop in Seattle from Boston on our way to Maui. We also did that on the way home. Very nice hotel great service.

This is my favorite place to stay and the food at Spencer's is to die for.

I was there on a recent Friday night and found the noise around my room persistently loud from 9 p.m. - 3 a.m. I called the desk after the loud music started and that ended, only to be replaced by loud conversations on and off for the next 6 hours. At 6:30 a.m. my wife and I headed for the restaurant for breakfast, only to be told it was closed; we'd […] been told at check-in that it opened at 6:00. It was the worst night of sleep I've had in some time, and had the privilege of paying a premium rate for it. I'll not likely return. Les mer

more high end than most airport hotels

I arrived late, 11:00pm. Though , Spencer's, was closed, I had a very satisfying meal at the bar. I also had a ringside seat to a manager and a bartender dealing with a patron who was not happy and getting drunk claiming that the bartender was short pouring. As a pharmacist who deals with customers regularly, I must say that the situation was handled […] with friendliness and a smile. even though it was potentially difficult. I asked our maid to come back later when I had 1 hour to nap. She was great and did so graciously. The thing was, when my hub and daughter napped later, housekeeping and room service relentlessly knocked on the door after my husband told them to come back at 4:00. I think the hotel has put pressure on its service staff to make quotas without regard […] to the customer's comfort. We ate at the restaurant and our server forgot to submit our order, so we missed half of our next conference session waiting for food. Les mer

We splurged to included a stay at the Hilton at the end of a 30 day trip to the middle east. We gave them our flight time which communicated our midnight arrival. We learned the shuttle didn't come every 15 minutes as advertised, but only after we called. When we arrived at 1 AM, we were told our 2 bed room had been re-sold. The only room in the hotel […] was a 1 bed room that had been used by a "redeye" person. They promised to bring a rollaway bed, but it took an hour. The night manager said we should be "grateful" to have a room at all due to all rooms in Seattle were taken. The hotel refused to give us a refund, even for the difference between a one bed and two bed unit. They did give us a comp breakfast, but we will never return. We expected more from Hilton! Les mer

Hotel was ok. Expected alittle nicer for the price. Have stayed in better hotels for less money. Room was long walk to pool and even longer walk to parking. Could hear road traffic.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel, friendly staff, very excellent dinner and breakfast. Sorry we had to leave.

You are paying a high rate for a small room, mediocre service and lack of concern about the customer. It has a great location next to airport but that is about all. Not worth the premium price.

The hotel is good and do recommend staying there, however, I got a room with 2 smaller queen size beds, when I reserved a room with one King. My legs are long, so I preferred a KING. Otherwise it was OK.

The bathroom was very poorly setup, the shower required you to step into it to turn it on, and the heating and A/C system was very difficult to control and very loud. There weren't many eating choices in the area, other than other hotels and all the meal choices were very expensive. We are not very picky, especially for an over night stay before a flight, […] but this was a disappointing experience, especially for a Hilton. Les mer

My husband suggested the plates be warmed prior to plating so dinner stayed warmer. He told the waiter the dinner was excellent but cold very quickly. Might be a valuable suggestion costing little.

It is very convient to the new rail system to get to downtown very fast.

There is a 20/night parking fee, and you can pay 26 (+tips if you like) for valet. If you park in the lot, you will have a long walk to your room through the conference center (I'm not sure about the exact distance, but the walk is over 100 yards). This gets pretty old if you plan on leaving the center frequently. We also had issues scanning our room […] key to get in and out of the parking lot- it simply didn't work most of the time and we had to call security. The beds are great, I have seen far better tvs in lesser hotels (these are like 21 inch analog tvs with short list of channels and no guide), rooms are nice- granite counter tops in bathrooms. Water pressure was far lower than all the cheaper hotels we stayed in on the same trip. Ugly paintings and decorations all over the place. Les mer
