Synes at hotell har bra utearealer med grøntareale, svømmebasseng og bra service og servering i hagen. Hotelle ligger også på en passelig avstand fra Houston sentrum, 15 - 20 min med bil alt etter trafikken og en 2,5 times gangavstand fra sentrum. Gode muligheter for bespisning, shopping og vandring i nærområdet.

Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi alt annet var fullt, og det var det eneste som hadde ledig av en viss kvalitet. Det var veldig dyrt, sikkert fordi det var en veldig populær periode.

Det meste fungerer bra. God frokost i den tilstøtende restuaranten. Rommene er ok selv om bad virker gammeldag med tohåndskraner i vask. Dusjen er i badekar. Dusjhodet kan ikke gi behagelig stråle, og vanntrykket er alltid maksimalt, man kan kun regulere temperatur. Sengen er komfortabel. Dynen er en "dyne" men reiies opp med ett laken over og ett under, […] altså ikke et skikkelig dynetrekk som holder dynen på plass. Eller er rommet relativt stort og har en behagelig lenestol. Ganske greit hotel bortsett fra frokosten hvor det meste var kaldt og personale noe fraværende men ellers god standard i hotellet generelt. Hotellet ligger ganske sentralt i forhold til shopping og sentale forretningsområder. Mange flotte restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet.

use of computers in hotel was for pay, no breakfast buffet, plumbing was loose on the hot water faucet and very limited free offerings on TV

I can't believe that was a Hilton. I work in the oil fields if Nodak and the mancamps are nicer and don't smell as bad. Paying for internet? Are you kidding?! The shower curtain hanger was falling out of the wall. No soap or shampoo. Charging over $5 for a $1 bottle of water? I could not get over how musty the room smelled. This is a business area and […] I couldn't charge a phone and a computer at the same time because of the lack of outlets. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. But..... I couldn't find a person working the front counter for over 15 minutes in order too check out. Les mer

When you think Hilton, you think of a pretty nice hotel. The hotel was definitely nice but lacked the wow factor. I paid full rate since I booked 3 days in advance. Maybe its because I travel so much that Im not impressed by it. But really complimentary breakfast would have been nice. The location isn't bad but it is a bit far from the city and houston's […] traffic is pretty bad. I probably won't stay here again, I will try something different. The hotel is in a great location - near the Sam Houston tollway and only a few miles from HWY 59. The decor is pleasing and modern. There is a 50 inch LCD TV in the room. The bed and pillows are nice and comfortable. The bathroom has a granite counter top and updated fixtures. The only problem was that we had to change rooms after the first night because […] the shower was not working properly. Half the water came out of the shower head,and the other half came out of the tub faucet. In our second room there was an inexplicable wet spot on the carpet near the bathroom door. We did not bother changing rooms because it wasn't a big deal, and we were only staying in Houston for two nights. I still think the hotel is a good value, and I would definitely stay there again. The service was great, lke always. But the bathroom needs some work. The grout was moldy in the shower and the light fixture above the bath was missing!! I think it is time to spend some money of renewing the bathrooms.

Wonderful experience. Spent the night with spouse for a weekend getaway. Not our first stay here. We love the location as it is close to many attractions on West side of Houston. We spent evening at City Center which is a great date night location. As for the Hotel: the staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. Great view of Houston. The […] real draw to this hotel is the Rio Ranch Restaurant. Their food is THE BEST IN HOUSTON. Never crowded and loud. Great place to have a quiet dinner with your loved ones. We stayed in the Executive Suite which comes with a complementary Breakfast which is down in the Rio on the weekends. Their BREAKFAST was amazing! We have been visiting this Restaurant for years and will continue to. Great stay, quality rooms, friendly staff, central location, and great food. Surroundings are little shady, but it is Houston. Park in lighted area and all should be just fine. Recommend you give it a shot, you wont leave disappointed. Les mer

The room was nice, however, the bathroom was not well kept. There was mold/mildew in the ceiling of bathroom and the bathroom was tiny compared to the spacious room. Water pressure in shower was terrible. For the cost of the hotel, we were really disappointed. For the same price we should have stayed around the corner at the Hyatt. We stayed here about […] two years ago and was disappointed then, but decided to give it another try. Would not recommend it for the money. Les mer

I booked this trip at the last minute, and it never disappointed me. The staff was so friendly. The service that I received was outstanding. The room had an excellent view. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was so delicious.

We booked this hotel while en route to Houston. When we arrived we realized that we had made a great choice. We have stayed at other Hilton's and knew that we would be staying at a nice hotel but this was beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly. The service was fast. The room was very clean and up to date. The view was amazing due to the big glass windows in each room. We had no problem checking in or out. Nice hotel, convenience location. There are Target, Randalls for anything you forgot to pack, there are plenty of restaurants to eat, the mall is nearby, easy access to highway. Room is clean, bathroom is just a little small, other than that, we would come stay at this hotel again.

I would stay there any time. The clerk checked me in within 3 mins. I had my key. I hate to go to a hotel and they take 30 mins to check me in when I made reservations prior to my arrival. Hotel has lots of windows which I loved. Overall a great stay!
